I have stayed in a half dozen hotels in Portland and have to say this is one I will definitely come back to. The property itself is well appointed and the rooms are comfortable, minimalist and clean. I particularly loved the sound proofing as our room was right next to the elevator.

First impression was good. But, upon entering our room located in the 3rd floor, to smelled pretty strongly of musty clothes. Room was minimalist in nature yet still had all needed. Unfortunately, the music resounding from Hey Love's restaurant loud music made for a bothersome hindrance. We were celebrating our anniversary and it didn't feel like we were in a quiet and classy room and hotel. For the price, we would go elsewhere next time.

We had a nice and clean room with the most wonderful view of the city. Would definitely recommend this place. Close to nice local breweries and very easy to get around. The underground parking lot also worked very well

This place is so cool. You text them and they will come. It was really easy. Everyone that worked here was kind and super accommodating. I came for a friend’s wedding and stayed a bit for the solace the room gave. I would go back here the next time I go to Portland.

I found the staff, location, room quality, and overall value to be beyond excellent. I happened to really love that neighborhood too which is a plus and they have some discounts available for surrounding businesses including cannabis if that's your thing. Highly recommend a visit to the bar downstairs.
