Amazing stay! Great friendly staff, cozy, and clean rooms. Only con was the icy cold water park, all else including the location was absolutely great!

I stayed with my husband and my child. What an amazing experience! The rooms are very modern, comfortable and spacious. There is also a coffee machine and microwave in the room. The location is perfect. Just a few blocks away from Disney. You don't need to drive to the park and the hotel offers parking! The staff is super friendly, they really take care of you from the moment you book and during your stay. There is a shop in the hotel and a water park. Super recommend it! Next time I travel to Disney, I will definitely book this hotel again. A special thank you to Jennifer Ruvalcaba for taking care of us since the booking and also to ALL the Front Desk staff. The rooms were comfy, I had a nice pool view! Customer service is super friendly. I enjoyed the little store at the hotel. It was an easy walk to the entrance at disney.

This is our second stay, we have always had exceptional customer service. Nicole in reservations has been extremely helpful and wonderful to work with and has made our stay so much better.
