Delightful experience, incredible staff, would definitely visit again! In spite of this late review, I never crossed it off my to-do list so that I could give credit where it's due. The amenities at Sandos are so lovely. For a super reasonable price for all-inclusive, I had access to all of the restaurants, all of the drinks, and almost all of the pools. I traveled solo, so while I didn't need to access the family pool, I very much appreciate that it exists--if I wanted to steer clear of the families, that was an option. The room and the facilities were exceptionally clean. The location was perfect for what I needed it to be, with beach access and a straight sight line for both sunrises and sunsets. There is not access to swim in the ocean from this location as the water is too rough, but there are umbrellas and chairs on the beach to enjoy it anyway. Special shout-outs are in order for Alejandro and his service on the beach, Enrique's service in the restaurant, and Alvaro's assistance across the board. 5/5, definitely recommend.

Staff excellent. Smokers in room next to us, offered to upgrade for $800 US ridiculous as we were inconvenienced by the smoke. Door banged and rattled all night in the wind room 5109 all doors in this section. Dirty face cloth, brown watering sink. These rooms are located by enterainment nightly until 10pm We were told smokers would be fined but they kept smoking I don’t believe anything was done.
