We stayed here for several evenings and Ernesto was one of the best elements of our vacation. He was well-informed, generous with his knowledge, and fun for us to spend our time with.

Jesus, Marcio and entire pool and spa staff were amazing! Sophia the parrot and the peacocks were entertaining and beautiful! Love that they are free to roam.

Came for honeymoon, and its been an amazing, relaxing trip. Mauricio and the activities team have been amazing. There has been cooking demonstrations for ceviche and guacamole, a painting activity, and more. Roger has been truely amazing, accomodating my dietary preference, making sure I have an elevated experience at every meal. Very clean, food is amazing, drinks are delicious.

Our experience at Paraiso de la Bonita was exquisite! Our room was huge, clean, and amazing! It included butler service and Fernando and Enrique made this trip a truly incredible experience for us! They were so friendly and made us feel so welcome. They signed us up for coffee art and cooking classes. They made sure every detail was perfect and that we were well taken care of! The hotel is beautiful, the food is amazing, and the wildlife is so fun to watch. The environment of the hotel and friendliness of all the staff is unlike any place I’ve been. The pool staff were so attentive in making sure we had drinks and food too. We took an excursion to Chichen Itza, Valladolid, and a cenote. The ONLY downside to this hotel is the seaweed. I don’t usually get into the ocean so sitting by the pool listening to it and watching the sunrise was perfect for me.
