Be sure you do a good sweep of your room. In our rush I forgot my crocs sandals in our room. I had slid them under the nightstand, I know, my mistake. I called the same day we checked out. I wasn't able to hear back from anyone until the following day. I was told that housekeeping found nothing in the room. I know I left them in the room so I was so sad to hear that they weren't turned in to the lost and found by housekeeping.

First I would like to give a big shout out to the staff here. Bevz and her crew are amazing! And so helpful, and friendly! Our room was nice and clean. My husband and I will be (already making plans) staying here again. With all the chaos that is blizzcon everyone was nice and stayed clean! I can't recommend this place enough! P.S Thank you guys for the help during my allergy attack!
