Could have been better

The resort is very large, so make sure you are prepared. If you aren’t by the hospitality area it’s a long walk. I know the DVC rooms have been refurbished but we didn’t get one of those. It definitely needed a refresh. It was musty and damp, the furniture was definitely dinged up and dirty, and the bathroom had been patched up but it was pretty bad. The good side is the outside looked beautiful, and there are lots of pools. I wouldn’t stay there again.
Great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay in a two-bedroom villa at Disney’s Old Key West Resort. The villa was spacious, clean, and provided plenty of room for our family to relax after long days in the parks. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, full kitchen, and large living area, which made the stay feel like a home away from home. The resort grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being conveniently connected to the rest of Walt Disney World. Transportation was easy, and the staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Old Key West has a unique charm and laid-back feel that sets it apart from other Disney resorts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future. Thank you to everyone who helped make our vacation so enjoyable!
Great Resort

Loved this DVC. So spacious in the room and the resort. Lots of things to do to keep busy if you don't want to spend all the time in the parks. Will be back!
DVC Family vacation

We stayed here with my in-laws on the 3rd floor of building 18 6/16-5/22. The room size was perfect and the beds were very comfortable. We had no idea there were NO ELEVATORS at this resort. I didn't even think to look that up. The main pool was spacious and very clean. We also went to the pool on Miller Street. That pool was a perfect size and very clean with a decent amount of chairs and a hot tub. We liked that we could take the boat to Disney Springs. The quick service by the pool had tasty food choices. We ate breakfast there twice and one time for lunch. If we stayed here again I request the first floor. Besides the lack of elevators, my only other complaint was that the last 2 nights our room 1831 smelled like mildew. Overall it was a good stay.
Lovely rooms but too spread out

I booked through Davids Rental Vacations which was a lot cheaper. It is a lovely resort but way too big and spread out for me. The studio room was lovely and huge and very comfortable. The hotel lacked food facilities. Whilst I did enjoy my stay here and enjoyed the extended hour benefits at the Disney Parks I wouldn’t stay here again, the bus stops were far away from the rooms and it felt a little too quiet at times.
