The service was wonderful! We enjoyed how the staff worked so well together and seemed like they enjoyed each other. We really appreciated Isabel, Catherine, Roger and Manolo at breakfast and lunch. The food options were really good. Such a good team. The pool temp was perfect! Yandi, Candido, Brandon and the crafty bartenders were wonderful. At dinner, Karen, Gerardo, Nico and Chef Fernando took good care of us! Really nice and had some good suggestions. Being an older woman, I wish I brought my travel fan. The room temp only went down to 20.5c. Older ladies, I’d suggest bringing one. We also used the gym. It’s very well appointed and super clean. I’m not sure the website represents it well. I was happily surprised. Machines, free weights and another room with cardio equipment. Exactly what we like. It’s a nice a quiet resort if you need to just chill. I’m not sure how I missed the nature reserve part of it but it really is! We have seen Peacock, a Macaw named Sofia, Coati, and a bunch of Iguanas. Very cool! We didn’t participate in any events but they did do some fun things. At check in, Alejandro took good care of us as well. I know I am missing a few names but the entire staff was very good!

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing sea weed problem in most of Cancun’s beaches; no beach access or swimming. Food and atmosphere was nice and relaxed. However, I would not say the same about room service food. It often arrived cold or took very long to even get it. There was very little follow up.

Title: Mely Was Amazing Mely was one of the highlights of our stay! Seeing her every morning and getting to know her made our mornings so much better. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely goes out of her way to make everyone feel special. Her coffee art class was also fantastic! She was so fun, patient, and made the class such a memorable experience. You can really tell she loves what she does and takes pride in making people happy. Mely truly made our mornings and our stay so much more enjoyable. She deserves all the recognition for the amazing experience she gives her guests! ?????????? - A&C

First, the resort is absolutely beautiful! Was a nice quiet, peaceful place to enjoy a get away with my honey! Seeing all the beautiful animals everywhere was also amazing! ???? One of the best parts of our mornings was getting to see Mely in the piano bar. She was such a breath of fresh air every day! And she can make a hell of a latte also! Thank you Mely for making our stay so memorable ??????

This is a quiet, peaceful location outside the busier Cancun hotel zone. It provides a relaxing vibe with scenic views of the Caribbean Sea. We stayed in the Reserve/Chairman building which provided an elevated room experience with multiple balconies and a private pool. Rooms were spacious and the staff (believe our maid was Judith) kept them nicely clean. Our butlers Fernando and Enrique were top notch in their responsiveness and following through on requests. Big thanks to them both! The service from staff at the bars and restaurants, especially from Alberto, Jose, Brandon, Ana and Luddy, (apologies as I know I am missing some others) and most everyone else was friendly and attentive. My wife and I definitely intended on returning. And one more highlight: the hotel works to help conserve baby sea turtles by protecting their nests and providing a safe place for them to take their initial walks into the sea, an experience we were able to be a part of which provided an unexpected highlight!
