Excellent resort with service to match! Diego, Omar, Manuel, Alesa, and David really helped to make our experience one of the best ever! We will be back!

This was my 15th time to mexico 1st time at an iberostar my wife and I brought our 4 yr old daughter I cant even begin to describe to you the level of service food and grounds this amazing resort has to offer hands down the best food pools and most of all service they provided us normally at the end of a trip I look forward to coming home but im almost in tears leaving this beautiful place only knock on this resort is some things are a tiny bit dated ive stayed at grand bahia barcelos rui but they in my opinion dont even come close to this amazing place I will be back within a year the heat was sweltering but didnt either me in the slightest they have something for everyone of all ages amazing entertainment staff never fought for a pool chair or beach chair wasn't over crowded I could go on and on but if your on the fence about this resort dont be its truly amazing im sitting in the lobby waiting to leave and all I feel is I cant wait to come back I hope you enjoy this resort as much as we have adios mexico thank you

Iberostar Waves Paraíso Del Mar is a beautiful all-inclusive resort that is welcoming and a comfortable environment. From check-in to check-out, we had continuous support as we enjoyed all of the amenities. Staff are helpful from Zenny, our concierge, to Diego, Luis, Alyssa, and Omar in the Iberostar Club lounge. Arturo helped us get our excursions planned and Gabriela introduced us to the Iberostar Club Membership Program and was absolutely delightful. Although we visited during the hottest time of the year, we loved our time in Cancun.

Elizabeth (Eli) a concierge was very helpful, she is who we went to when we needed anything!

Resort is clean and staff is super friendly . Especially Zenny,our concierge. She is amazing...knowledgeable, friendly and fun. We loved all the animals and birds. Transportation was great! Unfortunately we felt the buffets were horrible!! Too small and not much choice. Cold.
