The location is great to Disneyland and it is easy to walk to restaurants and other activities in the area. The pools and water park are a perfect break from the park and the lifeguards are awesome. The staff at the hotel is so nice and willing to help. I traveled with myself and three kids and we got the bunk bed room. It is tiny. We were top of each other the whole time and you barely have room to move. The double queen room is much bigger and better for families. For the water park you have to keep your wristbands. There are not great quality and fall apart after going swimming once then to the parks. They are very strict on the wristbands, and if you want to be that strict get a better wristband or let people use their key card. The front was a little annoyed every time we asked for new ones. The WiFi is not great. I would stay here again

Great property for families. Location, rooms and amenities all great. Staff is friendly and very helpful especially Nicole in reservations. Very welcoming place unlike other properties in the area. Would highly recommend and will be using for all visits to Disneyland!

Great hotel, walking distance to the Disney park. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was perfect.

We paid for early check in, got to room after waiting 45 minutes for them to complete the check in process. We get to the room and it is warm and stayed warm even though air was set to 64. One “bar” of soap was left for us. There are 2 sinks and a shower. We checked in midday and went back to the park. We came back late and had to leave on time in the morning which was difficult since there was zero shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the refillable shower bottles and the bar of soap was almost gone after hand washing the day prior. Sinks were filthy, grout was nasty, door stop was a rusty foot cutting hazard as the stopper was no longer at there and it was bare rusty metal. And the tub wouldn’t drain. No telling what we were showering in. We make do with soap and wash my hair and my daughter’s hair. We pack up, my husband takes bags to car, we walk out to the car as he is walking back to meet us and help get us in the car and we approach our car and there is a man taking the bags from our car in an attempt to steal them. We also paid for parking, which was pointless as there was zero security. So frustrated by this experience. We paid for convenience and feel completely taken advantage of and now unsafe at this property.

Very disappointing. The room was not as advertised. We left to go to the theme park for the day and when we returned our door was propped open, like housekeeping does, only we didn’t have housekeeping services completed while there. It was just me and my daughter so we were scared the rest of the time there. I had to check under the beds, the bathroom, closet, etc just to make sure there was no one in the room. The next morning, I woke up to a huge roach in the shower. Then I was charged twice for my stay. Not happy at all!!!!
