Worse Sheraton Brand Hotel

Simon N (Singapore) on Mar 22, 2026

The hotel is rundown, and the room is very dated. No privacy, you could literally hear when the room next door is having a conversation. They will give you a coupon for self-collection of 2 bottles of water from the lobby gift shop. This is a five-star hotel and not a school trip. It's frustrating and degrading to have to collect two bottles of water via a coupon. Front desk service could be happier than robotic. To be fair, some of them were very friendly. Housekeeping was excellent. Keep it up The coffee machine is very filthy. There were exposed wires at the lift lobbies, and some panels were not working. The management could at least take pride in the Sheraton brand; unfortunately, their aim was not to give guests a good experience. There were many other better hotels along 7th Avenue. See all the photos taken.
