I was in punta Cana with my family the hotel is very beautiful the pool the big building is amazing son I wan to mention esthephany of playroom I love her service is very kind thank

The location is still is their soft opening phase so definite hiccups but our butlers, Frank and Alex, were fantastic and made us whole!!! Marianna at the pool was also excellent. The managers at the restaurants we ate were also very good. The managers at Tavola and Jade made our trip extremely special with cooking the fish we caught for us as well as celebrating a birthday and graduation. We will be back and can’t wait until their soft opening is over.

I just got back from this Resort. We stayed 10 days. We were a group of 62 people (Friends & Family), occupying 22 rooms. I celebrated my Birthday. I enjoyed all that the resort had to offer and was available. Since the resort is under construction, there were facilities that were not available. However, a good time was had by all. It is located only a short distance from the airport. The atmosphere, while under construction in several areas, is very pleasant in all other areas. We occupied rooms in both towers and had no noise complaints. What made this trip extra special was the service that I received during my stay. Certain individuals just stood out. Starting with Yubelkis (Yubby) our member service representative. Her help, guidance, service, and availablity during our stay was impeccable. She helped the 10 night stay feel luxurious and personal. Dariel and Ambar at the Fun Pool provided great service above and beyond. Dariel always made sure to check on me and my family. Ambar made sure we had everything we needed. Teresa Ramos planned a welcome reception for the group and the most epic birthday pool party at the Fuego Pool. Keep up the good vibes... It's not going unnoticed. Just a final note. I somehow left a few very personal/valuable electonics at the resort upon my departure. I contacted Yubelkis 5 days later and she tracked them down!

Had a great experience with Joel peguero such a great vibes and all the staff Willy Emerson Reilin and much more . The best experience at Carvao. I definitely recommend it
