Beautiful scenery of the pool and directly of the beach. Convenient to walk from the beach to the showers and into the pool. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. We stayed 5 nights and three of those nights we opted for all inclusive. This is where my experience changed. The variety of the food was very limited, they use the same menu everyday. The food was not in the least impressive. It arrived very late, over 45mins and cold. I got food poisoning the moment after I ate at the resort. The service was chaotic, it isn’t organized to cater to a large amount of guests. The service and servers were providing bare minimum service. Rude, harshly slamming down plates as they brought your cold food. Wouldn’t refill your drinks until you asked for that twice. Wouldn’t be available to you unless you tipped them after every drink and napkin they brought for you. They preference certain people and it was very obvious. Not everyone was rude, but the waiting staff that was working was not happy about their job and providing hospitality. The concierge staff we were assigned hounded us about attending a follow up “partner meeting” and offered incentives. She called us and stalked us; begged us to confirm because she said she’d receive a bonus. Our mindset was to relax, not leave the resort to attend an all day talk and haul our four little kids with us. We were pressured but at the end stood our ground and kept saying no thank you and declined the incentives. They didn’t take too kindly to that since their bonus was on the line. We left satisfaction surveys and wrote on the back of the receipts how unsatisfied we were about the food, service and quality of the food. The whole wait staff knew we had complained and during the next meal, the hostess would ask us to be patient as they are serving other guests in the order they arrive. She was very petty and kept coming around to ask if she’s met the mark for satisfaction. We felt it was very unprofessional and had no consideration for the privacy of the feedback we had provided. The only kid pool was not very large. Even though they had a Kids Club, it was hidden and inside a little room I wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving my children in there. The cherry on top was that we are partners, and had a special color wrist band. This was our first vacation using our points and at no point did I feel special.

We came to relax and this was the perfect resort to do so! The food and service were amazing. Maria, Paty, Hugo, Augustine, and Alberto really added to they stay with the kind hearts and amazing customer service.

Thank you Paco & DJ Salvador for making Disco dance night special. It was so much fun!!!

Had the best time tonight with Paco and Salvador at Disco night! Can’t wait to do it again. Paco’s energy is so fun and he just gives off a welcoming vibe! 10 stars!
