Great location and super friendly staff. Aie was the person who checked us in and couldn’t have been more helpful. She went above and beyond in service. Our room was clean and quiet. Just a couple blocks from where our cruise ship came in. Within walking distance to so many attractions in beautiful Vancouver.

There isn't a bad thing I can say about this hotel. This was probably my best experience at any Marriott property. From the recognition and warm greeting at checkin until the time I checked out, everything about this hotel was fantastic. It's also very conveniently location to the cruise port, the train station and the seabus if you want to venture to the north shore. We also caught the #50 bus in front of the train station to Granville Island. Our breakfast service was fantastic. We sat at the bar one night for drinks and Gordon was equally nice and personable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location in downtown Vancouver was incredibly convenient and within easy walking distance of so many restaurants, attractions, the Gastown area, and the convention centre. We especially loved having a suite—it gave us so much extra room to spread out and made our stay much more comfortable, especially for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in all the way through check-out. The underground parking was another big plus. It was easy to access and felt very secure and safe. One thing to know is that you do have to walk outside from the parking area to get to the hotel, so I would recommend unloading your luggage at the front entrance before parking. Overall, we felt this hotel offered a great combination of location, comfort, friendly service, and value. The price was reasonable for the quality and convenience.

Very convenient hotel in downtown Vancouver not far from Canada Place and the light rail to and from the airport. The exterior is unassuming, but the interior is very nice and our corner room/suite spectacular. All the staff we interacted with were friendly, informative and helpful. A small but very nice and bar off the lobby and the location is close to many other restaurant choices. The menu is not large but the food and service excellent. They do take reservations which are not a bad idea since they do have a number of guests coming or departing from cruise ships. Going back to Vancouver is a few weeks and will stay there again!

Location was very good. The room was odd. There were not any AC vents near the bed which made sleeping uncomfortable. The bed was not very comfortable either. The staff was nice enough but when we asked if we could get a late check out (1 hr) until 12 noon they told us they would make a note but to confirm in the morning. In the morning they told us no. Why not just tell us that the night before. Being a long time Marriott Rewards customer I was very disappointed.
