Carla, Fausto, and Alfredo are the best entertainment staff members!! They make every activity so fun and exciting to be apart of. Definitely take advantage of the activities the resort offers. The entertainment staff work hard to make sure everyone has a great time!!
Le Blanc in Cabo was amazing!

If you go to Cabo, stop at Le Blanc’s cafe called K’akau. They offered wonderful service and Alexis was was front and center. She always met us with bright smile and went above and beyond to make our experience perfect!
Awesome girls weekend!

Le Blanc was absolutely stunning! Aside from our booking fiasco (and it was definitely a fiasco), the hotel itself and the staff were amazing. Arrived with seven other gals for a relaxing, girls weekend and it was awesome! Shout out to our wonderful butlers -Elvis and Brendaly...angels who came to our rescue with so much so fast (not that we needed rescuing, they were just always ready to help)! They were fantastic! The pool was always clean and ready, the pool waiters were always attentive, the spa was amazing, the rooms were spacious and clean, the food...everything. The hotel is just wonderful. We would absolutely come again!
Beautiful resort, but avoid Room 733 and do not buy Palace Elite

Le Blanc Los Cabos is a beautiful resort, and many of the on-the-ground staff were kind and genuinely tried to help. My issue is not mainly with the hotel staff. It is with Palace Elite and the company’s corporate-level handling afterward. My wife and I are Palace Elite members and are paying roughly $70,000 out of pocket for that membership, so the level of customer service we received at the corporate / executive-channel level has been shocking. We were assigned Room 733, the Governor’s Suite. The suite itself was gorgeous, but for multiple nights we experienced heavy low-frequency bass/vibration from the club below. This was not just audible music — it was structural vibration through the room that repeatedly disrupted sleep. For a luxury spa resort, especially in a premium suite, that is unacceptable. What made it worse is that this appears to be a known issue, yet it was not disclosed before assigning the room. We were eventually moved only for the final night, after multiple bad nights had already been affected. The bigger problem has been the response afterward. I spent months trying to get meaningful resolution through Palace Elite and corporate channels and got a slow, circular, dismissive process instead. I was bounced between departments, received canned responses, and never got a substantive answer to the most serious issue: multiple Palace representatives told me public sites like Expedia could sometimes be cheaper than the member rate. That is a huge problem because preferential pricing is supposed to be the core value of the membership. So my advice is simple: ask direct questions before accepting any room above the club, and based on my experience, **DO NOT BUY A PALACE ELITE MEMBERSHIP.**
A great week at LeBlanc Los Cabos

Our diamond concierge Monserrat was exceptional. She made everything so much easier. She was on top of it even on her day off. And our butlers Adriana and Jonathan were also exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I celebrated my birthday while at Leblanc Los Cabo’s and the three made sure I got all the attention to make me feel extra special. Decor in our room and living room, beautiful flowers, a cabana all decorated and a beautiful dinner table decorated with rose petals. I could not have asked for more attention. Thank you Monserrat, Adrianaand Jonathan. Hopefully we will see you again very soon xxx
