Is the first time in this resort, we love the personal the manager jose ledezma is the best and the concierge Margarita morales y Marcela Rodriguez the are very attentive with my family, we back next year

RUDE! Workers here are soo horribly rude! Especially the host for restaurants Jessica and the manager Ricardo for restaurants, as well as Orotho, among many other employees. The servers here have no respect and aren't afraid to show you how unhappy they are. I spend at least 50,000 for this membership to be treated like trash. Other people staying at this resort also agreed with how disrespectful the workers are here. They are poorly trained and someone needs to do something about this. Employees make alot of people feel unwelcome. I had a waiter named Daniel who spoke English and demanded that we ordered out food in Spanish. I pointed to Daniel what I wanted off the menu because I couldn't pernounce it In Spanish. He than pointed at the exact items and responded " well can you tell me what it says." Eveline morning host was not interested in helping us. My daughter kept telling her gracias and would even reply nor a smile. On my daughter's birthday she was more polite and sang happy birthday. But was back to her snobby self the next day. Celestine and Erik, morning waiters, we very friendly. Out of our whole stay, there were 5 servers who were very kind Erik, and Celestine were two of them. Like I mentioned, these employees need to be retrained and shown what kindness, polite, and gratitude really are. Tips should automatically be removed from their pay, and should be earned. Perhaps this will show them how to be a lot more kinder and respectful. JESSICA is a big problem. I saw Jessica look at an African lady with such disgust up and down. And told her you can't eat here with wet clothes. The problem is the lady wasn't even soaking wet. She had no water dripping down or anything, the attitude JESSICA has ans the way she responded was just very sad, amongst other employees who are exactly the same. The night room service would be soo rude as well and this is over the Phone orders. Our meals would be delivered by room service and the food was COLD and food was tossed everywhere from being wheeled up. We ordered room service for lunch WOW what a difference, the plates were nicely decorated with colorful chips, grilled onions. Salsa, and the server would clean the plates from the spills from being wheeled to our room, night servers did not do any of that or come with the sides like the morning workers did. Many times room service at night would hang up on my calls than not answer. On june 28th my daughters birthday we treid calling at 10:10 to order food. We called at least 8x and no one wpuld answer our calls. If they did they would instantly hang up. All I'm saying is someone with higher power really needs to step in and clean this place up. I'm surprised villa del palmar puerto vallarta are still up and running. Many guest amongst myself and familiar very very DISAPPOINTED how things are ran here. SADLY, I'm a member and paid lots of money for a vacation I don't feel comfortable vacationing at. Butni have to I invested too much to walk away. This vacation was very very stressful. I'm embarrassed, for how we were treated with our guest who joined us.

Activities were marvelous for kids my kids enjoyed them so much Sergio, Ana, Johann, Bianca y Yanira were the best at hosting the activities. My kids didn’t want to miss them, they loved the attention they received.
Difficulty resolving billing error

I’ve stayed at this resort over 10 times. It isn’t fancy but I like it for many reasons. Very disappointed this time in that we caught an error on bill charge after we were back home when we discovered that instead of charging 1800 pesos or $90 at checkout for misc charges amd tips, they accidentally ran the credit card thru as $1800 Dollars. Calls to the resort desk have been fruitless as they say they can’t confirm the record or that we even checked out ( we have the printed receipts they gave us in our possession). The best answer the hotel gave us to what out next step was that we can try to dispute the charge with our bank. Crazy. I would love to find a way to get to a manager or someone at the resort who could actually resolve this. Super disappointing customer service from a place I have repeated and recommended often to family and friends.
