The resort was amazing. Rooms were clean and our bed was very comfortable. The staff is constantly cleaning the public areas. Concierge staff of Mago, Again and Melena is excellent. They were very friendly and helped with any questions we had. Pool and beach staff is very attentive and friendly. Carlos was so helpful settting up our chairs and umbrellas.

Had a good experience at the resort, very helpful staff! Especially Ian who helped us with the board and kayak rentals, he was super nice and helpful with instructions. Close enough to down town to go out and eat some local food/explore. Sad that this place is getting torn down, it has a lot of charm.
