Loved the resort and entertainment by paco and Salvador

This was a very awesome place to stay. We enjoyed every moment from the time we arrived and met Malena and Mago and all the other concierge staff. They were all amazing, giving us all the info needed. Malena arranged a visit for the day at the Flamingo location which was a beautiful stay enjoying the facilities. Will visit again in future. Also, thank you to the pool servers and particular shoutout to Joaquin who made our stay very enjoyable always on top of our orders and super pleasant. We will be back to visit again.

We stayed for 5 nights on a promotion with Monster Travel. Our stay was comped but we had to upgrade to the all inclusive. Check In was okay. First we had to sit with concierge and schedule the sales presentation that we agreed to. After that we went to check in but our room was not ready at 3. Went back at 415 and still not ready. Thankfully the guest services manager moved us to a different room which was ready and had an ocean view….bonus! Food was okay. 3.5/5 honestly. Some food was really great while other meals were hard to get down. The menu for the pool was very large and very yummy. Breakfast buffet was 3/5. There was no bacon, sausage or breakfast meat available the entire time we were here. Very odd. Service was hit and miss. First day at the pool we waited for an hour before we were acknowledged and an order taken. After that service was very consistent and frequent. Restaurant service was average. Long waits to get drink orders, refills and checks at the end of meals. We have been doing all inclusive resorts for 30+ years and never had to wait for a check. Several times we waited 20+ minutes. There just didn’t seem like there was a lot of urgency. The resort was not crowded and often the servers were chatting vs engaging with guests. We loved the pools and swimming in the ocean. The grounds are well kept as is the resort considering the age. Our room was cleaned daily and the staff did a great job. The location was great to get around PV quickly. We had a good time. It certainly wasn’t our best Mexico experience or our worst.

We had so much fun with Ian and Mar at the pool! Great activities crew!
