The sense of familiarity, the quick friendship that was established helped accentuate our stay and made our home away from home the next level. The attentiveness and care and patience they provided to us is what helped make my stay unforgettable and truly made me confirm that I will be back and tell all of our friends and family that paraiso de la Bonita is the resort to stay for any cancun trip for the next future. I would also like to thank Gina who helped planned our excursions as she was attentive and helpful when it came to doing activities throughout our trip The restaurant Cote a costa i believe the name was treating us with such kindness and the food was phenomenal thank you to Chef Marco Nico Armando Shout out Rebecca from the pool , Olga , Jorge , Isabel, Alberto Vargas and Samantha from coste a costa who gave us the name recognition after one day which truly made us feel personalized and couldn't wait to see them in passing as they already knew us. The professionalism throughout the hotel was fantastic from housekeeping to the front desk always asking how we are and if there was anything we need throughout our stay. 10/10 Already excited for our next trip as we are definitely coming back.

Mauricio- was a fantastic person. Was very nice, led a bunch of different fitness routines, knowledgeable and gave a bunch of credit to his staff. Top notch Isabella- fantastic service, very sweet Roger- fantastic service and was always there to take care of us, in multiple places!

My wife and I came here for an anniversary trip, our first romantic getaway since our daughter was born. We couldn’t have chosen a better place. The resort is smaller than most others we have been to, but for us this was a positive. Loud music and revelry is not our scene, and you won’t find much of that here. With fewer rooms there are fewer restaurants, but they are all high quality. Cote a Costa is particularly good. The in room dining options are also excellent. The executive chef does an amazing job and checked in with us to make sure our food and service were satisfactory. The cost was on the higher end of what we usually pay per night for all inclusives; however, the value was great. This resort really sets itself apart in the personalized attention given to guests. My wife and I loved the parrot Sofia, who talks and dances when the mood strikes. Peacocks also roosted right outside our room at night. There was an occasional midnight stir on their account, but they are far more endearing than troublesome. The staff were all attentive and happy to help. Special mention must be made of our butler Norma who went above and beyond in making every day of our trip the perfect balance between carefully planned and joyfully spontaneous. Overall, Paraiso de la Bonita is by far the best of the three Cancun all inclusive resorts we have visited. We hope to make it back someday!

From arrival we were met with warmth. Fernando gave us a full tour before handing us to Norma, our butler, who went above and beyond daily — looping us into the turtle release conservation program, sourcing medicine when my husband was unwell, and having the chef prepare octopus for me on request. She also arranged a special honeymoon surprise. Rodrigo, covering on her days off, was also lovely. Mauricio is the heartbeat of the daily activities — leading Animal Movement, bachata, and lawn Bocce, keeping energy high and everyone included. The food across Kuhul, Côte à Costa, Qin Qin, and Joyra was outstanding. Jovier at Qin Qin pushes creative boundaries with Chinese-inspired seafood (my husband recommends the pork dumplings), hosted warmly by German. At Côte à Costa, Chef Francisco’s octopus and Chef Jovan’s dessert stole our last night, with manager Nicanor’s kindness throughout — plus the beef carpaccio and mussels are must-tries. Kindness followed us everywhere: Landy and Brandon poolside, Lilia keeping our room spotless, Olga, Isabel, Estephania, Manolo and Armando at breakfast and dinner. Gina planned an unforgettable Isla Mujeres excursion. Countless staff greeted us with a genuine “Buenos días,” hand to chest — a gesture that said everything about this place’s spirit. We are so grateful. This is what a holiday should feel like.

Chef Elizabeth and Chef Francisco at K’uhul restaurant were amazing! On our last full day at the resort, my son was craving authentic Mexican enchiladas, which were not on the menu. We ran into Fernando, our wonderfully gracious and helpful butler, earlier in the day and told him about my son’s hankering for his favorite Mexican food. Fernando contacted Chef Elizabeth and requested her to make him enchiladas. When we sat down at our table, we were told that enchiladas had been prepared for him. He was so excited! They were so delicious! (He gave me a little taste.) After we dined, Chefs Francisco and Elizabeth came by our table to see if he enjoyed his specially made enchiladas! Not only is the food #1 fantastic, the personal touch they provided made us feel at home. We will definitely be back!
