What a great hotel! Every airport should have a great hotel RIGHT IN the airport! No one wants to drag themselves outside, wait for a crowded shuttle etc, after a long flight! With this hotel, you just take the escalor or elevator up one level and you've arrived! The staff are super friendly and helpful, and there is an inviting restaurant and lounge, (with cozy fireplaces) overlooking the runways, with a warm and jovial atmosphere. Some also use this lounge pre-flight, instead of the airline lounges. You feel secure, as you need your key card to access your floor. My room was perfectly appointed- everything you need- (except milk for my morning coffee- which I bought from the restaurant)- no one likes the creamers hotels ussually provide- but now "lakelanddairies.com" make "butter and milk portions"- actual, healthy milk - hotels, cruise ships and airlines can provide their customers. The hotel has a little spa with a small pool and jacuzzi, but the only thing is, the pool doesn't have easy, shallow steps to go in- so not good for elderly or slightly impaired (or excessively tired!) They can order a taxi to come right to the hotel's street entrance too! No queuing in long lines at the airport, after dragging suitcases to meeting points. Everything was super! Definitely recommend this hotel!

I had the pleasure of hosting a Givenchy event at the Fairmont Vancouver Airport, and I must say that the level of service was truly exceptional. I would especially like to recognize **Nadia**, who was in charge of our event, along with **Margaret and Jim**, who were incredibly diligent, professional, and attentive throughout the entire experience. Their dedication made everything run seamlessly. At the restaurant, **Josh** was the most caring, **Jade** was exceptionally diligent, and **Suzanne** provided wonderful service. A special mention goes to **Dimitry at the Front Desk — 12 out of 10!** His outstanding hospitality truly made a difference. I also want to recognize the **Housekeeping team**. The attention to every small detail and the thoughtful way everything was arranged in my room were incredibly meaningful to me. These little touches are what truly define luxury hospitality. As someone who travels extensively for work and organizes luxury brand events, I can confidently say that this has been **one of the best service experiences I have had so far**. Congratulations to the entire Fairmont Vancouver Airport team for delivering such an extraordinary experience. You have truly set a remarkable standard for hospitality. Thank you for making my stay and our Givenchy event so memorable!

Comfortable rooms, ideal for pre or post flights. It expensive but so are all hotels.

This hotel is a gem. The entire experience was worth the price, even if an overnighter before a flight. The restaurant is great, the rooms clean and roomy, and staff attentive to details. And yes, it really is soundproof.

Fantastic hotel! Immaculate. We loved our room and it had a fantastic bathroom too. Had a delicious light dinner, a lovely gin and tonic and very nice wine too All in the airport terminal
