It was a great trip! 1. Layout: it’s hard to tell from pictures but this resort is really easy to navigate. We were the last room in the marina view and it still wasn’t far from anything. It had a Mediterranean feel. From the lobby, you either take a short walk to the pool, go up to your ocean view/junior suite room or go up to the 7th floor which leads to a beautiful walkway to restaurants, cafe, and marina view rooms. The views are amazing. 2. Food: amazing food! There are 4 restaurants (Italian, Mexican, steakhouse, international). There are no lunch or dinner buffets. It’s all à la carte. There’s a pizza and sushi hut by the pool and you can always order fast foods (wings, fingers, tacos, quesadillas etc) by the pool. This might be harder to navigate with young picky kids. 3. Pools: there are 3 pools (activity, adults/swim up bar, and heated pool). They are clean. They are a bit dated and could use restoration of pool and patio tiles. It didn’t look as pretty as it could. 4. Beach: it’s so stunning. Take a walk to the left side mountains. They are so grand. We saw turtles hatch and plenty of whales during our stay. The beach is the cleanest I’ve ever seen. No bar on the beach and no swimming. 5. Staff: SOOO friendly. Always felt 100% safe. Extra special shoutouts to Yuki and Enriqué in entertainment and Norma and Joel from the pool. They made the trip so much better. Overall I would return! The staff is absolutely incredible. Don’t miss the white party on Wednesday - Buffet on the beach with plenty of entertainment such as flame throwers, acrobats, dancers etc Tips for improvement: - change shower heads. They suck. - refurbish pool tiles and patio tiles

Don Diego -fav restaurant, Jorge took great care of us. Cupcake snack spot - Abel was fantastic. All staff was so kind. Nikki runs a great operation!

The location and staff make this an excellent choice for your Cabo Stay . Excellent staff who are very helpful and happy . Here are a few employees who always make our stay a wonderful vacation . Doormen/Nico, Alfredo and Alvero. Anna Silva always accommodating at check in-check out! Butlers who are always ready to assist Cristina and Edgar. The best bartenders Ishmael, Panchito, Luis and Salsa (Plaza Bar). The upgraded food and charcuterie board is a great addition. Alberto Manager at Agave has the best smile and is always smiling and fulfilling any special item you want to eat . Kudos to Nicky the Hotel Manager and her team .

We had the most amazing holiday. Our check with Glenda was great and informative even tho we were there previously. We met with Edgar our concierge who went above and beyond for us. He was amazing! We spent most of our vacation by the pool, service from Carlos,Norma,Joel,Jose and Gabriel was phenomenal. The food was great as we did not feel the need to eat off resort there was a large variety. Shout out to the tortuga staff Mario and Ricardo, I don’t recall the bartenders name tho ! They were awesome. The agave was amazing as well. The service was excellent all staff were amazing and the food was great. Don Diego was great as well. Our servers Arturo and Jorge were excellent! On another note a big shout out to Adi the hostess for remembering us! She did a great job! Thank you to Amadeus for the wonderful cappuccinos!This hotel makes you feel welcomed and appreciated! Thank you to the manager Nicki for having such amazing staff and doing such a wonderful job!!!

Once again, we had an outstanding time. The staff always make this hotel so inviting and deserve mention! Alvaro, Nicholas and Alfredo are first to greet. Oswaldo and the RE team, Ana, Glenda, Yuli and Ivonne ensure we always have a great stay. Edgar, our concierge was awesome. The views and location are second to none. The ocean view rooms are amazing. It has three ocean view pools and one marina view (VIP) pool. It’s walking distance to the Marina and you can whale watch there too. Morning lattes and delicious baked treats are a must from Nelson (Amadeus Lol) at the Cupcake Cafe. The fun evening entertainment is often located overlooking the marina, other than the beach White party . The spa is beautiful , and thanks to Aimeth for a relaxing massage.. As members, it’s nice to see facility upgrades and new delicious items on the menus. We miss Alberto at Tortuga but he ensured we had excellent steaks and ribs at Agave. The restaurant servers, dear Javier, Ricardo, Mario, Rodolfo and Gustavo are some of the best. And the Finisterra has great bartenders with dear Ish, Francisco and Angel. And a big shout out to Luis who graciously served so many ppl during the baseball playoffs! We’d also like to mention Aldo in sales. He always drops by to chat, (not upsell), which is so refreshing. And last, but not least, Nicki, the driving force behind this hotel’s success! See you all again in January??Cheers!??Pat and Shannon
