Disney Magic

Disney world magic. Our room was very small and could use some sprusing up. It was however very clean and comfortable. The service was wonderful. People kind and happy. The dinner at Toledo was outstanding. Bus transportation was easy. The pool is a little far from the hotel and the drinks were not good there.
Not worth the money

Upon arrival was given our room number and went straight upstairs. 15th floor club lounge level. Open the door and I have a beautiful view of the parking lot. Yes the parking lot. I call downstairs and asked to be moved to the other side at least I can see the pool or something. With an attitude was told that I am not looking at the parking lot and they are sold out and can't help! Hmmmm imagine paying 1k a night and being told that you're not seeing what you're seeing? Funny. Next I opened the sleeper sofa and you're better off sleeping on bricks. Had to request a rollaway. Can't wait to LEAVE! Save your money rent an AIRBNB
Lovely Stay

This was our second stay at the resort, although this time it was just the two of us. The room was spacious and very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The food court is large and offers plenty of options for both adults and children. There are also several lovely restaurants on-site which we tried and thoroughly enjoyed. The resort has four bus stops, and we found the distance to each of the Disney parks to be very convenient and close. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Disney area. The only slight downside was that when leaving the resort, traffic queues could be quite long. However, we noticed there was a convention taking place during our stay, which likely contributed to the congestion when many guests were departing at the same time.
Not great customer service

Disney’s Coronado Springs was just okay this time around. The location is good, but the room felt outdated and housekeeping missed some spots on the floors. Noise was also an issue, likely due to cheer competition season (which I do not recommend). The biggest downside was customer service at checkout. I was incorrectly told I owed an additional $617, even though my room was already paid in full. It turned out the front desk had the wrong room number. Unfortunately, neither the cast member nor the manager apologized for the mistake, which was frustrating—especially while rushing to catch my airport shuttle. I stayed here before and had a much better experience. Because of this visit, I’m unsure if I would return. Overall, an average stay.
Poor condition not a resort feel

Doors are peeling and give poor over all experience. Not a resort experience. This was how several doors looked walking to our room
