We went to St. Lucia and stayed at the Sandals Grande St Lucian for our best friend's 30th wedding anniversary. We had the absolute best time with the best staff! Delia and Hurd took great care of us at Bayside, Remy and the two beautiful twins were our favorites at the beach bar, Joanie was our favorite at the pool bar bringing us drinks, Cecil and Neville were awesome as well! Kristoff took the best care of us at Kimonos and our chef was awesome! I can't leave out Jamie at the gift shop! We stayed in room 3211 and our room was always stocked with everything we needed! The bed turned down every night and the room stayed clean! Finally the dinner and party on the beach was so much fun! Great food and entertainment! We will definitely be back!

4 days of diving was the primary purpose for our trip to St Lucia this year and Grande was incredible with diving included in our room rate. Best diving that I have experienced when we visited in April 2025 so decided to do it again. NOW, the real reason for my review is talking about the dive shop. Huge shout out to KEN, RON and STINGRAY, the best of the best. First day, they identified that buoyancy was an area that I needed to work on. I signed up for the Padi Peak Performance Buoyancy course taught by Ron. Made an incredible difference. Ron was patient, explained things thoroughly and helped both my wife and I improve our skills. Ron - 10/10. Ken was someone we recognized from last year and this year was even better. Ken shared with us the opportunity to hunt lionfish and we did take the Padi Invasive Lionfish Tracker course and got to do two dives for lionfish. What a fun and exciting opportunity. Thanks Ken, fantastic experience. I will have to practice a little more. We did take an evening cruise with Ken along with Brandon at the helm. Wonderful experience. Ken shared a lot about St Lucia and his experience. Great guy to have on the team. Next up, Stingray, end of the dive, he shared a number of pointers with me individually that will help my diving experience in the future. Always wanting to improve. Lastly, Marcus and the whole dive shop invited us to the late afternoon lionfish barbecue. That was something special. The lionfish were fantastic, the ceviche was incredible and the whole team joining us to sit around the dive shack talking with all the participants was one of my favorite experiences. Felt like family. Thank you to Marcus and the dive team. And a big huge thank you to the entire team, boat captains, first mates, dive masters and staff. When we talked about going diving again this year, the first thing we both said was that we would love to go back to Grande and do it again. It didn't disappoint.

The location was beautiful and atmosphere was amazing. Considering all that was included, the price was right! Our room was very comfortable (my only complaint was an electrical plug situation, but our customer service specialist solved it). We had an incredible view from our room. The whole resort was very clean. Noise was never an issue (you couldn't even hear people in the hallway). We had superb service and loved all the amenities. We would like to give a shout out to Chocolate Thunder on our boat excursion, he was VERY entertaining. We fell in love with photographer Ansel while on the beach one day, she was very knowledgeable about so many things at the resort, and we requested her for our photographer when it came time for our photo shoot, she did a great job!! Indra at the Excursion Counter was very friendly and helpful with our excursions. Our favorite restaurants were Soy (we went more than once), the staff was very friendly. We also really enjoyed Gordons on the Pier! The staff at the Spa were very friendly, we had a couples massage, and we really enjoyed going everyday to the Steam Room.

My husband & I celebrated our 27th anniversary in St. Lucia. It was our first time there. We had a wonderful time. The weather was great, with beautiful surroundings and lovely beaches. Though we are not beachgoers, it was fun to sit under a cabana and watch others or take a walk on the beach. To celecrate our anniversary, we had a candlelight dinner under a cabana on the beach - good food and great service. Overall the service at the facility was excellent. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Unfortunately, I don't remember names to give kudos to specific individuals. The staff in the Club Room were all helpful. Staff in the restaurant were personable, engaging in conversation at times. Sandals has three locations in St. Lucia - Grande St Lucia, Regency La Toc and Halcyon. We stayed at the Grande St. Lucia which we feel is the best of the three. LaToc is larger and on the Alantic Ocean; as is Halcyon which is quieter. Grande is on the Carribean Sea where the waters are calmer. An example of their customer service: My costmetic bag dropped out of my purse while in the Club Room one evening. I didn't miss it until the next morning. I checked with the front desk and there it was in the lost and found. Another day I discovered I had left my book someplace. I remember having it on the lounge chair on the beach. Returning to where we were sitting, there it was on an adjacent table. We enjoyed our sandals trip so much we plan to travel to another one. Their all-inclusive we found to be very good quality.

The location was magnificent, and the resort itself is beautiful and lush. The pool is a perfect size, and we liked being able to walk right from the pool to the beach without any obstruction. We stayed in the non-renovated section and it was okay, not exceptional, but we barely spent time in our rooms. The choice of restaurants was not quite as good as Sandals Curaçao, but we enjoyed Gordon’s, Barefoot by the Sea, and Soy Sushi. The staff were WONDERFUL, so accommodating, helpful and friendly. That said I want to make special mention of two individuals: Delia who worked in the buffet restaurant. She immediately shone through with her amazing ability to connect with my family. She is a shining light, going above and beyond. Also Neville, who manages the entertainment, is exceptional and is able to connect with all the guests on an individual level remembering all their names. We want to explore other Sandals resorts but we would definitely go back to Sandals Grand St Lucian again in the future!
