Great stay and location for Disney! Shoutout to Ana, Bevz, and Bevs sister!!

We stay here often and always have a great experience the staff is always welcoming and helpful (especially Bevz - she’s the best!). This is a great hotel if going to Disneyland but also great for business, or any other reason. Breakfast and the other amenities are always top-notch. We highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim Garden Grove for our trip to Disneyland, specifically for Star Wars Nite. While the park was incredible, the standout of our entire stay was Bevz at the front desk. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and truly goes out of her way to make every guest feel special. Shortly after checking in, I went down to the desk to ask a question and was shocked when Bevz greeted me by my last name immediately. The next day, after returning from a long day at the park, she greeted us as "Mr. and Mrs. Shaver" the moment we walked in. When I asked how she could possibly remember us with so many people passing through for the event, she simply said she makes a point to remember names so she can provide amazing service and make guests feel special-because they are! Bevz's level of care is rare. If she isn't a manager yet, I hope the General Manager, Mike Domingo, sees this and gets her into a leadership program. She is a massive asset to this hotel and truly made our galactic adventure one to remember

Our stay at the Hampton Inn and suites in Garden Grove was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, and everything in between. Joshua, Bevz, and Kim at the front desk are exactly what customer service is all about and what every business should strive for, hands down. You guys are the best of the best. The beds were comfortable, sheets were clean and fresh smelling. Breakfast was great. And the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you all for making our stay with you such a memorable one. We will definitely be back!
