This resort is was such a disappointment The best part were the people and pool area They are trying to sell shares in a building that has not been upgraded in 40 years I would not book if your looking for above a two star rating

Came to celebrate my wife's birthday at the resort. Dinner rolled around and asked for a seat for me and the family. Also asked if my wife could get something sweet after dinner on her birthday. Dinner was done, AWESOME food as usual. They blew us away with how special they made my wife's birthday super special! When it was time for dessert, they brought us the cake and Emiliano, Emilso, Ricardo, Isidro, Denise, Luis, and even the staff in the kitchen all chimed in to sing a special birthday song for my wife! They really made my wife feel special! Many many thanks FAMILIA!!!

The inexpensive trip with the presentation was lovely so we became "owners." Maybe the worst financial mistake of my life. I've tried to book 4 times now and there is never any availability for owners, but you can still book through any other site. We were told that the all-inclusive was going to be 100 points per person, per night; it's actually 600 points per person, per night. They tell a lot of lies to get you to fund their machine. It is a lovely place and the trial was great but don't get fooled and become an "owner."

Alfredo at the pool took excellent care of all of the family. There were 18 of us and we all appreciated his hard work. From helping with pool or beach chairs, to connecting us with the chef when we caught fish and making sure we had enough attention from other staff. He was the best.

Charly was the most amazing activities person to be around, he was so fun and played with us and just made it an overall great experience
