Thank you for the opportunity to continue as Palace Elite members although we know the hotel is only 70-80% complete, it was a wonderful stay. Naturally we would like to offer some suggestions for services improvements bearing in mind the highest standard set by Le Blanc Spa Resort as we are convinced this is achieved given your excellent staff. A special mention goes to Carlos, whose impressive presentation encouraged us to upgrade to Diamond status; the checkmate that sealed the deal was made possible by Jose Luis( Pepe) First of all, I want to comment Daphenee, our concierge for the excellent service, care, and attention she provided throughout our stay. She did a wonderful job arranging my husband’s birthday celebrations from the room setup to the special touches at breakfast and dinner. I must also mention the private table at Nikos restaurant, as well as the meal and service provided there by our waiter and supervisor Fausto. Daphenee even stayed with us right up until the moment we checked out . And finally, a big thanks you to the wonderful team that looked after us at the spa.

My family ate at the Japanese Jade restaurant. We had two wonderful waiters, Carlos and Aricili. Their service was superior to any other actually paying restaurants. After finishing each meal our plate would be cleared in an instant. Overall, great food, service, and environment.

We ask our server, Gerson, to surprise us with menu items he recommends. (Indian food is not something we have experienced). His recommendation was outstanding. Gerson and his assistant, Jose, were polite and personable. We enjoyed our dinner thanks to their excellent hospitality!

Madre Mia at the grand Moon Palace in Punta Cana was fantastic for our lunch! Fabulous staff, the best food I’ve had all week, and a super fun environment. The staff - Jhonathan, Yokairy, and Jairo were so kind and accommodating.

Yokairdy was awesome. Food amazing. Fun vibe.
