Great Hotel

Love the room. Everyone was helpful and kind. Room was spacious and well kept by housekeeping. Parking needs to improve though,

Excellent location for family and also for singles to explore the area and very welcoming staff , rooms are clean and location is just what you need to be close to everything Disney and other cultural food
Restful and Luxurious stay

Location is prime to leisure activities and Disney shuttle and plenty of restaurants fast food and Morton’s and Ruth Chris were a nice touch and we can’t leave Cheesecake Factory out of the equation. That’s always a must go for us.
Loud children, loud hotel

This hotel hosts a Dance Mom's competition with hundreds of little girls running around the halls unsupervised throughout the night. Do not stay here while they are hosting these competitions because you will struggle to get any peace.
Excellent Service and Location

This is an exemplary Hyatt experience. The location of this property is close to business appointments, multiple freeways, and Disneyland. The staff is fantastic and the dining options are all outstanding. Rooms are clean and there are more than enough elevators to get up and down quickly. There is a huge self parking area very close to the hotel back entrance and always easy to find a parking spot. This is one of the best stays in Orange County.
