This hotel is very comfortable for a family of 3 or 4. We had a two queen bed room which also included a separate living area. The area could use a fold down table — as there isn’t a good way to eat take out as a family. It felt like a small apartment. The location is excellent— a short walk to a SkyTrain station and short drive to other attractions. The hotel lobby had a very strong perfume smell our entire 4 days- and it gave me a headache. The on-site restaurant had very limited breakfast choices so we ate elsewhere. A few blocks is Breka Bakery which was very good, and open early. We ate breakfast there 3 times during our stay. The area has many offices, so most breakfast restaurants did not open until 9:30/10am. We were warned by our Uber driver to not walk east too many blocks— and we didn’t. We felt safe walking around and getting an Uber at the hotel, or walking to the SkyTrain was great.
Great hotel and first visit to a Delta Hotel.

This is an all suite Drlta property with a wonderful location and excellent views. We found the neighborhood safe and very convenient. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The property has been renovated and is clean with comfy beds. If I really wanted to be picky, it would be nice if their room service menu offered more practical choices. Having said that, breakfast was delivered very quickly and was yummy.
Excellent experience at my first Delta experience.

More amenities in the room than we needed. Kitchenette. Spacious one bedroom with sleeper sofa in living area. Very clean. Modern decor.Well located if you are going on a cruise. Walking distance to the waterfront and all downtown restaurants. Just wish they had some coffee available for an early morning departure.
Great Rooms, not so great Food Services and Location

The rooms are fantastic: spacious, clean and extremely well-maintained. There are plenty of plugs and USB sockets. The TV system will even support several streaming services if you have accounts so there is no need to bring your own device to plug in.
The two downsides to the hotel are the lack of a breakfast buffet or the ability to order room service unless you have something that can read a QR code - they do not even provide a URL in human-readable form for those of us with laptops but no mobiles.
The other is that the Vancouver downtown location of this hotel is no longer at all pleasant at night. While the hotel itself is absolutely fine and you'll feel completely safe once inside, after dark within less than a block there are people sleeping in the streets and injecting drugs. As a large man this was not much of a concern to me but this is not an area I would want my daughter walking back to after dark. It's not at all the hotel's fault but you should take this into account when thinking of staying here. During daylight hours when the streets are busy there is no problem.

We are platinum members but had this reservation booked by third party due to them organising most of hotels had stayed at JW Marriott fir 3 night couple of weeks ago. No perks given apart from late check-in out. Room OK. No glasses in room or cups or tea bags. Paper cups. Requested milk and was charged 10 dollars with 5 dollar charge for bringing it. We had looked forward to staying here but not what we expected. Positive staff in bar area very friendly
