Mediocre front desk service , premier room was less than the chains, old and ordorous, the promise free cancellation and then they dont honor it! Will ask Delta to remove it from promotion. Not worth the price!

The location is excellent, it's right in the heart of Union Square, and everything is within walking distance!
My go to SF hotel

I stay in this hotel a lot, my SF hotel when I have a car and I am in town for business (location, etc.). The staff is very nice and I need to point out that Sheily at the front desk helped me out, when I was in a pickle. This is why I come here.
Safe, convenient and clean

We had a nice and safe stay here after our flights to nyc were cancelled. The front desk was kind and helpful, organised a room for us at 9am after travelling all night from Australia. The rooms are big, while our bathroom felt tiny, it wasnt a problem. The iced water in the lobby is an awesome little touch. Location in union square is great and we would stay here again.
