We love this hotel! It’s a restomod - newly remodeled but still maintains its retro vibe. Great location next to the Disneyland Park entrance, friendly staff, super clean, very comfortable. The water park (Castaway Cove) is so fun, and their store has all the necessities. And the room rates are very reasonable - a great value. It’s also very quiet for a good night sleep This place can’t be beat. Today, Sam welcomed us and she was so nice and helpful. The perfect way to start one’s stay.

We usually stay at another hotel, they changed their rewards program so we decided to try The HoJo in Anaheim! 1st person i bugged was Jennifer at front desk, who is the most cheerful, helpful person everrrrr! Answered every question and made me feel less nervous about trying a new place! We get there, easy parking, easy ck-in wirh Aly, got a room upgrade, smiles on everyone's faces in my fam! The room was spacious & beautiful & immaculate, beds comfortable & quiet! Took us 7 minutes to walk to DTD! We even tried the jacuzzi & Waterpark in the cold, it was wonderful! Lifeguards Gabriel & Grace were sweethearts with the baby! The store on grounds was stocked with everything you'd need! What a great experience and since we visit every month, we'll be back in January! Everyone, Sam, Lazada, Jacob, and getting ckd out by Aaron and Kim was a perfect way to end our trip! I truly hope i didn't forget anyone because we want to thank you for making us feel like family! XO The Smith Family

Absolutely enjoy staying at this hotel when we are visiting Disneyland. It's affordable and an easy 8-minute walk to the Disneyland park entrance. Easy to go back and forth during that times with our little one.

Always a great stay!!! Staff and room was perfect. They cater to many needs, like my fragrance and chemical allergies, beds are amazingly comfortable and the quickest walk to the parks at Disneyland.

Spoke with Jennifer in reservations about helping with an upgrade to reservations i had made for April 20th through the 25th. Absolutely a pleasure doing business with Howard Johnson, Jennifer was professional and extremely helpful considering I'm not very good at this sort of thing? Lol... She was so nice, she actually made this an enjoyable experience.
