As ETC members we travel often and have been at every Catalonia in the Caribbean. We stayed 10 nights here and used all the facilities at the Royal La Romana next door as well. The staff at these two properties are truly amazing. The upper management is visible, warm and welcoming. The team of people led by Mauricio and Miquel are truly five star professionals who find a way to say yes to any wish or request. They are; Freddy, Kelvin, Gary, Sebastian, Juan, Amauri and Wilson. It is unusual to find such a focused, committed team. Every stay in any property always comes back to the people who CARE for and about you. This team so impressed us, we booked a 12 day stay this November on the Royal side while we were still there(thank you Julia, you are incredible). The bar is set very high at these 2 adjoining properties , the management has trained and coached this staff to perfection. The restaurants were great. Elizbeth @ Thalassa, Feliz and Lisette @ Tapas were outstanding. Our trip this fall will be our 7th visit to this beautiful beach property.

Very good animation , Angel sequetel is super, best animation. The beach animation is very good. Recommendet. Nice time spend here. Beach is very Nice, clean, play good music, dance, programs. ??????????????????????????????????????????

Excellent service , out 3rd trip here , love them ?? angel sequetel , Karin, rafael, Arismendy did a freat as usual job entertaining people, we need more beach activities for kids and adults , we will be definitely back again to this beautiful place

The seafront is the strongest point of this resort: spacious beach shaded by palm tree with beautiful turquoise sea. There is a big difference between the quality of the rooms: comfort rooms are quite dated in a colonial style, while privilege rooms are very modern and more spacious. We opted for the latter as it also gives more flexibility in choosing restaurants and places in the beach (I would recommend to upgrade once you are there as it is a lot cheaper). The food is ok in line with the Caribbean standards, two big plus: the Terrace bar & restaurant with stunning views on the sea and in general the availability of food, snacks and drinks pretty much all day long. Overall good entertainment and shows that really make you feel the Dominican vibe. I stayed with my family for a week and I'd like to return for a longer staying to experience also the day trips and excursions.

It was an amazing hotel, everything is perfekt. The animation team is very kind, funny and knows how to do make you feel welcome. Thank you all very much for making me feel welcome to your country, especially Adonis. We will defintly be coming back!
