Hyatt Coconut Point is the perfect resort. It has three pools, two water slides and a lazy river float ride. The best is an included boat ride to a private island (Old Hickory) for a day at the beach. Enjoy two restaurants and bar after a fun-filled day. I stay here every year for my birthday!

Our favorite place. They always deliver. Incredible getaway for families. Great people, great facilities, great everything.

10/10 Awesome Stay. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit bonita springs/ fort myers area. We had an amazing time! Everything was more than we could've asked for.

Beautiful hotel, food is great, breakfast a bit expensive . Aside from that, beautiful pool, very relaxing. Was there for a work conference, staff was stupendous and totally on top of it! Very friendly!

My stay was uneventful until I slipped and fell in the hotel lobby. There was water on the floor but no warning signs or barriers to alert guests of the hazard. As a result of the fall, I fractured my kneecap and had to cut my trip short.The most disappointing part has been the hotel's response afterward. After many attempts to get assistance, I was eventually referred to the hotel's insurance representative. It has now been over a month since the incident, and the matter is still being "investigated," despite what appears to be a straightforward event. To date, I have not received any compensation or reimbursement related to my injury.Accidents can happen, but I expected a greater commitment to guest safety and a more timely and compassionate response when a guest is seriously injured on the property.
