This hotel was so great for our Disneyland trip. From the moment we checked in to checking out, Kirn went above and beyond, and the rest of the staff, were so nice and helpful. My daughter loved the baby shark theme and bunk bed in our room. It was a short walk to both parks. The splash pad and pool were perfect for the warm day. We definitely will stay here again.

The shower in the first room wouldn’t work, but when my fiancé tried to tell them at first they didn’t want to move us to a new room. After some talking with them and explaining we had a 6 year old in our room who HAS to have a bath after being in the parks all day, they finally agreed to move us. But here’s the catch; it was 12:30AM and they said that was the only time we could move, even though the 6 year old was already sound asleep. Plus it would’ve moved us from a nice quiet room to one that was right next to the freeway where you could literally hear everything. The next day they eventually let us move, but the way they handled it was incredibly inconvenient. Not to mention when we finished packing up the maintenance man FINALLY came, and he got smart with us and said “all you have to do is pull out to turn the shower on”, as he literally YANKED the handle. When we explained that we did that but we were worried it would pull the handle off he got annoyed with us and left. We spent $600 to stay here, but the only GOOD thing was how close it was to Disneyland. Unfortunately when we come back in July, we will not stay here again, and will be going back to our regular hotel we stay at.

Hojo was retro which my family and I liked. We have no need for flashy decor or modern paint schemes. This was simply a place to sleep for our Disney family vacation. We liked the 50s vibe and would stay here agin. Room was clean and large, the bed was comfy and the bonus roll out bed was a, bonus. The store was well stocked and the staff was polite and helpful.

I do not normally leave reviews, but the service we received during our recent stay was so exceptional that I had to share our experience. First off, the entire hotel was extremely clean, and the parking setup was incredibly convenient. The location is fantastic, and the hotel is very family-focused, which made traveling with my toddler such a great experience. We’ve stayed at several nearby hotels during our Disney staycations, and this has easily been our favorite so far. We spent time at both the splash pad and the pool, and I cannot say enough good things about the lifeguards. They were extremely attentive, constantly communicating with each other, keeping track of which children belonged with which families, and staying on top of safety at all times. As a mom with a toddler, that gave me so much peace of mind. They handled any roughhousing or unsafe behavior immediately, which made the pool area feel safe and enjoyable for everyone. The front desk staff was also incredible. Every employee we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Even when they were unable to fully accommodate a request, they still did their absolute best and communicated everything clearly and professionally. The hotel also provides floaties and fresh towels, which was such a nice touch. Alcohol is allowed in the pool areas, yet everything was still kept very clean and well-managed. I especially appreciated that staff stayed on top of guests who tried to reserve or hoard beach chairs for long periods of time — that was honestly the best part! We truly had an amazing stay and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend for families, especially those visiting Disney! Shout out to Skyler, Jakob, Jordan, Sam, Mia, Rick, Zack, Brianna, Cathy, Johanna and Jeremy! Your team is the best!

The hotel staff was so kind. The rooms are clean. Great value for your money! The location is walking distance to Disneyland! Good quiet atmosphere. Only thing I would say is if you like a dark room request a room not on the top floor
