Cockroaches

Dont stay here ! Cockroach and they dont care if they have themWe usually love staying here! The last few times however have been absolutely horrible we got back to our room at 11 at night with the family to have Cockroaches crawling all over the bathroom. We brought one dead to front desk to show them freaked out! They offered they could only spray the room after my husband arguing absolutely not to spray with my family in there is when they moved us rooms I couldn't sleep all night felt disgusting. This place has gone down hill they dont fix anything the time before the handle fell off the showere and fell on one of my kids she said they would discount us next time yet to find out she didn't discount but gave us the return rate we always get ! Highly dont not recommended!!!
Rude receptionist and poor car parking
Cruiser05317052264 on Apr 11, 2026
The reception staff were limited in English hard to understand and came across as rude.. We were told housekeeping would only replenish towels and remove rubbish.. Parking was a nightmare we had booked and expected to have a park available only to be driving around and around the facility to wait for a park to become available they have very limited spots as they open it up to public valet parking so the spaces are coned off for this.. On the plus side walking to Disney was a breeze, Wouldn’t stay here again but room was clean..
Great location

This place satisfied our expectations. Room was clean, big enough and most importantly so close to the parks. Loved being able to walk into our room within 7 minutes of leaving the parks. No breakfast but they had a pool and hot tub with pool towels so that was nice. Beds were a bit firm but we were so exhausted from the parks that it don’t affect us too much. Staff interaction was good and while they don’t clean your room and make your bed each day, they do replace towels and empty the trash which is all we really needed. Outside noise wasn’t an issue but we had a room in the back of the complex.
Worth staying here for a Disney trip!

I would definitely stay here again and again for trips to Disneyland. This hotel is no frills but it is clean, reasonably priced and has what you need. The rooms were generously stocked with towels and coffee and had everything we needed to be comfortable. When my daughter spilled on her bed housekeeping came within ten minutes with a new set of bedding. They also come every day for trash and fresh towels. The staff was super friendly and smiley when we checked in. The best part was it is literally across the street to Disneyland. With all the walking you have to do in Disney it is WAY worth it to stay somewhere so close so you don’t add more exhausting walking miles to your day and you don’t have to deal with parking.
Lovely, clean, and bright, but kitchens leave a bit to be desired

Our suite felt lovely to stay in. Clean, bright, modern, didn't have that 'old motel room' smell and feel. As a small motel, it also didn't have the cubicle feel of the big huge hotels. Housekeeping was timely and impeccable too. The pool is kept nice and cool and the hot tub is not too hot, and both are kept extremely clean. And of course the five-minute walk to Disneyland was pretty great. The kitchen has a full-sized fridge, stove, and sink, along with a collection of pots, frying pans, kitchen knives, serving utensils, bowls, a strainer, *almost* enough tableware for five, and (surprisingly) a meatloaf dish. My only legitimate complaint is that the kitchen lacked a cutting board, a cheese grater, and towels. I don't really consider a kitchen usable without these items. We made do, but it was kinda awkward.
