DO NOT BOOK. SOMETHING VERY SHADY GOING ON. maybe they're going out of business? they are not honoring the offer they advertised on travelzoo - https://www.travelzoo.com/destinations/GreaterPalmSprings/?ec=0&dlinkId=3258210&scrollto=3259623. the link takes you directly to their website to book (not a voucher or book thru travelzoo). they are also not honoring the promo they posted on greater palm springs website. SUPER RUDE ERICA AND MITCH at the front desk. seems they are covering up what's going on. where is the owner patty d? complaints have been filed with travelzoo, palm springs website, chamber of commerce and anything else i can find. STAY AWAY!

Right in the heart of Palm Springs, we walked to everything we wanted to see and do! The pool was great with lots of lounge chairs available. I booked quickly using their website and the staff was communicative via text on the day of check in and check out. No real issues, the rooms had some updates and were clean although the bathrooms felt dated.

An excellent hotel in a great location. A 50yard walk to the Main Street with all the restaurants etc. A very nice pool and sunny surrounding deck.

Hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. The room as fairly clean. The shower made a huge noise when showering, I guess the valve was defective. Pool area was dirty and concrete floor sticky.

Walk everywhere from here! Best hotel in downtown Palm Springs. Pet friendly, clean, quiet, newly renovated. No bar on site but there is a stocked food pantry! So BYOB to the pool!
