Thank you Nicole for your fantastic service today. I made 2 reservations for later this year and the process was quick and easy, We love staying at the HoJo Anaheim. The walk to the parks is easy, the staff are fantastic. It is our home away from home in Anaheim.

The front desk staff was so nice & gave helpful directions for getting to Disney. The room was very nice and spacious. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be returning to try out the awesome looking pool!

Excellent customer service highly recommend! My son had to make a trip to ER and the front desk was so nice to call me and check on him and give him a goody basket. Will be coming back for sure and staying here!

Subhajit maity is Honest, humble, talented,good behavior, quick service. This potential employee need to be uplift in hotel. We should come to this hotel to get all the excellent service provided by hotel and its employees

Great place to stay...we love the convenience and view of the fireworks from building 1. Lobby area near gift shop has TERRIBLE odor -- noticed it during both our stays. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Room very clean and nice. Would be nice to have better brand of coffee pods and REAL creamer offerings in room. No room service and no daily room cleaning -- at least give us good coffee with some yummy extras!
