The hotel grounds and facilities are beautiful, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Ricardo at the front desk help us with our reservation. The Spa was amazing, Jenny assisted us with a great experience, I highly recommend the Spa. Will definitely come back.

During my stay I’d spend it listening to karaoke because Vivian would boost the atmosphere throughout the night. The bartender were friendly and attentive with what I wanted to drink.

This was our second time staying at the Westin Playa Bonita Panama. Our first visit was just a one-night layover, but we liked it so much we knew we had to come back. This trip we were traveling from the east side of the Panama Canal toward PTY and stayed a couple of nights before crossing the Canal to be closer to the airport. The staff were all super kind and quick to help, which really made the stay even better. The service in the lounge was superb. The hostess seemed to know what we wanted before we even asked and treated us like we were the only people there, even when it was crowded. This level of service was consistent on both of our visits. Our first stay was in the off-season, and we loved the quiet, more secluded feel. The second visit was a bit more crowded, but the atmosphere was still relaxed and the beach never felt too busy. The rooms are cozy, very clean, and Marriott beds are always the best for a good night’s sleep. The cost is a little high, but there’s a lot to do on the property, so it still feels worthwhile. The room had everything we needed, though we’re not fans of the newer plastic single-serve coffee makers and would prefer a simple glass coffee pot instead. Other then that, we look forward to visiting again.
