The worst hotel ever I see !

I've been in this hotel for a week and I don't know where to start. Customer service. is very rude and disrespectful to people and the food is terrible. The room is dirty. Do not go there this hotel and the workers has no respect for the people shame on you

I highly recommend the hotel facilities, especially the staff were always helpful and polite at any time. Also the room is always clean and the internet service is fast, I will give 10/10. The bus service that connects you to the center of Varadero is always in order and at the entrance of the hotel ready to avoid mishaps on your way.
