My Husband and I went with 2 other couples we had a Great time! Ana our beach server was amazing and couldn't get us drinks fast enough. Marco our beach butler set us up with fresh towels, our umbrella in and out of the sun along with random cool towels. Octavio our pool bartender made some AMAZING clamatas! Our room was clean and in perfect shape every evening thanks to our housekeeper Ana. And who could forget the entertainment staff. Mafer greeted us upon arrivals and filled us in on all of the fun activities set for the week. DJ Cris kept the tunes coming in the pool for a perfect vibe. And the husband's had some major wins against Omar, Osvaldo, Alex and Lino in Volleyball! A great time to be had by all.

The location is great, maroma beach is beautiful. All of the staff are professional, friendly and make sure the guests have everything they want/need. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Shout out to the evening manager Jared and also the day manager Hector. We asked for a late check out and were so grateful to them both for accommodating our request. The resort has very good food, the activities are fun and both pools are so much fun. Shout out to the pool bartenders Clemente, Alejandro, Renee, Octavio, Ana, Francisco - they were great. The beach concierge Armando, Manuel, Marco were always helpful amd friendly. Diego and Karen always made sure we had delicious drinks. Papitos restaurant was so good. Augustin, Ezequial, Carlos and Denis were wonderful. Alberto and Dorian at the Caribbean grill were outstanding. Oscar and Mafer in activities were always fun. The spa was so relaxing. Thank you Liliana and Angeles. And of course make sure to visit Rick’s bar, Gustavo is the absolute best bartender.

Manuel, Armando, and Marco are amazing beach butlers. Manuel goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable as they relax on the beach. Omar and Osvaldo are fantastic with activities. Jesus who works in Papitos restaurant is hands down another of our favorites, always cheerful and goes the extra mile to make sure your meal is fantastic. Karen , a bartender is another amazing employee that El Dorado Maroma is lucky to have on staff. Eli is an awesome Butler that makes sure everything in your room is just the way you want it. We love all the friendly staff at El Dorado Maroma so much that we keep coming back.

Another perfect stay at El Dorado Maroma! Manuel took care of anything we could have ever needed. When we had the day off, Armando and Marco took great care of us as well! Omar did amazing with activities and keeping the fun going. Love this resort and the staff so much. Cannot wait to come back soon!

Second trip back…. I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else!!! From beginning to end it was AMAZING!!! The staff , grounds , food and staff are incredible. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Our butlers Hans and Enrique are tops . Our beach butlers Marco, Armando and Manuel were so professional and willing too help with anything and everything. The activities Mafar, Jerick , Oswaldo were so entertaining and Alex was obviously overseeing and guiding them. Also painting with Karen EVERY day was the best. I have to say of all the staff Israel at Mio was personally my favorite of all he made said feel at home with kindness and a sense of humor!!!
