Candido was the most amazing guest service person at the resort! He helped and served us with everything! Especially at the pool, showing us around the property, and introducing us to local things.

Our 2nd year in a row! The staff make the experience even more amazing! Candido and Eugenio were amazing at the pool! Bring your own XL cup with a straw and they will keep the strong drinks flowing! And if there’s anything special you want in the restaurant, be sure to ask as they will make it for you!

Paraiso De La Bonita, was a complete luxury experience. They do live up to their name. The staff (Isabel, from Kuhul and Nico from Cotè) were so caring, thoughtful and completely committed to meeting and exceeding our expectations! Would definitely recommend and return!

I highly recommend this hotel. We had to book it last minute after having gotten to Tulum and finding out that our hotel was closed. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The team there made it so easy to enjoy, especially after a rough start to our trip. The food was delicious. I have celiac disease and they had many gluten free options, all labeled. I have a very high reaction and never got sick. Adrian at the bar went above and beyond. He was so friendly and makes great drinks! I wish we had cash to tip - so highly recommend to bring some! I am not a big fan of all inclusives as usually the food/drink is average, but I cannot wait to go back! We were invited to join the hotel team to release newly hatched turtles and there was wildlife all over the resort. 10/10 recommend and we will be back!
