We came to Zemi Miches for a long weekend with our 2 kids and our friends’ family. The food was great and the staff at the Dry Bar was beyond amazing. Ameilfy, Jose, Cesar, & Carlos made the day sitting at the pool fantastic. They were always fun and entertaining. The
AMAZING TRIP!!!

I had an amazing stay at this resort, but the highlight was definitely the bartending staff. Our bartender’s Narciso and Leonardo were incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do. Every drink was expertly crafted, and they went out of their way to remember preferences and make personalized recommendations. They made every visit to the bar a memorable experience. And elevated the entire trip, and I can’t wait to come back!
Beautiful hotel, less than ideal service/organization

Zemi Miches is a stunning property; modern, clean, and beautiful landscaping considering how new it is. Our biggest complaints from the trip have to do with our experience around the pool and the hotel app for booking dinners. Unfortunately, there are nowhere near enough loungers for the number of guests staying at the resort. Everyday, we found ourselves setting our alarms earlier and earlier just to secure a chair at the pool, and eventually we gave up. Day one we went out at 8am, then 7:30am, then 7am, 6:45am and eventually we gave up after going out at 6:30am and seeing that everything was still taken. This wouldn’t have been such a big problem if we weren’t travelling as a group of 7, including my 85 year old grandmother who cannot sit in direct sun all day long. The resort should highly discourage guests from doing this, even remove their towels if you have to. If the pool doesn’t open until 8am, then people shouldn’t be able to reserve seating until that time. On at least 2 occasions, we found loungers in between other reserved spots and those guests didn’t come back to the pool until noon or later. Very inconsiderate if you ask me. Secondly, booking reservations for dinner was extremely inconvenient through the app. There was no rhyme or reason to when reservations opened for the restaurants (some were 1 day in advance, some were 2) but the app would only allow us to book for 4 guests at a time. Two of us would have to try and book at the same time to try and reserve dinner for our group of 7 but often would be full by the time the second person tried to book. When we went to complain to the concierge, they offered absolutely no help and told us to “keep trying”. On two occasions, the group had to split up and eat dinner at separate restaurants, at different times. Also, my 85 year old grandmother doesn’t even have a phone so we had to organize everything for her, which we told the concierge but he still offered no help. Lastly, I was personally very disappointed to see that the “adult pool” or “club azure” pool required a special upgrade to use. When you visit the website and review the hotel description, it says that the hotel has 4 available pools for guest use. While this may be true, regular all-inclusive guests do not have access to 2/4 pools. There is the main pool, the kids pool/splash pad area, the VIP rooftop pool, and finally the adults only/azure club pool. After visiting the main pool on the first few days to find every available chair reserved, we wanted to try the adult pool to have somewhere to sit and provide some shade to my grandmother. Unfortunately, we were informed we weren’t allowed to use it. We were never explained this upon check in, we were never offered the chance to upgrade and there was no consideration for travelling with an elderly guest. I have been to many all-inclusive resorts in the past and the adult pool was not restricted to club members, it was for adults wanting to relax, away from children. The website needs to update the description to inform guests that they do not have access to all the available pools because that is a huge misconception. The beach was not a suitable alternative either, as the sand was rocky and the water murky. All in all, we likely wouldn’t return to Zemi Miches for the above reasons. No one wants to set an alarm on vacation and wake up at 6am just to find a lounge chair. No one should have to spend hours on their phone trying to make dinner reservations, just to be disappointed when there wasn’t enough room for the group. And no one wants to book a trip expecting there to be more amenities available, only to find out you don’t have access to it.
Great property. Conrad level!

Zemi Miches Days 1–3 – Zemi Miches, Dominican Republic Strong first impression overall 8.5/9 The property feels upscale with a lobby that resembles a Conrad/Waldorf style. Rooms are spacious with great views, especially if you can secure an ocean view upgrade. Dining has been solid so far. The Thai restaurant stood out with very good soup and appetizers, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection with quality options. Service is mixed. Check-in was slow, and pool attendants can be inconsistent, but beach access and availability are excellent. Day 3 highlight was kayaking about a mile toward Club Med. The coastline is quiet and undeveloped, with beautiful natural beaches and freshwater springs, easily one of the best parts of the stay so far.
A Truly Exceptional Stay—Elevated by Outstanding Service from Yohandy

Our stay at Zemi Miches Punta Cana All-Inclusive Resort was nothing short of exceptional—and that’s saying something given how high our expectations were going in. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. From the moment you arrive, you’re surrounded by pristine beaches, beautifully designed spaces, and an atmosphere that perfectly blends luxury with relaxation. The rooms are immaculate, the food is top-tier across the board, and every detail—from the landscaping to the service flow—feels intentional and elevated. It’s clear this property was built to deliver a premium experience. But what truly separates this resort from others is the people—and specifically, Yohandy. Yohandy took an already incredible experience and turned it into something unforgettable. His ability to make guests feel like family is on another level. This wasn’t just great service—it was genuine care. He remembered details, checked in consistently without ever being intrusive, and made every interaction feel personal and meaningful. There’s a warmth and authenticity to Yohandy that you simply can’t train—it’s who he is. He anticipates needs before you even ask and goes above and beyond in a way that feels effortless. Because of him, the resort didn’t just feel luxurious—it felt welcoming, comfortable, and truly special. We’ve stayed at a lot of high-end resorts, and it’s rare to find a place where both the property and the people deliver at this level. Zemi Miches Punta Cana All-Inclusive Resort absolutely does—and Yohandy is a huge reason why. If you’re considering booking—do it. And when you get there, make sure you find Yohandy. He will elevate your entire stay.
