Visited a final time to experience epic universe with our grown up kids. Had four nights in rock royalty. Jordan in the lounge was superb and helpful and Robert on the pool bar is simply the best bartender in the world ??

We've stayed here multiple times, but this was our first time doing Club Level. We stayed Club Level at Portifino so I was expecting something comparable, but was extremely disappointed. The "lunch" was labeled "snacks" but it was bags of Doritos or Cheetos or Oreos and the "main" was Uncrustables.....The breakfast was just a typical continental breakfast and the dinner was egg rolls and chicken on a stick. The beds in the room were very old and sunk in - we all slept terrible. With that being said, we still love Hard Rock Hotel because it's the closest walk to the parks, the pool/pool bar are the best of all Universal hotels and every other visit, the beds have been very comfortable. Would NOT recommend Club Level, but the hotel itself is usually great!

Lost its ‘Rock Star’ soul, over priced and poor. They are only interested in volume not returning guests…been visiting for over 20 years (stayed 3x in one year once) but sadly now will not return. Save your money, stay at a better hotel, this is now on par with a uk travel lodge! Pay for your express passes instead - the hotel will be better and trip more cost effective. Huge disappointment from a fan of the brand and hotel previously! Avoid, I have tried to warn you x

Great hotel and in a great location. Short walk to the studio and you get express tickets to the studios and islands of adventure. Boat ride if you want and stay in level 7, with it. Drinks and snacks. Rooms cleans and staff friendly. Recommend!!

We have a great experience at this hotel.Ambience is very good and the staff is very coperative. Shenoy and Suraj are the best . Thank u for ur coperation .
