Attempted to check in at 1:45. Though room was actually available they quoted an up-charge of $50.

The front desk team is incredible! Bevz was so attentive to us and answered all our questions…noticed my friend was celebrating her birthday and even gave her a present ! The rooms are clean and were available right on time for check in. The customer service is 10/10 and I will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone coming to Disney !

Great location near Anaheim resort area. Walkable to Disney (if that is your thing). I stayed for 3 nights on business. My room felt modern and was very clean. The staff were pleasant but I didn’t feel valued in my interactions with them. My only complaint is the influx of patrons to Joe’s Italian ice next door. People ignore the signs and are loitering in the parking lot at the hotel until late. I stayed on the north side and had difficulty sleeping due to this.

I initially wanted to leave a compliment to their safety. When we first arrived, security was on it in circling the parking lot and asking people from surrounding areas to not linger. There was also a morning where I stopped by the restroom in the lobby when a man was trying to enter the bathroom with his (toddler) daughter. Two employees walking by stopped the man to let him know he couldn’t go in the girl’s restroom. I had chimed in to let them know it was fine since mothers advise the dads to not let their little girls in the men’s restroom since it’s a safety concern. The hotel’s crew added to a fantastic job by following through as I could hear they still stuck around outside the door until the man had officially exited the bathroom. I felt incredibly safe knowing that if it was a ploy, then the employees would have been alert. To add to this post- while we were there for the 4 days we noticed that housekeeping was on it, the outdoor crew was on it with the furniture and the pool, and the indoor crew was on it so everything was always clean. I even noticed a suit break out the broom and sweep up before he went to lend the front desk a hand with the busy checkout rush. Plus, the breakfast was a 10/10 as it was kept clean and stocked while providing a GREAT selection of options to choose from. The whole team did a great job, and I have a lot of respect for this location. I would recommend it to anybody : )
