January 31st and are here until March 7th. The staff from Joel as a bellman to Luz Valente our night maid all staff are wonderful. Lizabeth at the members desk goes out of her way too to make everyone happy with their accommodations. We have loved our time he and will be anxious to return again later this year. We feel safe, comfortable, and pampered when here.

Best place for our family. Best food and Best people taking care of us. To mention a few, Hugo, Patx, Yera, Miguel and Eri..words cannot describe the level of care, friendship and exquisite service you provided throughout our stay. My daughters still remember "El abuelo Hugo" Gracias por todo

Everything was good but the room could use some updates in the kitchen. Also kids club was for 6 years and up which wasn’t called out on the website or reservations. Lesly, Ely and Paco working the kids club were great and my kids loved them and the activities I did with them (since mine are under 6).

Our pool concierge, Alfredo, was excellente. Very polite. Always there when you needed him. Our room maid, Maribel, was excellent and very honest. My husband lost money in our bathroom. Mariel found it and returned it. Very honest person. Our room is always so clean. The staff here at Villa Del Palmar are all very good at their jobs. Polite, courteous, makes sure we have all that we need. Very Happy with the service here. Will definitely recommend Villa Del Mar to our friends and family. Thank you for you service.
