Just got back from our honeymoon and wow what a trip!!! This place is straight up paradise 5 stars all the way. The beach is insane with that soft white sand and water so clear you can see the fish swimming right by your feet. Staff was so friendly and helpful like they really made us feel at home. Our room had this awesome view and was super clean every day. The food standouts, the jerk chicken and fresh fruit every morning had me going back for seconds. We tried the snorkeling trip and it was the best part saw so many colorful reefs and turtles. Evenings were chill with good music by the pool and the sunset views are unbeatable. If your looking for a relaxing getaway with great vibes this is it. The staff (specially Leana & Moka) were so fun and Friendly, even joining my wife and I for lunch. Truly an above and beyond experience. Already planning our next trip back cant wait. Highly recommend to anyone!!!

We had an amazing stay at Sandals Grande St. Lucian! The resort was beautiful, the staff was wonderful, and there was always something fun to do. The food was excellent, with the hibachi and sushi restaurants being our absolute favorites. Every meal was delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose from throughout our stay. The entertainment team did a fantastic job keeping guests engaged and having fun. A special shoutout to Leana, who was hands down the best playmaker! She brought so much energy, positivity, and fun to every activity. We even had the opportunity to enjoy lunch with her one day, and she truly made our trip extra special. Her friendly personality and enthusiasm helped create memories we’ll never forget. We would highly recommend Sandals Grande St. Lucian to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and unforgettable vacation.

Our 10th visit to Sandals Grande, St Lucia and this trip emphasised why we keep returning. Stayed in Massade building on the 3rd Floor. Newly renovated Club Room with uninterrupted Beach and Carribean view. New Glass fronted balconies with new furniture make this space perfect for room service breakfasts. Beach stunning as always and pool areas immaculate. Temesha and Eddie and the rest of the team work so hard and are the nicest people. Love our morning chats. Beach bar is the best in the carribean but only when my old friend Remy is working. His smile, laugh and energy never cease to amaze me. Don’t retire. When you stop, I stop coming. All restaurants are top notch, Lito in Soy runs an efficient service every time. Phillip, professional as ever makes Gordon’s a delight. Pamela, Julieta and Sharma are and always have been outstanding. All food is different and delicious. Easy to make reservations via the app for the 3 restaurants that need them. Club sandals team were so lovely and professional especially Cherish who was so lovely when we checked in. This resort has something for everybody, bars are well stocked and fun, food is great quality and refurbished rooms are a welcome improvement. Gardens are simply tranquil and manicured, beautiful. Loved having an early coffee watching the humming birds. I have named only a handful of staff but I can honestly say that EVERY member of staff plays their part in making this resort one that we will keep returning to. Thank you all the team. What was supposed to be a 15th wedding anniversary celebration at Sandals turned into the worst vacation of my life. We all have fears; for some it's snakes, for others it fire, for me it's roaches. On the very first night, I encountered a roach in the bathroom— which is my absolute greatest fear. From that moment on, I couldn’t sleep, couldn’t eat, and spent the entire week in misery, terrified that they were in my bed, suitcase, or belongings. I begged the front desk to help me book an early flight home (which I had originally booked through Sandals), but was told they “don’t do that.” Instead, I was simply moved to another first-floor room, which did nothing to restore my trust. There are two other resorts by Sandals at this location, but never did they even offer to move me to another location. They absolutely shut down ALL requests to just go home. I felt like a hostage. Mind you, I didn't ask for my money back (remember this was my very first night there and I just wanted to LEAVE), my only plea was to go home, they could keep their money. But they REFUSED to release me. For the rest of the trip, I survived mostly on Diet Coke (which was inconsistently provided), avoided the food (can you imagine how infested the kitchens must be?), and spent my days exhausted and sobbing on what should have been a milestone celebration. I felt trapped, unsupported, and dismissed by staff. If I would have transported any of these hitchhikers home, I honestly don't know what I would have done. Needless to say, I took as many precautions as I could to ensure this did not happen. When I followed up afterward, I received nothing but a canned letter and a call telling me that roaches “aren’t uncommon in warm places.” This is absolutely unacceptable! Guests should NEVER be forced to endure their worst fears with no option to leave. Sandals has forever ruined the idea of a vacation for me. I will never return, and I strongly caution others to consider how the resort responds when something goes terribly wrong—it is not with care or compassion.

My wife and I just spent 5 days at Sandals Grande and the service was phenomenal. We had a Club level room and everyone was very nice with planning travel, services, reservations. We did a cabana two of the days and Sanjay was the absolute best cabana server/butler. Dinner food was delicious at all restaurants, the pizza & crepe's for lunch were excellent. The drive from the airport takes a long time, the helicopter is 15 minutes and gives you a beautiful view, definitely worth the price.
