Please note Dreams Vallarta Bay is currently completing enhancements to the main pool and surrounding areas with an expected completion date of October 12, 2024. Throughout the duration of the project, work is being completed in phases, and steps are being taken to minimize impact to the guest experience, including covering all areas. To accommodate guests, two other pools remain available and will offer a variety activities for guest enjoyment.

Wonderful resort but not the best beach. Service and ambience were great. Not all restaurants were open everyday, a little disappointing. Room was clean and properly serviced everyday. Very happy experience overall. will definitely visit again. Ricardo , the butler, at Preferred club and Cynthia, F&B manager, were extremely helpful.

Our whole stay was awesome. The food was great, pools and ocean were amazing and the staff was excellent, especially our butler, Noemi. She answered all of our questions and handled any requests quickly, making our stay much more relaxing. 10/10
