Our stay was great! We really enjoyed the server named Jose Reina was amazing. He was so nice we went back to see him two nights in a row.

What is special for me about the Westin is the service and the friendly people who work there. Virtually every staff member, from house keeping to bartenders to reception, will greet you with a smile. Two servers and bartenders stood out to me for having exceptional service, Mailin Elvia and Maria Pedroza. They went above and beyond their duties to make sure I never went hungry or thirsty! And they were very polite and patient when I wanted to practice my Spanish!

The Westin Staff has been incredible and extremely accommodating with their service. Maria, Jenny, Emma, and Bryan are among the best their staff have to offer and go above and beyond for customer care.
