Great relaxing stay!

This was the most relaxing stay I’ve had in a long time. Everyone is so so kind at every turn. Nia at the front desk checked us in early which was great after a long travel morning. We had a late lunch across the street at 5oclock somewhere..go!!! And get the shrimp and ask for Manny!! He is awesome!!!!!! Beautiful personality and took great care of us. Rooms are nice, but would be nice if the shower had a Bamboo seat or bench or foot step for the ladies.. pool area is nice, kept clean and loved having the beach steps away. Lots to do right in the area, no vehicle needed. We were headed out for a cruise and this was a great place to stay and started our trip off amazing. If you get a chance , have dinner at JWB, Steaks are some of the best we’ve had.
Spring Break 2026 Last Minute Trip ???

Basically checked in within 30 mins of bookings. Things were pretty smooth considering….When I did share my needs (ADA etc) everyone was engaged in our to resolve any challenges I had with my room etc. EVERY team member I encountered was AMAZING…all…well except 3 team members at the towel booth early one rainy morning when I was sucked ?? didn’t offer me a dry towel. They only point me to the towel drop hole on the other side of the counter so I could move my own towel which I was only resting on the counter for a moment. Again was a drenched by the morning rain had bags in my hands etc. Also the JWB Steakhouse hostess was bothered despite beginning 90% empty that I requested a table for 1 that was tucked away for privacy. Back to those that made my evac trip amazing considering it was a stressful period…..A few names I recall and so many others I didn’t catch their names: There were at least two men that kept the lobby/first floors areas tidy and clean there were really friendly helping me find restaurants, making suggestions based on weather/indoor//outdoors, etc. I didn’t get their names unfortunately. Eion was so friendly! Eion helped us multiple times in our short stay due to rooms changes ????? He managed to make the room bounced as fun as possible. ???? We first encountered the front desk duo, Nia and Shubub (not sure of exact spelling) freindly, took care to assist us throughout stay. Sir Winston, ?? Mr Night Crew…. a true classic gentleman! Aliyana (not sure of exact spelling and Daniel were so helpful in the gift shop ???? plus another young man (didn’t get his name). Shy made sure I had a relaxing quiet private dinner experience at JWB, after all. She was very helpful! She built out my entire meal based on her favs, she has great taste. There were women on the phone that were great too. I do remember one name Marie but not the other woman’s name, unfortunately. Very helpful considering I made a last minute trip during March Spring Beach 2026 period overlapping a weekend. I’ve stayed here many times and Margaritaville Hollywood continues to be a well-rounded property with a great location. The views (yes) but mostly their team made my Evac ??stay as great as possible ??????
