Loved the staff and setting

Planetcaz (Coggeshall, United Kingdom) on May 07, 2024

I’ve given this a 4 out of 5 review because I couldn’t describe it as average and as an overall holiday it was really very good. However, there were things that made it not so good on a day to day basis. We had major issues with hot water in the room- no biggy- but by day three it was getting a little annoying not being able to have a hot shower and wash hair! Also lack of info about this and what was happening to try and fix it. The food! I know many people say it’s amazing - but honestly it wasn’t for us- the buffet was virtually the same everyday - bread awful , butter rancid and hot meals always either chicken or pork with some kind of sauce. The Malabar great for lunch but dinner seemed to be the same menu every night we were there ( and not great ). The themed a la carte nights in the main restaurant were challenging to say the least! By far the better experience was Thyme - so recommend booking that every night. I love a gin tonic however I kept getting served flat tonic and no lemon- because they only had large cans of tonic they would leave them at the bar open and use them before cracking open another can- yuk. If you see jojo on the beach in blue or yellow- get yourself booked on the trip to the volcano etc- a fabulous day and completely hilarious- loved it!! Also the aerial tram def worth a visit through the rainforest.

Great Stolentime experience in St Lucia

Stolen time is a very nice all inclusive resort. Food , drinks , rooms are all top notch. The staff is excellent and extremely attentive to all guests needs. We enjoyed the sunset sail/ snorkel outing at the foot of the Pitons. Highly recommended

Just the BEST!

What an amazing place!! The location is stunning, the staff are wonderful & the food is fabulous. Without doubt the best food we've had on any holiday. The Terrace buffet restaurant serve a la carte several times a week as well as Thyme & Malabar a la carte. The staff go out of their way for you & nothing is too much trouble. They are all so happy too. We had an Oceanfront Terrace room which was literally 8 steps from the beach. Very well equipped & even a hammock on one of our two patios. Little touches like bringing round fruit kebabs & cool ice towels to the pools & beach all add to the experience. All watersports are included & the activities are extensive. But there is no pressure to join in. You can do as much or as little as you like. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone.

Out of this world incredible!

The hotel is out of this world incredible! The staff are constantly offering a beverage, snack, cool towel or activity. They are friendly and communicative and generally the atmosphere is very chilled and happy. The water sports on offer are fantastic and there is a range of additional excursions that can be purchased and arranged by the hotel. The direct access to the beach is perfect and the sea is beautiful and warm. The resort is fairly small which gives it a relaxing intimate feel. No one rushes to reserve a table or fights you for sun loungers and towels (as has been my preconceived view of all inclusive hotels). Rendezvous is the perfect size resort for us on honeymoon. Our room is small and practical but the balcony with a view across the gardens to the sea is absolutely amazing! We are loving being in this tropical paradise and would stay forever if we could!

Restful getaway with friendly staff

gptaylor1 (Atlanta, Georgia) on Apr 26, 2024

My husband and I stayed at Stolentime for 4 nights in April. We really came to enjoy our mini-break there. It is a rather small resort and pretty quiet, though it did offer some musical entertainment at night and some water or sports activities during the day. I would say 2/3 of guests are 55 or older with other 1/3 on honeymoon or romantic holiday. We never had to wait for dining or search for lounge chairs (at beach or pools) and the staff is super friendly. When we first arrived, we were a little underwhelmed with property but by the time we left, we really liked it! I think the great staff/service plus lack of crowds won us over.
