The rooms is clean except the garbage can had garbage on it. Then the employees are friendly included the staffs in the kitchen. She is a filipina her name is Gina. She is so friendly with smile on her face.

We had a Southwest credit we had to use before it expired. We decided to fly down to Disney for a quick overnight stay. We are DVC members but could not get a room. We booked at Drury and had an AMAZING stay. We wished we could stay longer. Friendly staff that is eager to help with anything you need, beautiful design, amazing room and SO clean. That's not even mentioning the included breakfast buffet (including make your own Mickey waffle bar!) We will actually look into staying again instead of a Disney resort. Special shout out to Gina working on the second floor Mickey Waffle bar on 4/25!

The hotel environment is excellent and the service is top-notch. What made my stay truly special was the kindness of the staff. I was going through a difficult time and found comfort in the Bible in my room. When I asked to purchase it, Shawn Kelly and Karla Matos were incredibly empathetic—they insisted on giving it to me as a gift. They helped me with my trip and cared for my emotional needs. This hotel is now my first choice. Thank you, Shawn and Karla, for going above and beyond!

Drury Hotel is nothing more than Great .Clean..Friendly and close to Disney Springs

Housekeeping service was unacceptable. Did not clean our room after complaining to front desk staff. They assured me that it would be taken care of and it wasn't. Got worse - the housekeeping left the dirty sheets on a chair and lost our remote.
