We stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Orlando for 12 nights and had a lovely stay overall. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, with a complimentary bus service to Epic Universe, which was very convenient. The front desk staff were wonderful, and a special mention to our housekeeping lady, Kermide Roland, who was absolutely amazing! She left us lovely little messages each time she cleaned our room, which was such a thoughtful personal touch and made our stay extra special. Our room was a good size, with two queen beds for three guests. With all our luggage, it was a little cosy, but we made it work. One thing we really loved was the laundry facilities, which are a great inclusion when staying for an extended period. A fantastic bonus included with our stay was Universal Express Passes for Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. However, these did not include Epic Universe, which was a little disappointing, particularly given the premium price you pay to stay at this property. My biggest disappointment was the parking cost. Self-parking was US$45 per night, which adds up considerably over a 12-night stay! To make matters worse, the parking is outdoors and not undercover. We previously stayed at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, where parking was at least US$10 cheaper per night and undercover. I'm not sure why Hard Rock charges so much more. I'm also a Hard Rock Member and was disappointed that I didn't receive any discount on parking. Overall, we had a lovely stay. The location, Express Pass benefits, friendly front desk staff and wonderful housekeeping made for a great experience. However, the expensive outdoor parking is a real downside and something to factor into your budget before booking. Would I recommend Hard Rock Hotel? Absolutely, particularly if you're visiting Universal and want to be within walking distance of the parks. Would I stay here again? Probably not, mainly because of the parking costs. For the premium price of the hotel, I expected a little more value, especially when it comes to parking.

Rooms are standard I wouldn’t advise two weeks in a room as they are small rooms. You’re going to pay a premium for anything at the hotel whether it’s drinks food or anything. The pool area isn’t really kids friendly there not aloud toys or balls in the pool it felt like the life guards were telling the kids off for absolutely anything. Over all I don’t think we will stay here again. Family of 5 kids age from 5-16.

Absolutely love this hotel one of my favourites! Great location, express passes inc, great food and vibe. We did upgrade to rock star this time for complimentary snacks and drinks, for us it wasn't worth it. Probably wouldn't do it again.

This was our second stay at the hard rock Hotel. Our favorite thing about it is its location to Universal Studios and our second favorite thing is probably the pool. Those two things are what make it worth it to stay here. The rooms aren’t anything special, and both times we have stayed here we have had really lackluster views. The blackout curtains do a decent job and the mattresses have been comfortable. We also thought housekeeping did an excellent job, (though we were diligent about putting out the sign). Drinks at the beach club in the afternoon after a hot day at the parks were a treat. We did appreciate every staff member we interacted with. Someone was usually available via text and we didn’t feel that AI had taken over the customer service experience. We will probably return though we will look out for more recently updated options that come with the express pass.

Great hotel, walking distance to universal studios, which came in handy after a night at hhn. Was slightly annoyed with house keeping waking us up at 8.30am on the day of checkout. Checkout isn’t even until 11 so unsure why they decided to let them selves in and asking us was we going to be done by 10!
