We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa! I attended a sewing retreat while my family enjoyed everything this beautiful resort had to offer, and it couldn’t have worked out better! My girls had an absolute blast! Between rock climbing, swimming in the pools, water balloon activities, and all the other fun things available, there was never a dull moment. They were entertained and having fun every single day while I attended my event. What made our stay so special was knowing that my family was having an amazing vacation while I was enjoying my retreat. The resort offers the perfect combination of relaxation, adventure, and family-friendly activities. We made wonderful memories and would absolutely love to return! Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a fun and memorable getaway!

We had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point. The resort was a great place for our family’s first trip, and we felt welcome throughout our stay. Thank you to Lisa for her warm hospitality and professionalism. Her help made traveling with our toddler much easier, and we really appreciated how quickly she helped us after checkout on billing questions.

Beautiful Resort, but Disappointing Service and Lack of Hospitality My husband and I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa for two nights, paying over $500 per night. Unfortunately, the level of service did not match the price or expectations of an upscale resort. We drove from Miami in our electric Mercedes and specifically chose valet parking after being told it was the only option for charging our vehicle. Despite multiple requests and assurances that it would be handled, our vehicle remained uncharged well into the following morning. When I followed up at 12:45 a.m., the front desk associate even acknowledged she was already aware of the situation, yet nothing had been done. It wasn’t until I expressed my frustration the next morning that another associate personally accompanied me to valet to ensure the vehicle was charged. While I appreciated her intervention, it should never have required so much effort on my part. What was most disappointing was that not once did anyone apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience, and we were still charged for valet parking. Our check-in experience was equally underwhelming. Although the associate was pleasant and allowed us to check in early, there was no introduction to the resort, its amenities, or even directions to the elevators. To make matters worse, despite having prepaid our accommodations, I discovered additional charges on our bill at checkout. When I questioned them, the associate simply said, “Oh, let me take them off.” While they were removed, it was concerning that I had to identify these charges myself. My biggest disappointment wasn’t any single incident but the overall lack of communication, accountability, and attention to detail. At over $1,000 for a two-night stay, I expected much better. A beautiful property doesn’t automatically translate into a luxury experience. True hospitality is about making guests feel valued, and unfortunately, that was missing throughout our stay.

Outstanding service. Terrific amenities. Room decor is swank. No-see-ums are no joke. Will bring bug spray next time.

The staff here is impeccable and the property is super tidy. We loved it. There were no issues because they anticipated, asked and solved for any questions that I had.
