I was greeted at the hotel from time I entered to the time i left the staff has been great with their pretty smiles and welcoming voices.I loved the staff in entertainment like Tamika, deasia, Cassius and Neville. They were sweet and loving because they showed me how fun it it wen they play games with the guests and I sure did have fun they were the best.????????????????????????the food was delicious and juicy, great customer service came drom the restsurant staff as well. The bartenders gave me great customer service as expected I got all the drinks i wanted no mistakes. Keep it up guys this will bring you far in life thank you you for a fun filled day I didn't regret one bit of it infact i wanted to stay longer didn't want to leave but I enjoyed it very much??????. Bombay club was our favorite restaurant!! The food was amazing and Mandala and the staff were sooo sweet and did a great job serving us! We always had our drinks filled and they always tried to make sure we were happy. Definitely go eat there when you stay at the resort!

Great Hotel, lovely location, staff are super friendly, plenty of sun loungers around the pools and Beach area, We loved Soy and Toscanini’s Italian restaurants, Breakfast in Bayside was also very good with food always fresh, Gordon’s was ok, great lamb chops, but menu needs to be updated, does feel much has changed since our last visit in 2021, Pizzas are great for snacks by the pool, and nice ice cream, shame no Gluten free ice cream for my wife, Need to improve the golf shuttle, needs to be on a loop, and shouldn’t share with other resorts, Some great staff, call outs to Jamie in the resort shop Daisy poolside Kevin in the Pub Lance in Gordon’s Ivana and Elisha in Bayside

Perfect spot to Honeymoon! The staff at Sandals truly made the trip by how friendly, personable, and amazing they were. Food was fantastic (we ate Soy Sushi 4 of 5 nights- so good). JJ’s Speedboat/ Souferie Experience is a must! Queen B will take good care of you and Kerma took amazing pictures for us! Couples massage was great too!

Mary Ann at the Sandals Shop was fantastic!!! Not only did she help me try on necklaces, bracelets and rings NOT once but twice (on two separate visits). She was kind and patient with me each visit. Mary Ann helped clasp each necklace I tried on and gave me advice on which ones to purchase. She also gave me nice compliments on which necklace went better with my skin tone. I absolutely love the ring I purchased at the store Mary Ann again helped me pick out the best ring for me! She took extra time tracking down my ring size and making sure it fit well. Overall such a wonderful woman who I am happy to have met on vacation. I greatly appreciated her professionalism, kindness and overall care regarding my purchases.
