We stayed here for the 2nd year in a row. This was for our Disney vacation. The service and amenities are awesome. Here are some of these amenities; Free bus service to the parks. Free buffet breakfast every morning. Free kickback nightly ( kind of like a dinner). 3 free alcoholic drinks per night per adult. About a 10-15 minute walk to Disney Springs. Very friendly staff. Onsite Starbucks.

This was the second visit to this hotel - this time taking my daughter’s young family. The hotel were very accommodating in giving us rooms close to each other (including giving me an upgrade) to achieve this. We were able to take advantage of the breakfast each morning which was perfect for us and allowed our toddler to be fed before heading off to the Disney parks on the complimentary buses. The times of these buses are clearly advertised and we found the return buses were always on time and they ensured all waiting guests were able to get on them. No one was left behind. It was great to take advantage of the kick back in the evenings - really welcome and we looked forward to this after a hot or rainy long day in the parks! Check out was great we were able to hold our room till 4pm which was a godsend when we had a toddler and were on a late evening flight back to the UK. This allowed us to use the pool which is lovely and has a separate children’s splash area. We also used to pizza delivery service as and we were able to order provisions delivered to the hotel. As it’s a Disney affiliated hotel we were able to do early entry at the parks! This hotel is a real gem - you won’t be disappointed.

The reception staff and everyone around the hotel were extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The cleanliness of the room and the surrounding areas was excellent, and the location was a 10/10- very convenient. The food we ordered at the restaurant was really good. Our only suggestion would be to be offer more side dishes and accompaniments with the meals. Our only real complaint was the variety of the breakfast. It would be great to see more options, such as bacon, a wider selection of ham and cheeses, and more fruits. Overall, we had a great time experience and truly appreciated the excellent service. With a fee improvements to the breakfast selection, this place would be even better!

This was our first time staying at a Drury Hotel, and it was by far the best experience we’ve ever had with a hotel chain. The amenities, including the Disney shuttle, breakfast and dinner options, happy hour bar service, and the pool area, were amazing! We will definitely return to this location and look for Drury Hotels whenever we travel. 10/10 experience!

Great hotel, staff are amazing, kind and professional, thumbs up to Adam on reception, who remembered us from our last visit. Hotel is clean and family orientated, breakfast, evening food and drinks are very welcome and makes the place really good value. The rooms are spacious, comfortable beds and have everything you need. Easy walk to Disney Springs.
