Nice hotel but could use some amenities
Leticia B (Corona, California) on Jun 25, 2026
The hotel itself is nice and budget friendly. Walking distance to all restaurants, bars and shops. Parking is limited at the hotel. Although you can park across the street, there are limitations on how long you can park during certain hours of the day. Pool can use some repairs. Best rooms are those facing the pool otherwise you will feel like you're in a motel. Personally, wouldn't call this place a resort; it has a spa but no full-service amenities such as a bar/wait service at the pool Wish I knew that before it was too late to cancel. I would still stay here again, but now I know to bring my own drinks/cooler/snacks. It made for a cheap weekend as we didn't spend so much money on poolside drinks as we usually do. The electricity did go out twice in the middle of the night but only for about an hour...I planned this quick weekend getaway as I needed a break from adulting so do I was a bit disappointed that I didn't have someone wait on me at the pool... Wuah! But it wasn't a complete deal breaker. Although the pool is somewhat small, it didn't feel crowded, there was plenty of space to lounge around in. Side note the beds were very comfortable.

We highly recommend the resort for its Pool and grounds being well maintained. The rooms are quite adequate with amenities. A comfortable property throughout the resort. No fee for Parking.
Palm Mountain Resort, best place to stay in Palm Springs!

Palm Mountain Resort really is the best and most perfect resort in all of Palm Springs! The location can't be beat, walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Beautiful resort, great views of the mountains, and the pool is amazing. The customer service is always outstanding! This time we must mention Brenda. She texted us on our way in to welcome us, and at first I thought it was just a generic text... but then she wrote back personally and even sent a little palm tree and smiling face emoji. It completely set the tone for our vacation and really meant a lot. Then, when she checked us in, she went above and beyond to help us with our anniversary stay. There was a maintenance gentleman in the parking area who helped us out also. Once again going above and beyond. We also have to say how impressed we are with the upgrades! Everything in the room felt brand new. We loved the lighting, the new appliances, refrigerator and microwave, and the new fixtures. Everything felt so clean, fresh, and welcoming. It really made the stay even better. We cannot say enough good things. We highly recommend Palm Mountain Resort, and we already cannot wait to come back!
Lowered standards.

This place used to be better. We come here frequently 1-2 months and stay for a week visiting family. Years ago we loved this place but it’s gone downhill. This visit in 100degree heat this place was not full, LOTS of empty parking spaces. They should be using all the pool view rooms, because essentially, doesn’t everyone’s Instagram posts sell this place.?????
