Very nice hotel-very clean. Restaurants were excellent. Breaks at the conference were good and meeting rooms were nice.

Was a great, all around experience. Comfortable room with a beautiful view. Amenities were top notch. Looking forward to visiting next year.

We travel often and this was the first trip we’ve taken with our 3 children and I have never felt more taken care of than at Coconut Point. Traveling with young children can be challenging, but the staff were impeccable from check in to check out. The woman who checked us in was patient and kind. Tanya checked us out and as I understand she was in training- but amazing. She talked with my kids while we waited for my husband to pull the car around and walked us out to our car at 4am. We never once had to open a door the entire stay. The bell hop, I’m so sorry but I forget his name but he is from Istanbul, Turkey was so genuine and kind with all of our bags. The crib we ordered wasn’t in our room and I went down to ask about it, and it was soon promptly brought, MADE (a rarity these days) with clean sheets and baby soap- that extra touch made us feel like we were in the right place. I walked the grounds with my 5 year old and 3 year old and a grounds man asked to take our photo in front of the tree- something as a mom I’m rarely in. Each staff member engaged with our kids and in the US, it is very common to feel as though traveling with kids is a burden on the place we are staying, but the resort made us feel quite the opposite and we will 100% be returning.

Really nice hotel, great location, great service and amenities. The room was well maintained, view was beautiful. Lovely grounds.

The front desk staff (Caroline) was very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and kept very clean during out stay. The staff at the water park was great. They kept things relaxed, fun, and safe. We felt so comfortable and at home there right away.
