Aside of one person at the front desk during check in, the staff was unwilling to help with basic things and I got a feeling that I'm just annoying them with my silly guest requests (e.g. making a local phone call or asking about a scale to weigh my bag) rather then trying to help. I will not go back.

We picked Jupiter Next because it was walking distance to Revolution Hall where we were seeing a concert. We will definitely stay here again! The neighborhood is great with lots of awesome restaurants and the pop up bar at the Jupiter next door was our favorite happy hour spot.

Bare bones property masquerading as somewhere that's "hip". Thin walls - could hear someone in the next room snoring every night, everything happening in the hall outside, and loud music from downstairs. Towels are thin & scratchy (like hospital towels). Walls & furniture are hugely scratched and dinted (hand marks all over walls). Shower luke warm. View is of dirty building ledge. Building shakes every 5-10 minutes. No on demand tv / movies, no comp water, no kettle, no breakfast, no room service, no drawers for clothes, bathroom is a joke (basin is next to entry door). Bed is comfy, that's it. Don't waste your money.

I might have missed a discount somewhere, but the price I paid was about 25% higher than my expectations.

Very nice place with great staff and great beds, but be aware there not coffee makers or microwaves in the room
