We stayed here for our three year anniversary and we're already trying to figure out when we can come back. The resort is beautiful and it's quiet. Adults only, never felt crowded, and by the second day I had stopped looking at my phone. But the main reason I'm writing this is our butler, Enrique. I've stayed at other places that offer butler service and usually it just means someone brings you extra towels. Enrique was nothing like that. He sat with us the first day, asked what we wanted out of the trip, and then planned the whole thing for us. Dinner reservations, spa times, excursions, the anniversary surprise. All of it was set before we even had to ask. He also actually paid attention. He remembered our drinks. He remembered what my wife liked and didn't like after one conversation. When we changed our minds halfway through the week he just reworked the day, no hassle. We never had to track him down or repeat ourselves. The thing I'll never forget is this. My wife woke up with a really bad headache one morning and Enrique wasn't even on the clock. I reached out and he responded right away and told me he would stop at the pharmacy on his way in to make sure she had what she needed. He did it before his shift even started, on his own time, just so she wouldn't miss out on the trip. Top notch service. I'm still overwhelmed with gratitude. Exxon at the front desk also took really good care of us. Every time we came through he made sure we had everything we needed and handled anything we asked about right away. The rest of the staff was just as good. Restaurants, bar, housekeeping, spa, everyone was friendly and seemed happy to help. Food was great every night and the property is gorgeous, right on the water. If you book here, ask for Enrique. He's the reason this trip went from nice to one we'll be talking about for years. We'll be back.

I arrived early, at around 9:00 a.m., and the welcome I received at the front desk was with genuine warmth, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. Despite arriving well before the usual check-in time, I was treated with the utmost kindness and made to feel completely welcome. The receptionist personally escorted me to the restaurant for breakfast, which was such a thoughtful and personalized touch. It was clear from the very beginning that the team genuinely cares about its guests and goes above and beyond to make them feel special. Later, the Chief Concierge, Yolatl, gave me a wonderful tour of the property, sharing the fascinating history of the hotel and introducing me to the different areas and amenities that could make my stay even more complete and enjoyable. His attention to detail and knowledge truly added to the experience. The restaurants and cuisine were exceptional. Every dish was thoughtfully and delicately prepared, showcasing the quality of the finest fresh, locally sourced ingredients from the region. Each meal felt like a true culinary experience, with beautiful attention to detail in both the preparation and presentation. I stayed in one of the swim-out suites, which was absolutely beautiful. The bathroom was incredibly elegant, with a sophisticated design that added an extra touch of luxury and comfort to the room. I would also especially like to recognize Candido, Leandry from the pool area, Mely, our wonderful barista, Norma, and Angélica the concierge. Each of them went above and beyond to make me feel genuinely appreciated, welcomed, and well cared for throughout my stay. Their warmth and personalized attention made a lasting impression on us. The exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality I experienced throughout my stay made Paraíso de la Bonita truly special. Every interaction felt personal and sincere, and I am incredibly grateful to the entire team for making my visit so memorable. I look forward to returning and experiencing this beautiful luxury getaway one more time!
