Absolutely go, you will enjoy yourself

X6177WOrogerm (Rye Brook, New York) on Dec 13, 2025

Had a wonderful time, staff is great, especially enjoyed Dejani and Brianne. The only complaint I have is the main reason we chose this resort, instead of the sister resort (Galley Bay), is the pickleball. The courts are made of plastic, and are very slippery. The second day here, I fell, and broke my fibula. I have been walking on crutches since then. The food is absolutely fine as well, and as I stated, especially on crutches, the staff has been very accommodating. The only other complaint I would have, is that the boxspring is sagging, they did replace the mattress, but still felt like I was going to fall out.

Fantastic, amazing xx

Catherine F on Dec 12, 2025

We came from the uk for some sunshine before the madness of Christmas. Location is amazing, reef suite was great. The view over the Atlantic and the sunrise if up early enough is a must see. The only one thing I wish was done when bedding/towels are changed is that they mop the floors in the rooms. Piccolo was a great restaurant to eat so is eleven 11. Docksider is a buffet restaurant which I did find the food cold or just warm. Coco was great x The resort is amazing from pools to beach to tours out. ALL the staff are kind, polite, efficient, and some a great laugh. We have a few staff members that imprinted on our stay and I feel they need to be mentioned.... Simoree (donkey) an absolute scream. Michella (smurfett) great sense of humour. And not forgetting the best cocktail maker in the resort and the loveliest lady...Crisieda from the reef deck bar. You were all amazing people, thankyou for a great 2wks. Cat & Lee

A gem of a resort in paradise ??

donnamO3473JE on Dec 10, 2025

We have just spent 10 days in utter heaven ?? We cannot recommend this resort highly enough. Our room was an ocean view room with direct access to the beach area and stunning sunrise views, it was very spacious, comfortable and kept very clean by Hyacinth our cleaner. The resort itself is stunning with 2 beaches, one a bit wild and breezy (but great for watching the pelicans fishing), the other is a palm lined calm bay with amazing sunset views. It's set over such a vast area that it never felt crowded. There is plenty of choice for food, a buffet breakfast and lunch at the Rainbow Garden, a buffet dinner at the dockside, table service lunch and dinner at Eleven-11 (ask Josette anything about the soup or menu, she's amazing) , lunch at Mamora bay, Coco's Al a carte or a real treat at Piccolo Mondo ($50 but amazing food, a really special evening ??) and a fabulous coffee shop manned by the super smiley Joe Ann. The beach bar is the perfect place for a sundowner cocktail ?? but don't worry the mobile buggy bar will be round with our favourite bar man Erikson, always a smile and chat and he makes the best ever Dark & Stormy ?? We have never met a GM who takes so much pride in his resort, always on hand greeting us guests, not afraid to pull his sleeves up and help out, well done Riaan your hard work has paid off, what a team you have ?? We felt like we were in paradise and will 100% be back one day, thank you for a truly memorable fabulous holiday.

The Best Stay in Antigua

Maximilian S on Dec 05, 2025

We stayed at St James Club for eight nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. The Resort has beautiful surroundings, which include two private beaches, perfect for relaxing, unwinding and soaking up the sun. We were lucky enough to stay in the Royal Suites which we cannot recommend enough. The Suites are spacious, clean and are beautifully finished. Not to mention the superb sea view from the balcony. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, both on the beach and by the pools. There is a Beach Bar Buggy which can deliver a cold drink right to your sun lounger. Our favourite lunch spot was Eleven-11 which had a great choice of food and a beautiful view of the ocean. The evening offers a great selection of meals often with themed nights such as Italian night with a live Pasta making station. There is also a fee to dine at the resorts finest restaurant, Piccolo Mondo, which we would really recommend visiting. It was the favourite meal of our stay and was very special. The beach party which is hosted on resort every Friday is a must, with an extensive on beach buffet, BBQ and entertainment. There are lots of things to do on resort. A highlight for us were the watersports facilities which allow you to take out Hobie Cats, paddle boards and kayaks. Also on the beach there are our personal favourites, the floating hammocks. The resort sits on a private peninsula which is easy to get to from the airport and is close to English Harbour, which is worth a visit if you want to leave the resort for the day. Additionally, the Resort if very close to Shirley Heights which has a party every Thursday and Sunday. Taxis can easily and quickly be organised from reception to these destinations. Staff at the resort are very friendly, helpful and cannot do enough for you and enhanced our stay in Antigua. All staff went above and beyond, including the resort manager who assisted us with any queries. Overall, we had the best stay and will definitely be returning.

St James Club, the best vacation spot

Teresa A on Dec 04, 2025

The St James Club is the perfect place to spend vacation with family. The beach front room was like new. The food is excellent, a wide variety to choose from. Riann, the GM, Lyndon, at guest services, and Ozzie, the porter, all helped to make our stay perfect. Looking forward to going back in 2026.
