My daughter and I stayed here for eight nights while visiting Disney parks (the Tower) The staff was very helpful and just plain nice! Free parking. Great bus transportation to and from the parks. The only drawback was the food at the “mall”. Very limited selections and not very tasty!

This was our second stay at the Gran Destino Tower and it continues to impress. Very nice clean rooms in the tower with great bathrooms. Loved the Christmas decorations and all the red and white lighting in the lobby and exterior. This hotel is much quieter than other disney hotels, although we have never stayed when a convention was going on. Bus service is great leaving for the park, because the tower stop is the last one before the park, however, coming back from the park it is the last stop.

We were looking for a hotel to stay in the Orlando area that had great amenties, good food and was a place we could relax after a busy hockey tournament nearby. I checked out so many resorts nearby and was shocked at all the crazy resort fees, parking fees etc. But when I looked at Disney, they just charge you the room rate and taxes. Everything is built in. This hotel ended up being perfect. Everything from the lobby to the room to the pool to the restaurants to the service is top notch. Every detail is executed perfectly and every crack is repaired and painted. Our room was perfectly comfortable, I walked around the lake walking trail each morning and enjoyed the views and music playing. They had a little beach area with hammocks and they have recreation activities for families and kids too! The main pool is practically a work of art! There is even a water slide that we all enjoyed. It never occurred to me to stay at a disney resort and not go to the parks, but we did it and had the best time! We will be back over and over again.

Love this resort always great service and a wonderful relaxing atmosphere rooms are beautiful and the resort is maintained remarkably Pools and Hot Tub are great and the Restaurants are amazing so many to choose from and so many different choices

Huge disappointment with Coronado Springs Resort and the Disney dining plan. From the moment we got there we had problems with charges made to our balance without us buying anything. It took alot of time to get that fixed as the didn't believe me. When we left we still had 4 meals and 5 snacks on our balance and at they assured us that these charges would still be there when visiting the Parks later on. Ofcourse when we got back a week later they were gone but when contacting guest relations they said we had used them all. So again charges were made without us buying anything. More than a 100 dollars worth lost.
