The service was great, rooms were clean, its in a great location and the restaurant was amazing! the lobby also has tons of bites and a great bar. Great views of the city and mountains also

Great location and an awesome lobby bar called Hey Love that was open late(ish) and offered incredible vibes. The room itself was less than luxurious and provided close to no privacy.
Okay for 1 night but nothing more

Nice view from the picture window, but the blinds don't block the sunrise. The hotel doesn't have anything in the room, front desk has to get you everything. ...no coffee pot in your room, housekeeping upon request, parking lot 2 blocks away, smoking allowed on site and just outside the rooms, hallways filled with smoke.
They scam you into paying more for a room by not telling you that massive amounts of construction going on & loud music

First there was massive amounts of construction going on no peace and quiet at all plus the music was played all night by an event I changed room but had to pay more I think this is unacceptable. They knew they had this going on and did not advise of the disruption or offer a free upgrade. So I will not recommend or stay at your hotels ever again. Your staff is great your hotel is another story

What a great little place for our quick trip to Portland. It was a great location and accessible to everything we were doing. The bar in the lobby was so great!
