Nice hotel, but very focused o. Upselling and if you are all inclusive they avoid service. Kinda lame compared to the other villas in Cabo tbh

We are having an amazing time! The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the service has been outstanding. Joaquin, our poolside waiter, has been absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always making sure we have everything we need. He has truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back!

Always love the location of this hotel. The hotel is under construction and promises are being made yet the hotel is not fulfilling in them. They have one restaurant open at a time. They only have four available. They are very few waiters and the food is almost an edible. Yesterday I ordered shrimp cocktail and they brought me shrimp cocktail that was warm, rubbery and not cleaned. They finally came to check after I’ve been cleaning and myself and then took them away and took another 30 minutes to bring additional ones. They have one restaurant open for breakfast one restaurant open for lunch and two for dinner. Japanese and an international one. They sell you a meal plan based on multiple restaurants yet they can’t provide it. The store located next to him to help you provide food for your kitchen has no bread no food. They did have eggs and they have drinks. No butter. You ask one person as a desk for something and they tell you one thing you come back and you get another person and another answer completely different. The workers are very pleasant, but they’re very few and far in between. There is no hot water in our bathroom. It’s fairly warm. We were to have an ocean view and we have a view of a building back and of people in a pool. We are in room 1105. You can’t get a beach towel even though you’re supposed to for an excursion. If you leave before the shack opens to get one they can’t give it to you. Don’t stay here it’s horrible.

With some attention by management, this could be a wonderful place to vacation. Our suite is not one that has been renovated but it doesn’t really need to be remodeled, it just needs to be cleaned. It needs a deep cleaning. The cleaning staff are doing their best . They were helpful and friendly. This is a maintenance/management problem. I’m including photos of the excellent landscaping and pool areas as well as some photos of the mold in our suite. Alfredo was very helpful to us with our umbrellas when it was raining. We asked if there was an ice machine or if ice could be brought to our room and the answer was no! Imagine no ice except for ice trays in the kitchen freezer. The paddle boards may as well not be there. We were not allowed to use them. The water was calm but they claimed it was too rough. They just didn’t want to be bothered. The overall experience was not satisfactory and we don’t plan to return.

Mar was very friendly and always had a smile. She made all of the activities super fun!!!
