This is a Great hotel for families traveling to Disney World. Location is close to Disney Springs. Free shuttle to and from the parks is excellent. Convenient breakfast with plenty of options. Enjoyed the pizza hut on site. Also, nice to have a in house bar and a great sitting area outside. We did not get a change to use the free drink tickets, but a great perk. Note- this is a very busy hotel with a lot of traffic. Why am I on the fence with this one? Not sure that house keeping can keep up with the heavy traffic. Carpets in the hall way were not the cleanest. Most importantly, not sure that bed checks are always being thoroughly done. Upon arrival, it took 3 rooms worth of bed checks to find one that we were comfortable with sleeping in. I always do and always will check under the mattress and sheets before moving into a room. First two rooms had hair in the sheets and unidentifiable blackish red things under the mattress. The manager kindly inspected the 3rd room check with me, which was located on a different floor. In this 3rd room, we changed out a stained sheet, and then It was fine. The assistant manager was very friendly, and for the most part accommodating. He did credit us $100 for the inconvenience and unacceptable findings. However, he informed me upon walking into the 3rd room that I would not be able to pull back the sheets. He came around after I suggested that we first find a room that was acceptable under the mattress and go from there. After two unacceptable bed checks, a guest should 100% be allowed to find an acceptable, clean bed to sleep in. This includes pulling back the sheets. Also note, there are No enclosed bed covers on the mattresses. I was very surprised by this finding, considering the volume of guests coming and going. Again, this hotel has some amazing perks, but if clean sheets are your priority and you too check the bed, you may to be on the fence..

Always have had a great experience there, from staff to the amenities. They are close to everything and the shuttles to all the parks are great to have.

Our 3rd stay at Disney Plaza, wonderful hotel thoroughly recommend. Staff always friendly nothing is too much trouble for them. Can’t wait to return again in November.
