First the good. The pools are nice and the common areas are well maintained. Unfortunately, the unavailability of amenities and poor staff experience made this a less-than-stellar experience. There was no beach shuttle available on any of the mornings we were there except our checkout day (which they also weren't even able to accommodate elite status late checkout to help us go to the beach), so out of three days we were only able to spend an hour at the beach. We were also charged $150 for a breakfast we didn't have (were off-site that day) that we wouldn't have seen if we didn't ask to see an itemized bill before checkout. Staff was then extremely rude and dismissive about fixing the charge as well. Food was also pretty mediocre.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this resort, which offers plenty of activities and a relaxing vacation atmosphere. One of the highlights was the private beach, accessible by a complimentary 15-minute ferry ride. We even spotted dolphins on the way there! Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided free of charge. The resort also has five waterslides of different types, a particularly fun lazy river, several pools (some heated), a beautiful waterfall pool, hot tubs, a rock climbing wall, and two fire pits. There was plenty to do without ever leaving the property. The public areas were equally impressive. The lobby is grand and elegant, with several restaurants nearby and the resort facilities extending beyond them. The guest room corridors are also beautifully designed. Despite the size of the property, it never felt particularly crowded, which made for a relaxing experience. Our room had a modern, minimalist design, with a spacious bathroom featuring separate wet and dry areas, a sofa bed, and a large TV. We also enjoyed views of the bay and fountains. The room came with complimentary bottled water and a mini fridge. We were upgraded to a Partial Bay View room, and the bell staff were particularly friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a lovely resort with beautiful grounds, a wide range of amenities, and a strong vacation atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the private beach, lazy river, and pool areas, and would be happy to return.

I have stayed at many Hyatt properties; this is one of my favorites. It is a stunning hotel. The food options onsite were great and the staff was wonderful.

Upgraded room was appreciated, but surprised to find stained linens/sheet. Food and hospitality was excellent. Also enjoyed outdoor activities.

super nice hotel... staff is amazing, pool is great, food is also great. The staff makes a difference. Attention and courtesy are always welcome and this team exceed it.
