When we checked in, Miguel welcomed us with a friendly hello and was extremely polite and professional to set expectations. During the trip I would call their extension and was happy to have Miguel answer and stock up the room with beer and water for me. He’s the man!
Similarly, Keri was one of the kindest, sweetest, and accommodating people we had the pleasure of interacting with. She set us up for all of our reservations for dinner throughout the week.
The same goes for Lance and Nadia. If you’re going to go to Sandals, do Club Sandlas and you’ll be taken care of every step of the way because of their wonderful employees.
Sandals Grande Gluten free!

Great Indian food at Bombay. Lovely service from Chris and Mariah. Also plenty of gluten free options including a roti! Highly recommend! For an all inclusive you really get your money's worth with the options and the chefs know what they are doing especially being conscious of allergies.

We just returned a few days ago from Sandals Grande St Lucian where we got married and spent our honeymoon. We were married in the beautiful over the water wedding chapel, there couldn't have been a more perfect place. Thank you to Shana, our wedding coordinator, she was a pleasure to work with and very organized. Also thank you to Marva, it was so sweet of you to get to work early to make sure we had our top layer wedding cake before we left to the airport. And a special thank you to Jevon for taking the video of us waterskiing in our wedding clothes and also for our signature drinks as always Sandals employees went over and beyond there jobs. Thank you Sandals it couldn't have been a more perfect wedding day and honeymoon! We can't wait to return to Sandals next year for our 1st anniversary.

We had the best time at Sandals Grande. The beach is beautiful, drinks good, and lots of restaurants to choose from. We were surprised by how great the nighttime entertainment was and really loved that. The reggae band was unbelievable.
One thing I’d do in the future is wait to book excursions until I got there so I could really see all of the options. We were worried about them getting sold out but it wasn’t an issue. I would also bring your own snorkel mask if you like to snorkel so you can go out in the water anytime as opposed to having to sign up and go during the scheduled time.
Our favorite restaurants were Toscanini’s for breakfast (try the hash browns!), Mariners for lunch, and Gordon’s for dinner (the crab cakes are amazing). Special shout out to Damian that works at the pub and Gordon’s. He remembered our names throughout our stay and was truly the best.
The only con is it can be hard to find a beach chair with an umbrella if you don’t have a butler bc the butlers reserve them. I found out towards the end of our stay that if you walk down the beach close to the overwater bungalows, there are usually several openings.
Worth every penny. We’d love to go back!
A new Sandals Favorite
(Barboursville, West Virginia)

I think this may become one of our favorite Sandals. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the service and staff are what you expect from Sandals. We very much enjoyed the diving. The whole team is fun. We spent the most time with Marcus and Peaches. Very competent and relaxed on the dives. The boat rides are 30 minor more each day so you won’t get back most days before 1. If Marcus does his lionfish grill, don’t miss it.
The meals were outstanding. The Italian may be our favorite.
We stayed in a beachfront concierge room that was really nice. Having been at other remodeled Sandals this resort could use a face lift. Make sure you know there is a difference between beach view and ocean view. With ocean you are looking across the road at the Atlantic.
Also much of the electric outlets are European. There are US outlets but only a couple so you may want to bring a power strip or converters.
This was our 1st trip but we’ll be back.
