Ther was a lack of resources in general Restaurants ran out of food during lunch, dinner, etc. There was no hot water on the rooms. Wifi didnt work.

????? Unsafe, Misleading, and Completely Non-Operational Hotel This hotel should not be accepting guests. What was advertised as a functioning resort was, in reality, an almost empty and non-operational property. During our stay, the following basic services were missing: • No running water • No warm/hot water at any time • No electricity after 5:30 PM • No food or functioning dining services • No activities and minimal staff presence • Most facilities closed or not working • A strong smell of gasoline throughout the property, creating serious safety and health concerns, especially for families with children I traveled with my family, including my child, and there was no food available, which put me in an extremely stressful and unacceptable situation as a parent. Additionally, my mother traveled from far away, spending significant time and money to be with us, only to arrive at a hotel that could not provide even basic necessities. This experience felt like a clear case of misrepresentation. The conditions did not match what was advertised at the time of booking, and the environment was unsafe and unsuitable for guests. We are currently seeking a full refund and are escalating this matter through the appropriate channels. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this property until it is fully operational and able to provide basic services.

Went in October. On the second floor there is a "cigar bar"this is the best place in the hotel. Yeni and Roger work there. They make incredible cocktails like nowhere. Good and soulful atmosphere. Cheerful music, a variety of alcohol.

This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. To make it easier for everyone to read it please find below all the negative aspects we encountered: -the windows did not fully closed which means there was no sound or heat insulation; also it meant it rained inside the bedroom and when we spoke with the staff about it they did not provide any solution; -most of the plugs did not work; -the WiFi did not work most of the time and the when we approached the front desk they tried to deceive us and told us it was not working when we knew it was; -there was piles of sand swept into the corners of the bedroom; -there was water dripping from the bathroom lights; -the air conditioning did not work; -there was no hot water and the water pressure was weak in the shower; -the drinks were served in disposable plastic cups which they washed and gave to the next customers; -the coffee bar did not have coffee; -the bars did not have bottled water; -the maids smoked while cleaning the bedrooms; -the hotel went out of electricity for around a day and we had to take the emergency exterior stairs to go up and down from the 7th floor. There was no backup plan for electricity failure; -there were thematic restaurants which never opened; The restaurant looked like a community canteen where the majority of the people were locals trampling each other to get drunk on free beer while stealing the scarce food in plastic containers. Needless to say all of us got food poisoning. Pure terror! Please do your reaserch and stay away from this nightmare
