Five star visit for a third time

Third timing staying at Kidani Village. Such a wonderful experience again. Room comfortable and well looked after. Kids (5 and 2) loved the arcade and community rooms, as well as the wonderful pool. Staff exceptional. Special shout out to Wes at the Maji bar for being so good (and making my cocktail that wasn’t on the menu) and Hailee in the Community Room for sharing my love of the Bulls. Please pass on my thanks. We will be back.
Very disappointed

We are DVC Members since 1996 and we booked a 3 bedroom with points for this weekend. It is now 7:48 pm and our room is STILL not ready ??. Very sad as we are here all day at the parks with my children and 5 grandchildren and we cannot get into our rooms. Disneys great customer service has deteriorated over the years. They don't even care that we are sitting with twin 3 year olds and no place to go. Sad!
Disappointing visit I’m afraid.

Visited Sanna restaurant for the second time. First time was so much better. I had arranged to meet friends, from overseas, here but I am quite disappointed to be honest. Especially as I recommended it. Was under construction so couldn’t get out to the central viewing platform. No notification given of this. The Disney Dining plan has changed and you can no longer get the breads. We are not big eaters so no point paying extra. I was not allowed to swap a dessert for a starter, again this is a difference with dining plan. However, there was a child with us and they were not very accommodating re desserts here either. Waiter was not accommodating with alcoholic drinks either, in terms of our dining plan when every other restaurant we have been to have been. We were asked what we wanted for Fraser before we even tasted it dinner. We were also asked if we wanted it boxed. How can you know, when you’ve not even eaten a main course yet? Marco the waiter also cleared plates as people finished, not once everyone had finished. I find this quite rude to be honest. Food was good however. Waited ages on the restroom on 1st floor where there was a clear sign saying more restrooms on floor one. I checked with the girl who said “oh that will be downstairs” Not friendly at all. I’d spoken to her about the fact that the viewing platform was closed. She didn’t have much to say about it except it was happening all week. I would not go back I’m afraid. Really disappointed.

Disney's Animal Kingdom Kidani Village Villas is a luxurious haven that embodies the essence of African savannahs, perfectly blending comfort, elegance, and wilderness. Our stay was a truly regal experience that surpassed all expectations. The villas themselves were opulent, with spacious rooms, lavish decor, and modern amenities. The master suite's soaking tub and rainfall shower were pure bliss. The kitchen was well-equipped, perfect for preparing meals while enjoying the stunning savannah views. The resort's amenities were exceptional, featuring: - An exquisite pool area with waterslide and hot tub - A state-of-the-art fitness center - Exclusive animal viewing areas - Unique cultural experiences The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a magical stay. The proximity to Animal Kingdom and other Disney parks was convenient, making it an ideal location for a family vacation or romantic getaway. In conclusion, Disney's Animal Kingdom Kidani Village Villas is a majestic oasis that offers an unparalleled Disney experience. With its lavish accommodations, exceptional amenities, and breathtaking views, it's a must-stay destination for any Disney enthusiast. Five stars and a royal thumbs up!
Worst experience in my life and worst vacation. 10k spent for a week. This only speaks for Kidani Village.

This place is absolutely the worst in every aspect! 1. No real food options! After 9:30 nothing! 2. Dirty rooms with damaged furniture and carpets! 3. Horrible service. Common items like tooth brushes, shower caps and combs which is common for guests to need they do not even have at front desk. I asked for these took 30-40 min to even get them. 4. Tiny pool with like 7-10 umbrellas only. Over crowded severely. Literally is not enough spots for the occupancy of the place. 5. Horrible design, u have to walk 20-30 min to even get too front desk from some parts. 6. Outdated appliances which r damaged and some stuff does not work. 7. Bathrooms with low water pressure and Leaky shower heads. R villa had constant drip that u heard all night. 8. The villas have horrible fold out couch beds. For 900$ a night. 9. Porches on the standard views very dirty and we had ants everywhere. 10. The gift show food options horrible and unhealthy. 11. I waited 40 min for shower cap and 1 hr for a comb for my kids. This what they claim! A variety of transportation options throughout Walt Disney World Resort, including motorcoach, monorail and water launch services (offered at select Disney Deluxe Resort hotels) Spacious rooms that are typically larger than those at other Disney Resort hotels Concierge services to assist you with your vacation planning A wide assortment of dining experiences—including Signature Dining and Character Dining On-site recreation choices like bicycle and watercraft rentals, pools, arcades and health clubs Access to valet parking (separate fee required) Extended evening theme park hours (see details below)
