Family of 4. Hotel is brilliant. Pool is amazing, so chilled. Food and drinks were great. Brilliant atmosphere, quick walk to the parks.

Great location for universal Studios and islands of adventure short walk to both Easy bus ride to epic universe Rooms nice, pools and hotel lobby etc Negative we had club level but this was renovate so we were in a temporary room which wasn’t very inviting or nice, but the hotel dealt with this sufficiently We would definitely stay here again

For me, I found this hotel was all about location and the perks it offers with park access and express passes. The hotel itself was very average, on arrival their was no offer of assistance with luggage and check in appeared to just be a huge overload of information from a pre read which after a long days travelling from the UK went in one ear and straight out the other. With still no offer of luggage assistance we made our way off to our room. The positive being we saved on a tip! The room was clean, well presented with 2 very large beds and has all the usual amenities. The fridge is empty allowing you to fill it with your own stuff and Ice is available on each floor. The pool area is great, lots of beds available, pool table service offered meaning you don’t have to go to the bar. We found this a good place to go for lunch whilst also taking a break from the parks and the Florida sunshine. With this property you have a private entrance into City Walk. This is a short walk or boat ride and no queues at security. You also get the Express Pass, this is valid from the moment you check-in until park closing on the day of departure and this saves so much time compared with the usual queues for the rides. Having stayed at this hotel in 2019 we found on this occasion it wasn’t as good and didn’t live up to the expectations we had built. Interactions with the front desk staff appeared to be very robotic and they were very disinterested with everything else.

This is a beautiful hotel, in a different league to the one in Hollywood, Florida. A great first impression as you enter, and a Rock Shop too. The hotel overlooks the pools where you can sit and enjoy a drink on the terrace. The pools themselves are large and the pool area spacious and stays open into the night so a great place to sit. Free water taxi to City Walk till late although the walk is only about ten minutes. Also on the bus route to Epic and Volcano Bay. Wonderful although the parking charge of $36.00 per day is a stinger they could drop.
