I will never stay here again as I have had two non magical experiences here I stayed club level on my last trip with my family which consisted of my two 3year old special needs sons and my infant daughter some of the staff was nice however we did experience problems with some of the staff and some of the managers especially the gm Here is what happened my two special needs 3 year old sons where running around and playing in club level just like other kids where up there my kids Got singled out by staff and management I was accused of not watching my kids but I honestly was watching them just because I don’t get on to my kids for acting there age and I also had my friend with me who had an agreement with me to help with my kids prior to this trip I will admit i didn’t go down stairs after my son but I did send my friend down after him immediately i unfortunately have some mobility medical issues which prevents me from rushing down stairs as i am a fall risk and i refused to have fallen down the stairs and the management got on to me for that but my friend was there to help me with my kids and to make sure I didn’t get hurt or fall the night before checking out we had issues with locking door to balcony and brought it to there attention the worker they sent in there acted like she didn’t want fix it and asked me if i carried if she fixed it or not i honestly didn’t care as I knew we where checking out in the morning as we would be staying at different resort the next day the morning of check out I had an extremely rude bell hop show up to my room I dismissed them and refused to let that bell hop help me since they called my stuff crap my stuff is not crap it’s my personal items I do not appreciate that and found it very unprofessional but when I called for another bell hop and asked to speak to management about the situation the gm and another manager and a security guard showed up to get on to me when all I did was speak up about the situation with bell hop instead of management handling that situation I feel they threatened me because I was told me and my kids are on thin ice of getting permanently life time band from Disney world when honestly we didn’t do anything wrong but speak up I was extremely professional about the whole situation but it did cost us not to be able to get breakfast from club level on morning of check out which is not right or fair as we paid extra for that I figured once we left that resort and went to our next resort we would be staying at that it would be squashed but no the gm from this resort called another manager who meet me at the next resort who I felt be little me and put me in place I will always stick up for my self and my kids no matter what it costs me but to be honest I do not like conflict or being gotten on to when I did not do anything wrong the way I was spoken to had me in tears and has me feeling like I am walking around on egg shells me and my family stay on Disney property 2 to 3 times a year not for vacation but because one my sons has medical problems which requires us to have to come to Orlando for medical appointments and sometimes for longer periods of time as it stands right now I do not know if I will book to stay at any Disney resort hotels the next time we come to Orlando Fl due to the way me and my kids where treated please note this review is based on my own personal experiences and opinions and I will not mention Disney management names at this time divided they leave me and my kids alone the rest of this trip thank you

The staff is amazing, the savanna view is amazing, but my problem was how far my room was. And the corridor has carpet so you could only imagine how hard it was to bring my heavy suitcases. Also, it was far from the pool, the bus stop, the lobby, and parking. So, it's a beautiful hotel but not practical if you want to go to the parks. For a staycation maybe.

The animals=awesome! Unbelievable experience right outside my balcony. The staff on the other hand was awful! They wouldn’t let the Uber delivery driver leave my food for 2 minutes while I walked in from the pool. There were 3 people there scolding me when I walked in … literally 2 minutes later. They said next time thy are throwing it away… exact words. For $500+ a night… I’ve never had such terrible service. I’ve had far cheaper hotels go well out of there way to accommodate far more… disappointed in Disney. Amazing how such a small thing can ruin an evening

Stayed 4th floor in a suite. Room was nice but service has definetly dropped. Not the disney experience im used too. I ussually stay at yacht club and will continue to do so after this experience. Pool wzs sub par. Bugs all around and saw very few animals from my room. Not worth the money.

Lovely atmosphere and rooms at this hotel. Very African themed. Room was very nice and the lobby area is stunning. Great for kids as you could see Giraffes and zebras and antelopes from the lobby and some rooms. I booked a cheaper rate through David’s vacation rentals. Lovely stay.
