Register, and get a 50% Bonus on your first 10 Status Lifts in 2027
This exclusive offer is available only to WestJet Rewards members who have Silver, Gold or Platinum status as at December 31, 2026 (“Eligible Members”). This includes members who have Silver, Gold or Platinum status as of October 26, 2026, when this offer starts, and any member who qualifies into Silver, Gold or Platinum between October 26, 2026, and December 31, 2026.
Limited Time Promotional Offer (the "Offer"): Register between October 26, 2026, and January 31, 2027 (the “Registration Period”) and earn a 50% bonus on your first 10 Status Lifts in 2027. Status Lifts are earned by primary cardholders on a WestJet RBC World Elite Mastercard and/or WestJet RBC World Elite Mastercard for Business credit card account (“Eligible Cardholder(s)”). The 50% bonus can be earned on up to ten (10) Status Lifts between January 1, 2027, and the December 2027 monthly statement date (the “Offer Period”) for the Eligible Cardholder.
Outside of the Offer Period, Eligible Cardholders earn a Status Lift of 200 CAD in tier qualifying spend for every $5,000 in Eligible Purchases (as defined below) charged to their WestJet RBC World Elite Mastercard and/or WestJet RBC World Elite Mastercard for Business credit card account (each, an “Eligible RBC World Elite Account”) during a Qualifying Year. For the purposes of this Offer, the Qualifying Year is the Offer Period.
“Eligible Purchases” means the total of net purchase transactions, made by all cardholders on the Eligible RBC World Elite Account, that appear on the Eligible RBC World Elite Account monthly statements prepared during a Qualifying Year, minus returns, other credits, fees, interest charges, and cash advances (such as balance transfers, cash-like transactions and bill payments that are not pre-authorized charges set up with a merchant).
For the first 10 Status Lifts earned by a registered Eligible Member during the Offer Period, the Eligible Member will earn an additional 100 CAD in tier qualifying spend (“Status Lift Bonus”). For illustrative purposes, when a registered Eligible Member achieves $5,000 in Eligible Purchases, they will receive 200 CAD in tier qualifying spend for their Status Lift and an additional 100 CAD in tier qualifying spend for their Status Lift Bonus, for a total of 300 CAD in tier qualifying spend. This continues for the first 10 Status Lifts earned during the Offer Period. If a registered Eligible Member is awarded an eleventh (or more) Status Lift during the Offer Period, they will not receive a Status Lift Bonus on these Status Lifts. The maximum Status Lift Bonuses a registered Eligible Member can earn from this Offer is ten (10), which is the equivalent of 1,000 CAD in tier qualifying spend.
For the Offer Period, Status Lifts are awarded based on the total Eligible Purchases posted to an Eligible RBC World Elite Account(s) until the December 2027 monthly statement date (that is the date the statement is prepared). This means that some purchases made in December 2027 may not count towards the $5,000 in Eligible Purchases for the Offer Period. For example, if monthly statements are prepared on the 27th day of each month and a purchase is made on December 28, 2027, the transaction will be posted to the January 2028 monthly statement and will not count towards the $5,000 in Eligible Purchases for the Offer Period.
The Status Lift Bonus will be credited to your WestJet Rewards Account at the same time as the underlying Status Lift, provided your Eligible RBC World Elite Account is open and in good standing at the time the Status Lift is awarded.
Tier qualifying spend earned through Status Lift and Status Lift Bonus have no monetary or other exchange value and cannot be sold or transferred.
This Offer may be changed, withdrawn or extended at any time, without notice, and is nontransferable and is not redeemable for cash. This Offer may be revoked if you appear to be manipulating or abusing it, or are engaged in any suspicious or fraudulent activity, as determined by WestJet in its sole discretion.
