We did the Club Azure. Worth it. At the Club Azure pool Jesus and Sergio took wonderful care of us plus the lovely lady who worked the pool. The best meal was at the Italian restaurant but really all the restaurants were good. Jean Carlos at the steak restaurant was our favorite server!! We will be back

We just returned from a week at Zemi Miches and it was amazing. I cannot say enough about this resort! We arrived late at night and check in was a breeze. Alvaro got us into a golf cart and into our room immediately. He offered to wait and take us back to the main building/lobby, but we opted to walk. We were in building 6 and it took about 3 minutes to get to the lobby and restaurants. We never had any trouble finding lounge chairs at the pool. (On our last day I had to save two chairs very early, but only because a corporate party came in the night before and occupied 200+ rooms.) The service at the pool, pool bar and swim up bar was outstanding. Yadira and Cesar checked in on us several times a day. Danny at the swim up bar and Luis and Leonidas at the pool bar were all fantastic. Amazing service, always with a smile. The activities during the day were so much fun, and Kelly and Yeury were always convincing us to join. We played bingo, made necklaces, and joined in the dance classes. This was our 7th all-inclusive in three countries, and the food was absolutely incredible - the best! Our favorite restaurants were Toa and Boba, but all were fantastic; even the buffet was delicious. We got our coffee daily at the coffee shop, and it was wonderful. And the service was outstanding. Every evening after dinner we would go to the lobby bar or sports bar, and the service was remarkable. Jose at the lobby bar always had a smile and engaged us in conversation. The one person whose name I did not get was the young man who was bartending at The Sports Bar. He was fantastic and took great care making drinks. (He was the only bartender at The Sports Bar on 2/28. and 3/1.) We also watched several of the evening shows, and participated in the dancing on the beach. the entertainment was fabulous. Checking out was a breeze, thanks to Enrique. Overall, I would rate this resort a 10! Every staff member is friendly and helpful. Nothing was ever a problem. I would recommend Zemi Miches to anyone and am looking forward to returning next year. .

Having just returned from a two-week stay, I can say that Zemi Miches is a beautiful, new, and spacious hotel with truly friendly staff. The rooms feature high-quality furniture, comfortable beds, and good linens, while the landscape is stunning and exceptionally well-kept. The food is excellent with a wide variety. While we visited all the restaurants (some of them twice), we found the buffet to be the best option for breakfast and lunch due to its impressive quality; however, we found the dinner service there to be more average. As a minor recommendation rather than a critique: the specialty restaurants could offer more unique dishes to distinguish themselves, and the waitstaff could be a bit more agile during busy shifts. The entertainment is consistently top-tier. I’d like to give a special shout-out to two entertainers, Yemeti and Hectaniel (Omar), who are both incredible dancers. Hectaniel, in particular, possesses every quality a great entertainer should have; I thoroughly enjoyed his Spanish lessons and truly believe he is a major asset to the hotel. We also really enjoyed the artisan craft lessons. The only true disadvantage is the muddy seabed, which unfortunately makes the water appear murky.

Me and 3 friends had the most amazing stay!! All of the staff including Jose were incredibly kind and welcoming. I could not recommend more.

So many great things about this resort is easily 5plus!! However I enjoy the great service the staff at Zemi is wonderful!! A few standouts! Alejandro our server from the Toa restaurant was amazing he went all out to make our experience wonderful and exceptional! Our bar man Abi is also a stand out as he made all of feel so welcome and taken care of!! Will highly recommend this amazing resort and top shelf staff!!!
