STAY AWAY!!!! Just checked in and ready to go home. Hotel is very old, room is in the terrible condition! Food choice is limited. For 10 nights you can only visit specialty restaurants 5 times. Room doesn't even have refrigerator or drinks. Shower doesn't have a body wash, just hand soap at the sink. Furniture in the room is dirty, damaged. Not even sure if they changed sheets because hair is all over it. You only get 2 bottles of water when you get here and have to refill them yourself at the water station.

Hotel was good, pool and beach wonderful. But best part about it was a gentleman named Carlos Areola, he served us poolside and went just beyond what he needed too! He was just amazing and made our trip

Service was top notch. Special shout out to Andrea at the main pool. Her service and special attention to detail was second to none.

this hotel sells room without any form of communcations to either the front desk nor emergency medical help. there is no telephone line in the room ar any where in the halIway. Ireported this safey issue on day 1 upon check in. this is basic rule of hotels, the safety and security of guests is paramount. I found out on that same day, from other staff that the entire wing have no phone system, as the last storm damage phone lines! meaning the reception, the hotel knew about this safety and security issue and yet they still rent units in this wing ! this is totally unacceptable. for this reason i find this hotel terrible as they clearly manifest their non accountablility and responsibility to their guests and the adherance and compliance with safety and securirty laws. terrible!

This is the best Mexican food I've ever eaten. Though perhaps my sample size is small, if this is merely my introduction to authentic Mexican food, I have to thank the staff for such an incredible experience and palette of tastes and aromas I'd never experience back home. Mi Morenita feels like home and I can't wait to be back.
