For an older resort the place was very clean with nothing out of place. Food was great with good choices at different restaurants. Lots of activities to choose from. Would especially like to thank Alberto and Jasmine for their service in Emiliano’s restaurant. Their commeratory and special attention to detail at what they do was superb.

What more can I say about this place. EPIC!!!!! The service from Alberto and jasmine at Emilianos is by far the best service I've ever received at a resort. I look forward to coming back here every year lol maybe twice a year.

Jasmine and Alberto were amazing! Loved seeing them for breakfast and dinner! They treat you like family, go above and beyond, they make the trip very memorable! Cannot wait to see them again next yr!

We had a wonderful visit at Sandos Finisterra. We are Royal Elite members, and this was probably our fourth visit here. The hotel is older, but clean and very well maintained. All of the staff are very kind. My husband and my cousin are both older and have some mobility issues. I mentioned that when I made the reservation and they kindly assigned us to rooms very close to the top restaurants and the private pool. The private pool is wonderful! The water is warm and the view is fantastic.And…Ismael is the best bartender! We enjoyed pre and post dinner drinks with Luis, at the Whale Watching bar. He’s kind and very efficient. The views are great. Marie, is a kind young lady that works as a hostess. She always remembers us. Arturo, at the breakfast buffet is so kind to my family and he’s a wonderful server. Check in and out was a breeze, with Ana in the Elite Club. Such a great time. Food and drinks were very good. My only suggestion for improvement would be better wine by the glass. The house wine wasn’t too good, and you have to purchase an entire bottle if you want something better. Many thanks to our butler, Edgar. He made all of our reservations, checked on us daily, and made special accommodations for my older family members. Many thanks to everyone. We will be back!

Jafet was amazing at the white party, he was so fun to dance with!! He was also so fun at the vegas night the following night!!
