Great Hilton product in a great location

Came up for two days with another couple for a quick weekend. Easy walk from the ferry, almost everything was walkable, The front desk folks were great and super customer focused (tried to get names but they were all great!).They got us in a bit early, the upgraded room was excellent, the location is perfect, the local beers at Bartholomews were fantastic (note to Diamond folks; the bar is not part of the hotel. so your vouchers won't work); all in all an excellent stay!
Great stay, helpful staff

Very professional, clean and helpful! Tried somewhere else this past month and deeply regretted it, we'll be back here in December!
Good location, very good service

We stayed just for one night, but the service was very good. We arrived well before check-in time and the room wasn't ready, as expected. Also the receptionist couldn't find an upgrade for us. When we returned from downtown well after check-in time, I saw a smile in the face of the receptionist. She was able to find an upgrade for us. So we also had a smile in our faces. The room was very good and well cleaned. We were happy with it. The beakfast was okay. Buffet, but with a chance to order eggs any style. This was the first Hilton Hotel were I really felt valued as a Diamond member.
Overall nice stay

Overall nice stay, nice breakfast for gold members and up (or for purchase). We had one room issue but management handled it and we were moved. One issue is the space between king bed and wall is quite narrow.
Very nice stay

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. We asked for a room away from the construction and found our room to be very quiet. The beds were great, the shower had great water pressure and the water is hot right away. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a Starbucks and restaurant attached to the hotel which is very convenient. Valet parking is a bit high ($30/day) but the valet staff are great and will give you advice on what to do in and around Victoria if you ask. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Government Street which has plenty of shopping and good restaurants. It’s also a 10-minute walk to the harbour, Empress Hotel and just a few minutes farther is the Legislature. Very convenient location. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.
