Amazing destination

GettinErDun (Ontario, Canada) on Jul 22, 2026

What a fantastic get a away. Everything was amazing from start to finish. The most friendly staff of any resort I've ever been to. I wish I could remember everyone's names. Every meal was delicious, so many items to choose from, wish I had more days so I could try everything. Do splurge and book a dinner at Jade Mountain, best views on the island. Definitely eat lunch on the beach, and ask for a bucket of beers. Drinks at the bar were some of the best coctails anywhere. The beach was perfect, beds are plentiful. Mamin was sooooo relaxing. We got an upgrade to to a deluxe hilltop, incredible views super spacious the outdoor shower was to die for. Room was super clean. There's a lot of stairs but we took the shuttle a few times. I reccomend a sunset cruise, it was a super relaxing 2 hours. Very chill crowd, upscale patrons. Opt for the inclusive option, its well worth it. Cant wait to go back. Id like to say so much more but I think ill save it for a YT video review. Anything I didnt mention PM me !!! Thank you Anse for the best wedding anniversary, the resort touched our hearts ??

Beauty Inside, Outside, and Under the Water

kimsO4776NF on Jul 21, 2026

I traveled to Anse Chastanet to go scuba diving with friends as we do every year. This dive resort far exceeded my expectations with the best food, service, and beauty. The beauty extends below the ocean surface and the beautiful palm tree beaches to the people working tirelessly to make our stay memorable. Everyone introduced themselves and within a couple of days knew our names and habits! The food is amazing and the menu changes daily - always a fresh fish available as well as pork, duck, beef, and chicken dishes. The variety of food was top notch. Our dive team of Kwame, Xavier, and Obo were amazing help and Xavier an encyclopedia of St. Lucia knowledge. The reefs are full of colorful sponges, many eels (Sharp Tail Eels), and a variety of small to medium fish. The dives are mainly drift dives and we had some major currents with a new moon phase. The resort also supports local musicians as we had a variety of of live music every night! I will definitely return and extend my travels beyond the ocean to the volcano areas!

A dream resort

Escape63954868669 on Jul 17, 2026

I really don’t know where to start, our holiday at Anse Chastenet was absolute perfection for my family, I literally cannot fault anything about the resort! When researching our holiday I was quite specific about our requirements and it didn’t disappoint in any way! I was looking for a resort that was quiet, particularly in the evenings, as I require lots of sleep??l wanted somewhere that offered an all inclusive plan food plan ??this one being al la carte, which surprisingly we found to be so much better than constant buffets! I also wanted lots to do for my sons, aged 17 and 22, lots of tours and activities you could book at the resort ?? I also wanted a quiet beach with good snorkelling straight off the shore ?? When we arrived, after our transfer from the airport, by comfortable air conditioned taxi, we had a wonderfully warm welcome and were guided to ours rooms WOW! I had the Piton Suite ( the only one with a pool) which was wonderful with the most amazing views of the Pitons, and my sons had the adjoining suite with an inter connecting door! The accommodation was absolutely perfect,I was concerned before we arrived about the lack of air conditioning in the rooms but I really needn’t have been the ceiling fans and floor fans kept the bedrooms very cool! The rooms were spotless and the toiletries in the bathroom smelt absolutely amazing! The staff were all, without exception, extremely friendly and super helpful, I cannot fault the service. The food was absolutely delicious, lots of fresh seafood, and vegetables and fruit from Emerald Plantation which is owned by the resort. The desserts were amazing , often using the chocolate they make themselves! We were entertained in the evening by some extremely professional performers with quite wonderful voices ! The quantity and quality of excursions and activities available from Anse Chastenet is wonderful! The staff that organised the excursions were absolutely great they just couldn’t do enough for us! We did an excursion from the resort to visit the Volcanoe, and Botanical Gardens (included Diamond Falls and Suphur Springs), excellent tour guides and dip in the mineral springs! We went on a Whale and Dolphin watching trip on a catamaran, direct from the resort, we were fortunate to see lots of tropical spotted dolphins and flying fish but unfortunately no whales, but they are much less common! My oldest son did the Piton hike early one morning with a guide, organised by the resort, that he absolutely loved and took lots of photos so we could see the amazing views he had seen! My sons also did an ATV tour, this was run by an external company, but Anse Chastenet organised everything including taxis to get them there and back! We also did chocolate tasting and rum tasting, and chocolate making in the chocolate lab at Jade Mountain ( their sister hotel) which was extremely interesting, fun and delicious! We did book a helicopter tour of St Lucia but it had to be cancelled due to visibility issues, but managed to get a last minute airport transfer by helicopter when we left which was a magical experience, and well worth doing! The beach was lovely and quiet, enough sunloungers for all the guests under grass umbrellas! There is a drink and food service available for much of the day, just put your flag in the sand and the waiting staff will take your order! The snorkelling was exceptional so close to shore, you can borrow a mask, snorkel and flippers from the Dive Centre on the beach but we took our own, I have a prescription mask so I’m able to see!! There are 3 snorkelling areas roped off for safety, we saw green and hawksbill turtles everyday, numerous beautiful fish, squid, sea cucumbers and even a ray! It is so rare to have this experience direct from the beach, nearly all other resorts you need to take a boat trip to a snorkel location so this is, I’m my opinion, one of the biggest highlights of Anse Chastenet! There’s also the wonderful spa, my son had a head massage and full body massage that he found extremely relaxing! We had a wonderful dinner on our last evening at Jade Mountain, it is a totally breathtaking and unique resort which you really need to see for yourself to appreciate the architecture! I cannot recommend Anse Chastenet enough if you want a wonderfully quiet location, exceptional service, delicious food and a huge choice of experiences, and great snorkelling straight off the beach!

Our Honeymoon at Anse Chastanet

Chinara G on Jul 16, 2026

Our honeymoon at Anse Chastanet was a dream come true. Every day we were in true paradise. We had the most beautiful view of the Piton and the ocean. Our stay exceeded our expectations and the service was impeccable. Everyone at the resort was always ready to help with anything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the live entertainment. Every artist was so talented. We will never forget the food. Every restaurant was delicious but Aspara was our favorite. The beaches were beautiful and we even saw a green sea turtle while snorkeling. It was the best way to start our lives together. Thank you to everyone who made our stay beautiful!

The Trip of a Lifetime - An Absolute Masterclass in Hospitality

steenbras (Walton-On-Thames, United Kingdom) on Jun 29, 2026

If you are looking for somewhere truly special that delivers a genuine "wow" factor, look no further than Anse Chastanet. We chose this incredible resort for our honeymoon, and it turned out to be the trip of a lifetime. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with beautifully finished rooms boasting extensive wood detailing and spectacular views. But what really sets this place apart is the people; the staff are so exceptionally warm and friendly that by the end of our stay, we genuinely regarded many of them as friends. To give you an idea of just how magical this place is, we had originally planned a two-resort itinerary for our honeymoon: Anse Chastanet for the first week, followed by StolenTime in the North for the second. However, after just two nights at StolenTime, we decided to cut that stay short and head straight back "home" to Anse Chastanet. That little blip only served to highlight just how incomparable and special this resort truly is. Because it was our honeymoon, we were treated to a spectacular free upgrade upon our first arrival. We were given a hillside Premium Suite with sweeping, dramatic views of the Pitons and the ocean. It was an open-air room with no exterior walls, making us feel completely immersed in the natural landscape. While there was no air conditioning, the natural ventilation and large, well-positioned fans kept us perfectly cool. When we returned for "Part 2" of our stay after our brief detour, the team upgraded us again - this time to a gorgeous Hillside Deluxe room overlooking the ocean, which included air conditioning. The resort is famously hilly, which was great for getting our steps in, though anyone with mobility issues should note it can be challenging. That said, the resort shuttles are always readily available to drive you anywhere you need to go. The beaches are impeccably kept, and we never had any trouble finding a sun lounger. The beach service is incredibly attentive, with staff regularly coming by to offer cooling towels, refreshing sprays, or to take food and drink orders. The food throughout our stay was delicious, the cocktails were marvellous, and the all-inclusive package covered almost everything we needed. A special mention must go to the pain au chocolats at breakfast, which use the resort's own chocolate and are genuinely some of the best we have ever had. There is an abundance of things to see and do. The snorkelling right off the beach is good, there are great sailing activities available if you want to take to the water, and the diving - while an extra charge - is highly rewarding with so much marine life to see. The excursions are also fantastic. We did both the Saturday market walk and the plantation tour with Meno (aka "Father Nature"); he is an absolute legend, and the tours were both fascinating and deeply sobering. We also did the tree-to-bar chocolate tour with Daniel, whose incredible enthusiasm for his craft shone through from the farm right into the chocolate lab. In the evenings, the live music entertainment was brilliant, featuring high-quality performers who were wonderfully engaging. Massive thanks must go to Isaac and the rest of the management team - Rajesh, Jenelle, and Monica - for running such an outstanding resort. Every single person was fantastic, but we would like to give a special shout-out to: - Guest Services: Florence, who was absolutely amazing - The Bar Team: Parker, Chloe, Melvyn, Alain, and Monica (also known as Anne-Marie, who was always dancing to the music at the Piton bar and could always be relied on to get everyone else dancing too) - The Service & Restaurant Team: Michaelina, Vanessa, Clare, Yahdira, Christina, and the wonderful ladies serving the food - The Beach & Snacks Team: Ricardo, Junior, Rawl, and Jacqueline - The Spa: Indira, who provides an absolutely world-class nail service - The Tours, Chocolate & Kitchen Team: Meno ("Father Nature"), Daniel, Chef Alan, Chef Manuel, and Martin - The Dive Centre: Bradley and the whole crew Thank you to everyone at Anse Chastanet for the highly personal touches and for making us feel so incredibly welcome. The experience was amazing, and we will definitely be back!
