BEWARE!

NorthStar39360384822 on Mar 26, 2026

BEWARE- Location & Cleanliness A+, but unfortunately, atmosphere, value, noise level, but most of all, SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! Drove by this hotel for years and always thought it was so beautiful and took the chance staying here for a Disney Vacation. Problems started immediately upon check in. Concierge unloaded our luggage to a cart and we tipped them more than generously (our 1st mistake)- however, once inside, they whisked our baggage away to their back room even though I explained we were checking in to our room right at that moment- no need to secure our bags. They told me to come back after I checked in. When I asked for our luggage they said they could hand the bags to us (there were 6 bags and only 2 of us) but could not give us the luggage cart but they could wheel the cart to our room (for another tip, despite that I had already paid for this and still offered to take it myself!). Front desk forgot to hand me back my Drivers License at check in and never notified me. I realized the next day after trying to gain entry into Magic Kingdom and needing my driver's license as their system was having a glitch with tickets and they needed my ID! If you are staying here for Disney- DON'T! They DO NOT shuttle you to the parks as their staff will tell you- they drop you off at the Transportation Center instead and you have to take additional transportation tot get to the parks. We planned all day shopping at Disney Springs and their shuttle only drops off & picks off once int eh evening! We were in Tower 3- 9th floor- and could hear music from an even in the main building from our building! Additionally, VERY LOUD thumping from the music at the pool DJ stand starts at 9 am sharp EVERY morning and plays until pool closing. No sleeping in on vacation at this hotel! My advice- stay somewhere else- literally anywhere else. Management was invisible. Assistant manager offered to meet but never showed up. Very poorly ran hotel. Sticking with the Disney Experience for now on- they could learn a lot of lessons from Disney service! Ended up staying 3 days longer but switched to a Disney hotel to enjoy the remainder of our trip.

Exceptional Family Weekend: Clean, Fun, and Great Dining!

CCCK3 (Boca Raton, Florida) on Mar 25, 2026

We just wrapped up a fantastic weekend stay at Caribe Royale. As a family that travels often, we were incredibly impressed. ?Accommodations & Cleanliness: The resort is sparkling clean. Our suite was spacious, modern, and felt fresh from the moment we walked in. ?Activities: If you have kids, this is the place to be. Between the massive pool, the 75 foot waterslide, and the basketball courts, our 14 and 9-year-old boys were fully entertained. We never heard the words 'I'm bored'. ?Dining: The food is excellent across the board. ?Stadium Club: An absolute must visit. The atmosphere is incredibly fun and the food was exactly what we were looking for after a busy day. ?Calypso’s: Perfect for casual poolside drinks and lunch. ?The Market: Super convenient for grabbing quick things, and grabbing ice cream here was a huge hit with the boys. ?The resort has so much to offer that you can easily spend the whole weekend right on the property. We will definitely be back!"
