Excellent food. Very well seasoned and great service from Analidis. We had the Coconut Pinapple Shrimp, Miso Orange Salmon, Chicken Lo Mein Noodles,Panamanian Sushi Roll, and Red Curry Shrimp Soup. The portions were perfect. Will definitely return to this restaurant next time we are in Panama City.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting in Playa Bonita. While the beach is not ideal for swimming, it is lovely to look at, and the hotel has several excellent pools that were always very clean and well maintained. The property itself is clean and comfortable, although some areas and details could use a little updating or better upkeep. In our room, for example, one of the curtains was not working and one of the beds had an issue with one of its supports. However—and this is where this hotel really stood out—every single issue we raised was addressed incredibly quickly, usually within just a few hours. Nothing was ever a problem for the staff; they simply took care of it. The restaurants were good and the food was consistently well prepared, although I think the buffet could benefit from a wider variety of options. The spa deserves a special mention. It is fantastic. The water circuit is extremely relaxing, the facilities are excellent, and I found the price very reasonable for the experience. But what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, helpful and genuinely accommodating. In particular, I would like to recognize Romelia and Sharley from Pacífico, María from Starfish, and Yenny from the spa. They were wonderful and really contributed to making our stay special. So, while a few details regarding maintenance and the buffet keep me from giving the property five stars, the service itself is absolutely five-star service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would very happily return.

Cielo was absolutely wonderful! She was always so attentive, kind, cheerful, and welcoming. She greeted everyone with a beautiful smile and such positive energy that you couldn’t help but feel happy around her. She truly made our experience even more special with her warmth and great attitude. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and cares about making guests feel welcome. Thank you, Cielo, for your amazing energy and for always sharing that beautiful smile! You were definitely one of the highlights of our stay. ???
