Great

54FFI3 (wales) on Dec 08, 2025

Stayed here previously and it wasn’t good. So was very nervous at paying to stay here again. Katie on check in was great. Really took time and made us feel welcome. All staff were happy. Did have a long wait one day for scrambled egg. But the host was great at resolving it. Only complaint really is that it was very expensive for drinks in hotel. But it’s supply and demand. So expected I would come again. I’ve read that the hotel has had a refit. But I didn’t see any differences to previous.

Definitely a favorite Orlando hotel

Esther C (Hinsdale, Illinois) on Dec 06, 2025

Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The moment we walked in, the energy of the hotel instantly set the tone fun, stylish, and welcoming. The property is beautifully maintained with a cool rock-and-roll ( pop in some magical areas) vibe woven into every corner, yet it still feels relaxed and family-friendly. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made our stay feel a little more special. We loved how close the hotel was to the parks—being able to walk or take the quick water taxi made our days so much easier. Plus, the early park admission was a huge perk and truly enhanced our experience. Every staff member we met was kind, upbeat, and genuinely eager to help. Gave my kid a little birthday surprise which really made the experience memorable. From the front desk to housekeeping to the pool attendants, everyone went out of their way to make sure we felt taken care of. The pool area was another highlight—great music, plenty of space to relax, and an overall atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Dining on-site was excellent as well. Our waiter was a taller young man with dark hair, didn’t get his name but he was really kind to my kid. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served with the kind of attentive hospitality that makes you want to come back again. Overall, the Hard Rock Hotel delivered a fantastic blend of comfort, convenience, and personality. We left with great memories and would happily return for another stay much longer than a couple days. Highly recommend!

The worse staff in the reception

Anna K (Rovaniemi, Finland) on Dec 05, 2025

That is terrible Staff at the hotel even simple issue as 2 Keys to the room is not possible . You wait 30 minute for each case you try to set up. The Manager are unpleasant and not supportive . That is the worse experience with the staff I have ever.

Great Location and onsite perks—otherwise very meh experience.

We were Rock Royalty. Paid extra for a special birthday experience. But the Club Level was a dud. And so much of the hotel’s “special “ culture “ was gone (or hidden). There is no longer a dedicated Rock Royalty check-in line so the experience started with a 30 min wait. Girl at check in was pleasant but couldn’t really answer our questions just kept referring to texting chatting service. Since we were Club Level was expecting a better view, but our room overlook the roof, a/c units and the back of US. There was construction going on there and every morning we were awakened to the beeping of construction vehicles when in reverse. The Club Lounge was freezing cold. Knew not to expect too much from food but was still disappointed. For breakfast we would’ve liked some berries or granola or even bananas for our yogurt—but there was none. Only fruit was melons, and only cereal was sugary cereal. We never saw anyone cleaning the area. We had bus our own dishes and wipe down the table from previous guests before we could sit. The furniture and decor are worn. It was nice to have bottled water always available but beyond that Club had no value. Have stayed CL at several other hotels—all were better.

Nice Hotel

Purplerooster (Pittsfield, Massachusetts) on Nov 28, 2025

We stayed at the Hard Rock - arrived 11/15/2025 departed 11/18/25 (on the Disney). It's a very nice hotel. The music is played a bit loud in the area of the elevators, but you don't hear it in the hallways and it shuts down at 11pm. We stayed on the Rock Royalty floor (Club Level). The food offered was good, nothing to get excited about, but there was always plenty. The only issue I had was most club levels have a refrigerator out with sodas/water/juices at all hours of the day. When this level shut down at night, they closed the doors and you couldn't get anything to drink. The rooms were nice and we never heard our neighbors. The only problem I had with our room was the bathroom. The have a small area with a nice vanity sink. Then the bathroom/shower is in a separate room. It has a toilet, sink, shower. The sink doesn't need to be in there. It's difficult to shut the door when you walk in and open the door when you want to leave. If the sink wasn't there, it would be fine. When you get off the elevator to your room you walk onto the floor and it's a circle with hallways coming off it. I would always look for the Frank Sinatra picture when I was going back to my room from getting ice, so I went down the correct hall to my room (kind of funny). If you like to go to bed early, ask for a room NOT facing the pool. Although it's not really loud, it starts playing around 9am and doesn't get shut off until close to 11pm. Also, they leave all the lights on around the pool. We couldn't get our curtains to close all the way, so we had that light shining into the room. All of the workers are super friendly and will go out of their way to help you. There were more times I walked into the store or the market, and there was someone right there asking if I needed help. The Kitchen Restaurant, the food is excellent and the waiters are wonderful. It's about a 5-8 minute walk to City Walk and the entrance to Universal Studios, and about a 10-12 minute walk to Islands of Adventure. They also have the water taxi, but that seemed to take forever to come. The do need more people for check in. We stood there for almost 30 minutes waiting to check in. We arrived early (9:30am) and our room wasn't ready until close to 4pm, but they held out bags as we headed off for the park. They did text us when our room was ready. I'd give this hotel a stay if you want to be close to City Walk and the parks. You still need to take a bus to EPIC (about 15 minute ride), but it's a nice hotel.
