Great location, great value for money, lovely room with comfy bed and amazing, friendly staff. Breakfast was great, coffee all day was good for us and kick back was a bonus.

I stayed here for ten nights from 1st December. Booked as package via British Airways as from UK. What can I say? No negatives about this place. Absolutely fabulous!! I had a huge king room as solo traveller. Maid service everyday, excellent staff from the front desk to bar staff, coffee 24/7, hot breakfast every morning, 5.30 to 7.30pm kickback meal, free soda & popcorn 4 to 8pm. I used the buses everyday to the parks & there was only once a bus didn't turn up at HS in the afternoon. I attended both MVMCP & Jollywood Nights and there were buses to bring you back late at night from both events. You also get to enter parks half an hour early same as Disney Resort guests. I can't comment on the pool/ jacuzzi as didn't use them but they looked lovely with lots of seats/loungers. I would definitely return in a heartbeat

Excellent location. The hotel is really well maintained. Everything looked brand new. Great place to start your day(s) at Disney. Free breakfast and a happy hour with beverages and snacks make this a great choice.

Lovely clean modern hotel with everything you could want. Spacious rooms, lovely pool and great friendly staff nothing is too much. Beds comfortable and the free drinks and the free breakfast and dinner is well worth it. Will definitely be returning again. 10mins walk to disney springs and the free shuttle were always on time and friendly drivers too.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable, atmosphere was very family-centric, and staff was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. To have breakfast and dinner included, along with drinks and snacks..cost was a true value. Plus so close to parks and Disney Springs!
