My stay was mostly fine but I had a few issues: -the first time I went to the lounge, i waited more than 20 minutes after i sat down and was never offered even water, i left and returned later that evening - the pool area was very dirty - the phone in my room did not work - my breakfast had soft boiled eggs rather than soft basted as I requested, which is rather upsetting at the prices of the hotel’s food.

Excellent location in YVR. If you want to take a day between flights, this is the place to stay. We've stayed here many times and love it. Great views of North Shore Mountains and YVR Airport operations. Hotel Staff are very nice and accommodating. Great food in Globe @YVR and Jetside Lounge bar beverages were terrific.

It was a great and relaxing stay. It is situated in a prime location with breathtaking view, you won't even realize that you are inside the airport. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The food in the gold lounge was always warm and has a variety of selections. You go in there and you feel relax. The service was outstanding, and everyone was friendly, professional and eager to assist.

The Fairmont was a peaceful retreat after many many hours of travel from Sydney Australia, via LA. Greeted warmly by staff in a calm reception area. Happy to store some of our luggage and have it ready to collect the next day with a very early check out.

My partner and I stayed for 1 night. We arrived early and the staff went above and beyond for us to be able to check in early, they stored our luggage and offered great recommendations. Patricia even emailed me when my room was ready, while we were out to breakfast.
