This was my second trip to the Westin Playa Bonita, and it was even better than the first. Nelson took exceptional care of me and my family every request we had, he went above and beyond to make it happen. We came to celebrate our 20-year wedding anniversary, and when our plans were unexpectedly diverted, Nelson, Ezequiel, and Pao stepped right in and turned it into a moment we’ll cherish forever. I truly can’t express enough gratitude for everything they did for us. Thank you again—our stay was everything and more!

The Hotel is beautiful. The ocean front rooms are nice. The Pacifica breakfast buffet is just Ok!. The Service at Starfish Grill is EXTREMELY slow food is Ok.. not great, The Steak house Restaurant food is Ok. Asisana Restaurant is good. The Oregano Deli is good, The beach is rocky, murky water.( I would not get in the ocean).The staff is freindly. Not much night entertainment. They have karoke in the sports bar, and music is the lounge Bar. The pools are nice..

This place has the most amazing staff everywhere! So many amazing restaurants and the food was fabulous and abundant. Marilyn Gonzalez took care of us at breakfast and had the most beautiful smile and always happy. She catered to us everyday. Thank you for making us welcome
