Convenient location with exceptional front desk staff

We recently stayed at Delta Hotels Whistler Village Suites, and as a Lifetime Titanium Elite member, we've had the opportunity to stay at many Marriott properties. This hotel is in an unbeatable location in Whistler Village, within walking distance of lifts, shops, and numerous restaurants. We also enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, and hot tubs. We did run into a few issues with our suite upon late arrival, and the hotel feels a bit dated, especially the bathrooms. Housekeeping could also be more attentive. However, the front desk staff - Han, Georgia, Elise, and Flavio were wonderful and quickly resolved our issues, helping to ensure we still had a relaxing and fun stay.
A great place to stay in Whistler

We loved our 8 night stay in March this year. We had a 2 bed suite which was huge, and perfectly adequate when we needed to prepare food. The housekeeping staff were lovely - so friendly and the rooms were kept spotlessafter every visit. I would not hesitate to rebook
Perfect location and amazing stay

We had a great stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t have picked a better location — everything was close by, and it was just a short walk to the gondolas which made getting around really easy. The services and facilities were excellent, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel was also clean throughout, from the rooms to the shared areas, which really made a difference and helped us feel at ease. What truly made our stay special, however, was the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but a special mention has to go to Flavio, who genuinely made our experience unforgettable. He went above and beyond to help us during our stay, especially when celebrating our friend’s birthday — making it feel extra special and memorable. Flavio was incredibly helpful, always happy to assist, and gave us fantastic recommendations for places to visit and things to do during our trip, which really enhanced our overall experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great location, excellent facilities, cleanliness, and outstanding service. We would happily stay here again!
Horrible customer service

Really feel that the customer is not cared for at this resort. I had issues and was never even able to speak to anyone that worked for the actual resort. Have been overcharged and cannot get in contact with them. My experience is causing me to question whether or not I want to switch over to being a Hilton loyalist as I’ve been gold with Marriott for years.
A spacious Marriott Hotel in the center of Whistler Village.

Delta Hotels by Marriott Whistler Village Suites is located in the center of Whisler Village. It is about 10 min walk to either the Whistler Village Gondola or the Blackcomb Gondola. Fortunately, there is a free bus (route 4) that runs to the Whistler Village Gondola every 8 minute during peak time, and every 15 minutes during off peak time. The hotel also provides a free complimentary shuttle to carry the guest to/from the Gondola. Using Bonvoy Night Upgrade Certificate, we applied and got upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite. We were wowed by the spaciousness of the suite, which consists a small 2 single bed unit with its own bathroom and shower, and its own microwave own and sink, and a master suite with bedroom, living room and dining area. The master suite has in room washer and dryer (with laundry detergent provided), a full kitchen with dinnerware and cookware, a bathroom, tub and shower, and a living room with a sofa bed and a dining area. Both the master suite and the small unit have access to an outdoor balcony that is great to watch for snow falls nearby. We appreciate the spaciousness of the suite which makes a great relaxing moment after a day of skiing. The Delta Hotel has a kids activity area that include hot cocoa, popcorns, cookies, and a movie theater. There is also an indoor pool that is connected to the larger outdoor pool through a sliding door. Even though it is snowing outside, the pool is very cool and is super popular with the guests. The Delta Hotel has an underground garage (at L2) that is attached to the public garage near the library. You will need to use an access card provided by the hotel to access the garage. The hotel doesn’t have restaurant or breakfast option, however, there is ample food option near the hotel in the Whistler Village.
