I chose this hotel because of all the amenities and the location. The value was very good in that breakfast was included and an added bonus was an evening light buffet with cocktails. We were able to take a free shuttle to the Disney parks. We were able to walk over to Disney Springs. And we were able to enjoy the Drury property at the pool overlooking a pond. I needed a worry free short get away and this was perfect!

Five days at The Drury and it was definitely an A-1 experience! All of our experiences with Drury Team members were fantastic, polite, helpful and welcoming. Our room was fresh and clean. Our breakfast buffet was WONDERFUL as was the Happy Hour Buffett. Our bartender Johnathan was the best. The shuttle drivers were also prompt and courteous. On checkout Shawn was attentive and very helpful. Definitely recommend and would come back again. Nice Work Disney Springs Drury Team.

We stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando Disney Springs Area in April 2026 and had such a wonderful experience travelling as a multi-generational family with my two children and both my parents. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Shawn Kelley went above and beyond to make sure my parents’ room was as close as possible to mine and my children’s room, which made the trip so much easier and more enjoyable for all of us. That level of care and attention genuinely stood out and was hugely appreciated. The hotel itself is fantastic — clean, comfortable, well-organised, and perfect for families visiting Disney. The shuttle buses were reliable and convenient, making transport to the parks stress-free, and we also loved being able to take a pleasant evening walk over to Disney Springs. Every member of the front desk team we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention also goes to the lovely woman working at the lobby bar who was from Morocco. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name, but my parents absolutely adored her. They spent most evenings relaxing in the bar area and always commented on how friendly, kind, and engaging she was. She really helped make their holiday extra special. My only minor gripe was that the pool area stayed completely shaded throughout the morning during our April stay. I enjoy sitting in the sun early in the day, but it was a bit too chilly to relax by the pool comfortably without any sunshine. It was a small disappointment, although it certainly didn’t take away from the overall experience. Overall, this was an excellent stay from start to finish. We would happily return and highly recommend the Drury Plaza to families looking for a convenient, friendly, and comfortable Disney Springs hotel.

The rooms is clean except the garbage can had garbage on it. Then the employees are friendly included the staffs in the kitchen. She is a filipina her name is Gina. She is so friendly with smile on her face.

We had a Southwest credit we had to use before it expired. We decided to fly down to Disney for a quick overnight stay. We are DVC members but could not get a room. We booked at Drury and had an AMAZING stay. We wished we could stay longer. Friendly staff that is eager to help with anything you need, beautiful design, amazing room and SO clean. That's not even mentioning the included breakfast buffet (including make your own Mickey waffle bar!) We will actually look into staying again instead of a Disney resort. Special shout out to Gina working on the second floor Mickey Waffle bar on 4/25!
