We had a wonderful stay at Zemi Miches, where the incredible hospitality made our vacation truly special. A huge shoutout to the outstanding team members who took such great care of us: Henry from the spa: Always greeted us with the warmest, happiest smile that brightened our day! Our spa therapists, Sealy & Ninorko: Delivered one of the most relaxing and amazing spa experiences we’ve ever had. Bellboys, Diaz & Jamal: Absolute gems! Every evening when they spotted us taking a walk around the resort, they would pull up in their golf cart and offer us a fun tour around the property. Caesar (Waiter at the pool): Attentive, friendly, and always kept our drinks flowing while we relaxed by the pool. The only downside to our trip was an unfortunate insect bite my husband received during an outdoor show one evening. His hand suffered a severe reaction and swelled up significantly for a few days, which was quite uncomfortable. We’d recommend future guests bring strong bug spray for evening outdoor activities! Despite this minor hiccup, the warmth, care, and genuine Dominican hospitality from the staff—especially Henry, Sealy, Ninorko, Diaz, Jamal, and Caesar—made our stay deeply memorable. We would love to return!

A group of 5 girls traveled to this resort for a 50th birthday celebration, and everything about this place was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the service at this resort was absolutely spectacular. Every single person we encountered made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of, and that level of hospitality continued throughout our entire stay. The resort itself is beautiful and incredibly well maintained. Everything was spotless, from the common areas and restaurants to the pool, beach, and our room. Our room was comfortable, stayed wonderfully cold (a MUST after a day in the sun!), and had gorgeous views. The beach and grounds were absolutely beautiful and made it very hard to leave. And the food and drinks — AMAZING. We were so impressed with the food quality throughout the resort, and the drinks were just as good. But what really made our experience so memorable was the staff. The bartenders and servers were fun, charismatic, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making sure everyone was having a great time. They brought so much personality to the resort and really created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We especially want to recognize Luis by the pool, Carlos M. by the pool, Carlos in the restaurant, Sandy at the lobby bar, Jose in the restaurant, and Julio in the restaurant. Every one of them deserves recognition for the incredible service they provided. They remembered us, took care of us, made us laugh, and went above and beyond to make our vacation special. These are the people who turn a beautiful resort into a place you want to come back to. We also have to give a huge shoutout to the spa staff. The ladies there were absolutely wonderful and made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable, and Ingrid is truly the sweetest! Her warmth and kindness made my time at the spa even more special. It's rare to stay somewhere where you can honestly say the service was exceptional across the board, but that was absolutely our experience here. Between the amazing staff, delicious food, great drinks, beautiful beach and views, comfortable rooms, and how impeccably clean the entire property was, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We left already talking about coming back. A huge thank you to the entire team — and especially Ingrid, Luis, Carlos M., Carlos, Sandy, Jose, and Julio — for making our vacation one we'll remember!

Zemi was amazing! I really enjoyed it, from the pools to the food to the service, everything was top notch!

Everything is beautiful!! The hotel, the location, the service and food are great. It is very clean! No noise at your room. Just one thing… you have to walk to get to the beach, but if you walk like 10 to 15 minutes you get to a beautiful and virgin beach.
