The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Always smiling and available to help or answer questions. Ana was quick at checking us in. The rooms are quaint and well stocked. Housekeeping does a phenomenal job keeping resort and rooms clean. Love the chocolate truffle at turn down service. The grounds were always kept clean. Lots of activities to do at the resort. Dario was funny and made it an ease to book excursions. The buffet food was fresh and full of variety. Edgar was fun and gave great service. Cantina was fun and the food was yummy. Our dining experience at The Market, the seafood restraunt was impeccable. The view was stunning, the food was delicious, the wait staff was awesome. Rodrigo and Hugo were professional and kind. The manager Ricardo stopped by each table to ensure satisfactory. Was such a wonderful dining experience. Special shout out to ALL the doormen. Their smiles, hellos and welcome backs were so warm and genuine as the help you in and out of the cab. I would definitely come back here as well as recommend to others.

Arath was bloody awesome. The DJ Salvador Is it? not only singing his favorite song. I can’t get no satisfaction. He also did a great job in the pool leading the incredibly intense. Volleyball game. He just made it very fun! And I’m glad he was there.

Alondra VDP concierge has much knowledge,she and her compadres: Ana,Monse y Veronica have also help me much. Joaquin is a very efficient and knowledgeable pool waiter. Overall onsite VDP employees are good. The activity team very engaging, they are my number one reason I enjoy to stay at VDP Puerto vallarta

Great resort but beware of the vendors on the beach that is right by the pool area of the resort. I was overcharged accidentally by a vender and this was a vendor that is well known and is there daily. They would not even assist to ask for the vendors phone number or try to even go find this guy. No help at all from resort. Nor did they care that I told them I would write a review telling people of their lack of help. Otherwise the property and staff were great.

I booked a week stay here with my family and we checked out after only 2 days, the customer service was the worst, my mother in law fell in the lobby and it took 3 hours for them to check on her. Save your money and book somewhere else it was all bad..
