Fabuloso

I had an excellent experience in this hotel! The people were friendly and very helpful. The Spa service is out of this world. Ana, and Ingrid were amazing!!! The coffee shop is a must place to visit after dining. Juana makes the best cortaditos. She goes beyond her duties so you have a fun time. The pool guys had daily entertainments, I dance and did exercise like never before. The bartender Danny became part of our family. He was always happy, polite and ready to make his delicious drinks. Thank you for making this family vacation a dream come true!

Jose Rodolfo, Raul, Miguel, and Amerfis were great. Service was great at the main pool bar while Danny did a great for the bar "in the pool". Second time at the resort and this experience was much better than the first. This team worked very hard and always had a smile on their face.

Zemi Miches is a great place to stay and worth the drive

Peggy R on Jul 14, 2026

We just returned from a 5 night stay at the Zemi Miches, and we absolutely loved it! I have stayed at lots of all inclusive resorts and this is one of the best resorts I have stayed at. I traveled with two 18 year olds and a 28 year old and all of us had a great time. The people who work there were so kind and helpful. They made the trip fun! They went out of their way to make sure we had a great time! The food was absolutely delicious. We did not have a bad meal, and it was a great variety. The resort itself is so beautiful and the staff work so hard to keep it looking that way. We had a room with a plunge pool, and we loved it. It was nice to go back and hang out on the pool while others got ready. We also enjoyed relaxing in it at night. My only complaint about the resort is that the cement tile by the pool and the floor on the bathrooms by the pool get very slick. You just have to be very careful. They are constantly cleaning it but it does get very slick from the rain or just with people getting in and out of the pool. I was a little nervous about the resort being so far from the airport, but it is worth the drive. We had prearranged transportation and it is actually a very pretty drive. I have stayed in the DR before, and I felt much safer at this resort so this made the drive worthwhile for me. We went reef fishing that we booked with the resort and it was great. We booked this because we did not want to go back into Punta Cana to go deep sea fishing. This met our needs, we weren’t gone for more than a couple hours, and it was enjoyable. I have read a lot of complaints about the beach, but we thought it was very beautiful. Because it is in an inlet, there are no waves which made it a perfect place to learn to paddle board. If you want to hear the waves and swim in them, it is worth the walk past the bungalows to do so. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this resort!

A great experience with the family

Zmarks89 on Jul 13, 2026

Our family recently spent 8 nights at Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort, and we came away with so many great memories from our stay. The resort is about a 90-minute taxi ride from Punta Cana Airport. We are Hilton Diamond members, and from the moment we checked in, our status was acknowledged and we were given an upgraded room, which was a really nice start to our vacation. The resort itself is in a beautiful location right on the beach. The water was incredibly calm, which was perfect for our two young kids. We also visited in July and were pleasantly surprised to see virtually no seaweed on the beach, especially since sargassum can be a problem at many Caribbean resorts during this time of year. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and welcoming. We especially have to give a shout-out to Caesar by the pool. By our second day, he had already memorized our family’s drink order and was always ready to bring us cold drinks right to the pool. It meant we could stay in the water playing with our kids instead of constantly walking back and forth to the bar. It was such a thoughtful level of service, and honestly, Caesar became one of the people we looked forward to seeing each day. Our kids also absolutely loved the ice cream available throughout the day at Batey Café. I think they would have happily stopped there every hour if we let them! I do want to be honest and mention that our first full day at the resort did not start off very well. We had a terrible experience dining at Yuca Beach Grill, where the service was basically nonexistent. It left us feeling frustrated and, at the time, gave us a pretty disastrous first impression of the resort. What happened afterward, however, completely changed the direction of our stay. Aloisek personally acknowledged what had happened and went out of his way to make sure the rest of our experience was a positive one. His follow-up throughout our stay was relentless in the best possible way. He genuinely wanted to know how we were doing and whether everything was going well, and his concern made our family feel truly valued. What impressed us even more was seeing how involved Aloisek was throughout the entire resort. We seemed to run into him everywhere—not because he was following us, but because he genuinely appeared to be involved in every aspect of the guest experience. We saw him opening doors at restaurants, speaking with guests waiting in line at the buffet, stopping by the pool, and constantly checking on what was happening around the resort. Every time we saw him, he was working hard, engaging with guests, and clearly invested in making the resort better. It became obvious that the care he showed our family was not just a response to a complaint. It was simply a reflection of how seriously he takes the guest experience. Sometimes things go wrong, even at great hotels. For us, what matters is how a hotel responds, and Aloisek and the team at Zemi Miches handled the situation in a way that truly impressed us. Their response showed us that they genuinely care about their guests and the experience they have at the resort. By the end of our 8 nights, our family had had a wonderful vacation. Between the beautiful beach, calm water, pools, friendly staff, and the way the resort took care of us after a difficult start, we left with a very positive impression of Zemi Miches. We would absolutely return, and our kids are already asking when we can go back.
