Hey so this place was awesome! It is as close to Disney as you can get without being at the resort it’s just crossing the street! Clean rooms fairly modern! The only weird part was the parking situation gets full fast but if there are no parking spots they will valet your vehicle for you with a super awesome text to get your vehicle pulled up to your room! Thanks for an awesome stay!

Wonderful stay! one of the closest hotels to Disneyland entrance. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. Pool and hot tub were empty most of the time . Kids had a blast at the pool! A couple of minutes walk to McDonalds, IHOP and Panera bread. I'm definitely coming back next year.

Since returned from COVID the hotel has adopted a devious and misleading scheme to not clean your room for multi-day stay. I stayed there on Sep-2022 and again this year, from 8/18 thru 8/20 . Last year they were clear that there were not enough employees to fully clean the room and were asking the guest to sign a waiver that indicated that only clean towels and the garbage would be removed; last year I accepted this. BUT during my stay this year that was not the case : since then the "Terms and conditions" have been updated and shows that for multiple days the room won't be cleaned as it should : no bathroom cleaned, no desinfected, no dusting, no vacuuming, no beds made & these detils are on the small print. Furthermore there is no warning, special note on the reservations section of the hotel which indicates this. You get a $240 plus taxes per night rate + parking fee but you won't get your room cleaned. This is devious and a scam : it's not a long-stay hotel, it's a nice property -considering that is a very old structure, has good location but it's no excuse to be this devious abaut it. It was a Sunday when I checked out and asked with the manager and the employee told me there was nobody responsible for the hotel on the premises that day. I've been staying there for 20+ years every year (excluding Covid years) and I'm really dissapointed by this. Similar properties which are a little bit farther down the street have similar prices and the rooms get cleaned every day. MY concerns were expressed to the employee but his attitude was not emphatic at all, quite the opposite.

We had an issue when we were doing laundry and an unhoused person had an opened wound and was bleeding on the ground. We reported to the front desk but they didn’t offer to help us but said they would eventually clean the floor. The person finished their laundry and left the hotel. When checking out, I followed up and was told I would receive a call back later that day. A week later, I called to speak to someone and they said they could not do anything. They said they offered another hotel which was not true. They said the person left after being asked which was also untrue (we were in the laundry room when they left after finishing their laundry). They also refused to provide detergent or a refund for the money spent at laundry. Overall, it was disappointing that they did not even offer to refund the money spent on laundry. A simple key lock to the door would help prevent those that are not guests from using the amenities. This hotel is not concerned with the guests actually paying to stay there.

The most convenient Disney good neighbor hotel outside Disneyland for families under a budget and children with mobility limitations. This hotel offers rooms just as advertised at the website, and rooms look and feel renovated. We are a family of 4, including a 6 year old and a 10 month old. We stayed on a king size bed room with a sleeper chair. They installed a crib for our baby, and my son rested through the night at the sleeper chair. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are clean and include a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Overall we had an amazing stay, and for the price paid, I think we got more. The walk to Disney downtown is literally less than. 5 minutes, so there’s no need to take shuttles or transportation. Although it doesn’t include breakfast, there are many places around where food can be bought from. I was nervous about some reviews with bad opinions, but in our experience, we had an amazing time, and I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to be walking distance to the park, and save a lot of money and receive a ton of value during your stay.
