This a 4 star hotel with a 4 star price. The carpet is really old, chairs, tables, appliances are old, This hotel is rundown. Elevators didn't work properly. This place needs a renovation. The staff are friendly and helpful the location is great. If you want to stay in a very nice Marriott brand just go to The Westin Resort and spa. The Westin is a very beautiful place, professionally renovated with a high end furniture and appliances for the same price.
Amazing staying thanks to Graham

We checked in for a three night stay. The first room assigned to us did not meet my wife's expectations. (It overlooked the HVAC system of a building next door and it was noisy). Graham from the front desk staff quickly took control of the situation and provided us a much better located room. He took the time to meet us on the floor and let us in personally into the room, making sure that it met my wife's expectations. And it did. What a tremendous positive customer experience. Thank you Graham, You made me a loyal Marriott customer.
