Very nice hotel, good outdoor pools, ocean views from the room. The main dining room, Pacifica, had food that was mediocre for the most part. The rooms are large and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would have given a 4.5 in terms of stars except for the supreme disrespect in booking a private outdoor party/DJ concert. Even on the 10th floor, till 11 at night, the music was so loud that even with doors closed and curtains drawn, the pounding was still easily audible even though earbud. Forget trying to sleep. This may have been a one off, but to me it is a cautionary tail about the judgement of those who run the hotel.

My friends and I had a great time here. All of the staff were kind and helpful. Jahir at the Asiana restaurant was especially accommodating. The activities staff (Giovana, Cielo, Vivian, and Genesis) kept the energy high and were great teachers of the dance classes. The property is exceptionally well-maintained, there is a lot of space to spread out, and the food is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and everything was lovely all around. I also want to shout out Yesenia and Milagro in the Pacífico restaurant.

My friends and I bought a day pass here for the all-inclusive portion. It was such a fun and enjoyable experience! Raphael and Maximo at bar Tidac made great drinks and were so friendly! They definitely helped make our day more fun! Highkey recommend coming here even if you just have a day to kill. So relaxing, clean, and such friendly staff.

We stayed at this resort as all inclusive for the last few nights of our amazing and exciting trip to Panama. We were traveling with a difficult group, and this hotel made it easy and great! (We traveled with 3 generations including grandparents with mobility issues and an 8 year old kid.) We all loved it here. The food was fine and there were many good options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They also had incredible deserts (both at the buffet and included at the snack/coffee/ice cream shop). It is beautiful here. The beach is nice. The beach looks completely different at low tide (ugly but interesting) than at high tide (beautiful). It was cool to see the ships lined up in the distance waiting to go through the canal. The pools were huge and great. The a la carte restaurants were good. And they were all in a row with a bar at the end. And there was a covered outdoor patio that had foosball, ping pong, corn hole, 2 other small games, and a seated soccer table for 2 players. It was so great. The kids could play there while waiting for their food. We were all sad to leave Panama. Every part of our trip was incredible. And it was great to end with a few days relaxing here! (And it's crazy to me that this place is just outside of Panama City.)

We had dinner at Asiana and Jahir was our waiter! He provided wonderful service! He was very friendly and helped us celebrate a great birthday week!
