Where should I start. The check in and check out people were friendly and customer service. Our family stayed 2 nights to be close to family and the parks. The beds are small and very uncomfortable! Same with pillows, are not comfy! Rooms and everything in them are so outdated! Housekeeping didn't clean our room the whole 2 days we stayed! Nor made or beds! And very rude. The only thing I enjoyed very morning was breakfast! Great variety of breakfast foods and the coffee. And I promised Maria I would mention her in my review. She smiled and greet me the first morning breakfast I was there!! She was the only one who made me feel welcome there and you can tell she truly enjoys what she does! Our family will never go to this hotel Never!

This is an average hotel. The beds are not comfortable. Staff was kind. I called and asked for late check out, Due to my status they allowed 2. They also stated that it is $20 an hour for anything beyond 2. Well they were not clear because at 2 I told them I would pay, they said no. I had to tell them in advance. They made me pay for another night. This was a weekday at a non busy time.

We stayed at the 4991 Calypso Cay Way. Very nice hotel and staff!! However I give hotel 4/5. The room smelled like old people or as if the carpet needed a deep cleanse. The hotel did include Free breakfast! Nice washer and dryers although you did have to pay for each wash and dry ($3) each. Hotel allows you to have access to the three pools and three hot tubs. Cute area for the kids to play, they also have a tiki bar that serves drinks. They have a third party Starbucks (did not take Starbucks gift cards). Other kid activities included basketball, volleyball and tennis. Some of the other activities were down due to hurricane but they included rock climbing and zip line. They did have a mini golf course throughout the pool area. For my gym girlies and guys the gym is small but you can get things done. They did have treadmills, other cardio machines and free bench weights. They had free water and towels as well. The gym was EMPTY everytime I went. I wish they had a step board for cardio though. Make sure to check out Old Town and Food Truck Heaven! Both were absolutely amazing! Go during the week for less crowds. Again I rate this experience 4/5!

My daughter and I arrived at the hotel early afternoon on Wednesday, 10/9/24, the same day Milton hit. The hotel was filled with a lot of evacuees who became my “friends” for the couple of days they were there. The hotel staff was amazing taking care of us during this difficult time! I know the workers had to leave their own homes/families too! They were so helpful, kind, courteous, and compassionate! The room was spacious, and the best place to hunker down for a day and a half! We stayed 4 nights and left this morning. I’ve stayed at quite a few different hotels over the years and this hotel by far made the biggest impact on me for so many reasons! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you to all the staff I encountered! You all truly made a big difference in our experience on this trip, and hunkering down when Milton hit! Hoping to be back again!

Staff is the greatest ever. The room was so comfortable. Tonique and Maria was very nice and welcoming during the hurricane and helped me out so well. The breakfast was awesome everything taste so good . I would definitely stay again when I can .
