We traveled this past February and spent a week at Couples Negril. We’re repeaters and know what to expect, unfortunately, we didn’t find the same level of service we’ve experienced in the past. Every year service seems to get a bit worse. We stayed in building 9, where they totally forgot about us and only got housekeeping ONCE. Every day I would have to call the front desk in the afternoon after realizing no one came to clean the room or get us clean towels. The service at the restaurants wasn’t the best either and we’ve found that a lot of the staff members we’ve become friends with don’t work there anymore. It was a truly disappointing experience considering the price we paid. Will we go back? I’m not sure we would pay that much again for what’s offered… But we’ve already made plans to try a different brand hotel in Negril next February.

Stunning property, the staff were great and very accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean. Room service was efficient and polite. The vibes and the activities especially beach volleyball was so much fun. The beach was stunning as well as the pools. 10/10 can't wait to go back

Excellent resort, great staff on a great beach. We enjoyed the restaurants and the swim up bar. A bonus was the water sports and catamaran included in the price. The shows were good and the resort was so relaxing

Great place, great environment, amazing staff. They always find the way to make you feel special. The food and the shows are spectacular It is always a pleasure to come back to Couples Negril. Highly recommended.
