Hi.My name is Ronit Weinstein.This has been one of the best experiences of my life staying at the Villa Del Palmar Puerto Vallarta.I am a social worker on a tight budget.The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and soooo reasonable.The grounds are beautiful the staff are so kind caring and helpful.I just came back from a presentation about membership and it makes sense as it saves clients alot of money You can stay any where in the world. I spent less than an hour and got a beautiful buffet breakfest a free swimming with dolphins session and free manicure pedicure.I want to than Martin Mago Oscar Julio Maggi and especially Malena who has taken care of me here making sure I have everything I need as she knows I am alone here.

I enjoyed my vacation at Villa del Palmar very much. The staff is outstanding!! I would like to thank Malena for her wonderful assistance. Maggi and Mago also are the best. I look forward to returning to this excellent resort as soon as possible.

Very nice resort probably an average size for PV. We did the all inclusive option. I highly recommend it. I'll start with the only Negative part about the resort. We arrived at about noon and our room was not ready. I wasn't expecting it to be ready anyway. But we were also informed that our all inclusive does not start until 3pm. We went to the lunch buffet which was good but nothing spectacular, I failed to ask the price of the buffet. $160 Canadian for the four of us for lunch with no drinks! I wasn't going to let it wreck our vacation. And what a great vacation after that. Good food no reservations for the restaurants. Great selection of beer all in a can no draft. Nice beach, clean rooms. All the staff seemed very friendly. This is definitely not a party resort, No entertainment at night that I saw except on Xmas day. No bar in the lobby but they do have a coffee shop which is very good. And quiet during the day around the pools and beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would return.

Do not call into the resort as the receptionist that answers the phone is just downright rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I needed extra help with my reservation and was unable to get through by the phone because of this woman's lack of help or understanding that I needed to speak to someone she kept asking me what I wanted, which has nothing to do with her. She needed to put me through on multiple, tries to either the front desk, a receptionist a manager, but she refused to do it and hung up multiple times

We were pleasantly surprised with the popularity of this resort. We were greeted by our Elite Member concierge, Gina, who had everything ready for us. We had a wonderful room in building four. The furniture and bedding was updated and not at all what we expected in this older resort. We have been members 18 years but this was our first visit the this resort. I wish we would have started coming years ago!
