Let me start by saying, this is definitely not a Disney resort. Doesn’t even compare to the hospitality and cleanliness of the Disney resorts. And to charge $26 a day to park for hotel guests?! I am not impressed at all! I will not be staying here again.

Management please sort out this queue for check in … been sat here an hour with 2 kids .. I’ve taken a photo of the line . It was a quicker queues at the airport when flying here ! Sort it out ! Poor start to our stay

We have stayed at this wonderful resort many times and always had a truly amazing stay. During the last hurricane we had to evacuate and stayed at Cabana Bay. We could not have had a better time despite not knowing what we would find once we returned home. We could not have been treated better by staff in every way possible. Mini bars were set up around the property and a game room was opened providing families with a multitude of fun activities. We always love watching the vintage commercials in the food court and this time it kept us in a lighthearted mood despite the uncertainty. There was never a problem adding extra days when it became evident we could not return home. We were able to keep our beloved cats with us which made all of the difference to our well being. Cabana Bay is a super fun place to stay with the retro vibe, bowling alley and much more. Our only wish is that we could always bring our cats with us. Thank you Cabana Bay for being the very best resort around. We love this place and cannot wait to return.

I'd not stop here again. Looking tired in places with stained/ worn or just dirty carpets. Including in our bedroom. Obviously its been painted recently but very poorly. I don't like the layout in general and there's surprisingly little choice of food/no nice restaurants. Overcrowded pool area forcing you to head the Volcano waterpark which is far better. Overall I'd only recommend staying here for the early access to parks. Not a great location for anything else so disappointing. That said you can use the transport to City walk where there are more things to do and see. Check in was painfully slow don't know why it takes so long to print the room keys.

This resort was disappointing, some areas that had bedroom building needed an update. We had to change room for this reason. The main building was in better shape. As for the lazy river it was not included in your stay it was an extra cost to use it. And if you have kids it can get expensive! The Food offered in the Resort was very bad. We had tried it for lunch. There was a Starbucks so we had breakfast there. We left the Resort every evening to eat supper, and we had no car, so we had to Uber to dine out.
